Role Description: <ul><li>Looking for a Cargospot System Specialist to support and optimise the Cargospot system across the EMEA region.</li><li>The role will focus on Level 2/3 functional support, troubleshooting, system configuration, business requirements and system enhancements. You will work closely with Operations, Finance, internal Cargospot teams and external technical partners to ensure the system effectively supports business needs.</li><li>Strong hands-on Cargospot experience is essential. Role Description: <ul><li>We are looking for an experienced Credit Manager to oversee credit management, accounts receivable and collections activities within a hospitality environment.&nbsp;</li><li>The role will be responsible for managing credit exposure, ensuring timely collections, improving cash flow and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and trade customers.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hotel/hospitality credit management, with a solid understanding of city ledger operations, credit assessment, receivables, ageing, collections and credit risk.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage the end-to-end credit control and Accounts Receivable function.</li><li>Oversee city ledger, corporate, travel trade and other receivable accounts.</li><li>Establish, review and monitor credit limits, payment terms and credit facilities.</li><li>Conduct credit assessments and evaluate the financial standing and payment history of customers.</li><li>Monitor AR ageing, overdue balances, DSO and credit exposure and take appropriate collection actions.</li><li>Develop and implement effective collection and recovery strategies to minimise bad debt and improve cash flow.</li><li>Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes in collaboration with Sales, Finance and Operations.</li><li>Prepare regular AR, ageing, collection, DSO and credit-risk reports for management.</li><li>Monitor doubtful debts, provisions and potential credit risks.</li><li>Ensure accurate billing, account reconciliation, payment allocation and maintenance of the city ledger.</li><li>Work closely with Sales, Revenue, Front Office and Finance teams on credit-related matters.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company credit policies, internal controls and audit requirements.</li><li>Support process improvements and implementation of effective credit-control procedures and SOPs.</li><li>Lead, coach and develop the Accounts Receivable/Credit team where applicable.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>6–8+ years of relevant experience in Credit Control, Credit Management or Accounts Receivable.</li><li>Strong experience within the hospitality / hotel industry is highly preferred.</li><li>Proven experience managing corporate and high-value customer accounts.</li><li>Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, collections, AR ageing, DSO and bad debt management.</li><li>Experience with city ledger and hotel receivables.</li><li>Good understanding of credit policies, payment terms and credit-limit management.</li><li>Strong stakeholder-management and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations teams.</li><li>Experience managing or mentoring a team would be an advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Experience with Opera/SUN or similar hotel finance systems is advantageous.</li></ul>

The role ensures that what the Company sells is consistently and successfully delivered across every stage of the guest journey, from reservation handover and pre-arrival preparation through accommodation, safari experiences, on-property services and departure.</li><li>The Executive Director of Operations is accountable for operational delivery, on-ground sales and trade relationships in market, guest conversion and on-property revenue and expense management.</li></ul> Responsibilities&nbsp; 1. Commercial Delivery, On-Ground Sales &amp; Financial Stewardship – 15% <ul><li>Take accountability for the operational delivery of the Companys commercial strategy across safari operations, lodges and camps.</li><li>Build and maintain strong on-ground relationships with tour operators, travel agents, DMCs, trade partners, corporate clients and other relevant market stakeholders.</li><li>Drive upselling and on-property revenue opportunities across accommodation, food and beverage, safari activities, transfers, retail and ancillary services.</li><li>Ensure operational teams understand and effectively deliver commercial campaigns, packages, products and commitments developed by the Commercial function.</li></ul> 4. Product, Accommodation &amp; Asset Excellence – 15% <ul><li>Drive the continuous operational enhancement of the Companys safari products, accommodation experiences and hospitality offerings.</li><li>Ensure lodges, camps, guest accommodation, public spaces and operational facilities evolve in line with guest expectations, operational requirements and the Companys positioning.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications &amp; Experience <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years progressive executive leadership experience within Safari hospitality, tourism or related industries.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years leading multi-property or multi-business operations at an executive level.</li><li>Proven experience developing and executing business strategy and organizational transformation.</li><li>Strong commercial, financial and operational leadership experience.</li><li>Demonstrated success leading organizational growth, acquisitions, new business ventures or expansion projects.</li><li>Experience working with Boards and executive leadership teams.</li><li>Experience leading geographically dispersed operations across multiple locations.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Strong understanding of East African hospitality, safari and tourism markets</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Continuously monitor security consoles and dashboards (SIEM, EDR, etc.) for suspicious activity; triage alerts to identify valid security incidents versus false positives and prioritize response based on asset criticality and business risk.</li><li>Investigate suspicious activities and security events, determine the scope and severity of incidents, and gather relevant evidence. Perform root cause analysis to identify attack vectors and affected systems.</li><li>Execute incident response actions end-to-end – including timely containment of threats, eradication of malicious artifacts, and system recovery – following the organization’s incident response plan. Coordinate with IT infrastructure, application owners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective remediation of incidents.</li><li>Proactively hunt for indicators of compromise and hidden threats in logs, network traffic, and endpoint telemetry, even without specific alerts. Use hypothesis-driven techniques and knowledge of attacker TTPs to uncover stealthy or emerging threats that evaded initial detection.</li><li>Continuously tune SIEM/EDR detection rules, thresholds, and SOAR playbooks—automating repetitive response actions to reduce false positives and accelerate containment</li><li>Leverage internal and external threat intelligence sources to enrich analysis and response. Stay updated on new vulnerabilities and adversary tactics; incorporate this knowledge to adjust monitoring rules and incident response strategies. Map observed malicious activities to frameworks like MITRE ATT&amp;CK for reporting and analysis.</li><li>Work closely with global SOC team members and escalate complex incidents to senior analysts or incident response leads when necessary. Collaborate with colleagues in other regions to ensure seamless coverage and knowledge sharing across the security team.</li><li>Document investigation steps, findings, and actions taken for each incident in a clear and concise manner. Prepare incident reports and contribute to post-incident review meetings, highlighting what occurred, how it was resolved, and recommendations to prevent future occurrences.</li><li>Assist in developing and updating incident response playbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base documentation. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve security monitoring tools, analytics content (detection rules), and workflow automation (SOAR playbooks) for greater efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Share insights from incidents and trending threats with the broader team to enhance overall awareness.
