Responsibilities: Project Management <ul><li>Lead construction projects from inception to completion across multiple project types: manufacturing, industrial, office, warehouse, labs, and cleanrooms.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities.</li><li>Manage budgets, schedules, and contractor/vendor performance.</li></ul> Planning &amp; Coordination <ul><li>Schedule and conduct project meetings with AE firms, contractors, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate design and construction phases to ensure seamless execution.</li><li>Oversee value engineering efforts to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and sustainability.</li></ul> Construction Oversight <ul><li>Conduct ongoing site visits to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with plans/specifications.</li><li>Review design documents for constructability and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Inspect completed installations, manage punch lists, and secure certificates of occupancy.</li></ul> Documentation &amp; Reporting <ul><li>Maintain electronic project files (progress reports, photos, budgets, schedules, permits, change orders, as-built drawings).</li><li>Review and approve invoices, applications for payment, and project close-out documents.</li></ul> Vendor &amp; Resource Management <ul><li>Partner with Procurement to evaluate, qualify, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.</li><li>Ensure effective communication and issue resolution with all stakeholders.</li></ul> Safety &amp; Compliance <ul><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, contractor safety programs, and local codes.</li><li>Organize and lead weekly contractor safety meetings.</li><li>Perform safety audits and corrective actions.</li></ul> Global Alignment <ul><li>Collaborate with the global construction management team to implement strategy, metrics, and best practices.</li><li>Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: Qualifications &amp; Experience <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 10+ years of construction/project management experience, including significant field experience.</li><li>Certifications:</li><li>PMP Certification (required)</li><li>OSHA 30-hour Certification (required)</li><li>Skills &amp; Competencies:</li><li>Strong ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering construction plans.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li><li>Independent problem-solving, resourcefulness, and leadership ability.</li></ul>
