&nbsp;Reponsibilities: <ul><li>Drive HVAC/HVACR sales growth by managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and end users across the Philippines market.</li><li>Promote our client cooling and refrigeration solutions through customer engagement, solution selling, project coordination, and regular site/client visits to build a strong sales pipeline.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to support quotations, project follow-ups, and customer requirements while achieving sales targets and business objectives.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 10 years of sales experience.</li><li>At least 3-5 years of experience in HVACR industry.</li><li>Candidate should have strong exposure to HVACR sales and customer management.</li></ul>

approve specifications, manage procurement, acceptance, validation and release to production.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement programs (CIP / Darwin) to improve throughput, cycle time, productivity and cost;
