Responsibilities: <ul><li>Senior Solution Architect – AMEA will be the key responsible for driving solution strategy across tech programs for AMEA, for the purpose of business-IT joint strategy development, solution discovery, project planning &amp; delivery, risk management and relationship management.</li><li>SAP is the underlying stack for our Enterprise Systems and the solution architect will be pivotal in driving standardization in SAP Platform while collaborating with Business Units to deliver capabilities for Business.</li><li>Individual has direct accountability for the Standard and scalable solution design that are provided by our staff and third-party service providers.</li><li>This is a leadership role providing strategic direction to multiple globally diverse teams in the delivery of projects spanning across ERP and non-ERP platforms.</li><li>Works with all IT Services teams (Applications teams, business partners, business clients, external vendors, and service delivery partners, Security, infrastructure) to define, prototype, and implement new technologies in support of business objectives and projects.</li><li>This role will provide Business Technology thought leadership, bringing knowledge and solutions to drive business outcomes.</li><li>This role will be pivotal in enabling future-fit capabilities by framing the Technology Roadmap for AMEA, as well ensuring a standard template solution design for S4 HANA in AMEA.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>16-18 years of relevant technical and business work experience</li><li>Engineer/MBA or equivalent degree in Tech/ Information Systems from tier 1 college.</li><li>Manage senior business stakeholders in a matrix organization</li><li>Has the experience and cultural awareness required to work effectively with a global team.</li><li>Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of solutions</li><li>Identifying opportunities for simplifications and digitization of various workflows across the organization</li><li>Supervising quality assurance processes, integration, and system tests</li><li>Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills</li><li>Ability to Communicate and inspire confidence at a senior level with technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Experience in the identification, evaluation and documentation of process flows, risks, and controls</li><li>Expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S4, including all modules such as MM, FI, CO, SD, PM etc.</li><li>Good understanding and background on Business Processes as part of digitization</li><li>Should have run large scale tech led transformation programs</li><li>Ability to engage with functional business leaders at a strategic level, as well as with delivery teams at an operational level</li><li>Hands-on experience leading such areas end-to-end and track record of delivering results and business value</li><li>Requires team leadership skills, experience/in-depth knowledge of business operations and IT processes</li><li>Experience with organizational change management preferred</li><li>Experience managing multiple vendors and external project resources</li><li>Proven ability to manage talent and team</li><li>Very strong academic background</li><li>Can do attitude and problem-solving mindset</li><li>Proficient in English Language (Writing, reading &amp; Speaking)</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Generate and maintain project documentation including schematics, drawings, test data, and reports</li><li>Design and develop electronic circuits while incorporating mechanical design</li><li>Tasks will include using equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies and additional test equipment</li><li>Plan and record results of design, development and sustaining activities, including validation testing.</li><li>Design to cost target while meeting financial and performance expectations.</li><li>Manage Bill of Materials for new products.</li><li>Facilitate cost reduction activities on new and existing products.</li><li>Perform calculations, analysis, and testing to ensure that a product meets specifications.</li><li>Participate in and/or lead Design and Process failure mode and effects analysis.</li><li>Provide support to both internal manufacturing, quality, Product/Project Managers and external customers.</li><li>Initiate and manage engineering change activities. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Reports to EHS site Manager and Construction Project Manager all EHS related issues, concerns, improvements with a goal on achieving leading indicators and ZERO Recordable Incident Rate. </li><li>Ensure EHS compliance to all legal and other requirements associated with regulatory, local and other requirements.</li><li>Facilitates risk assessment to identify critical safety or health hazards and environmental aspects per company standard/spec and local regulatory standards.</li><li>Works with Project Management Team and Contractor’s leadership team to create targets and objectives based on key EHS risks.</li><li>Verify the EHS plan from Project Management company (PM), and work with PM to validate EHS plan from general contractor (GC).</li><li>Manages and directs construction site in achieving EHS targets &amp; objectives.</li><li>Involve in design review and make sure safety lesson learned are considered in new building design.</li><li>Pro-actively drives and promotes EHS culture throughout the construction site, e.g. by driving leading indicators.</li><li>Ensure zero tolerance culture is developed, recognition plan and discipline actions are in place and effective, and discipline actions well followed for unsafety behavior at construction site.</li><li>Drive construction EHS through close coordination with management team, safety leaders and EHS officers of company project management team, PM, GC, subcontractor per their scope of work, EHS plan, etc.</li><li>Organize regular EHS performance review to PM and GC EHS leaders per SOW and EHS plan, provide in time feedback to company project management team and leaders of PM and GC.</li><li>Report all EH&amp;S data and information as required by company. Use established EHS data processes such as Velocity to manage data such as injuries and illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, EHS action items and other pertinent information.</li><li>Working with Construction project management team to develop management of change program at construction site.</li><li>For example, design change may trigger additional actions for safety, or to monitor and follow EHS law and regulatory revisions and report to EHS manager and Project Manager for actions required.</li><li>Training shall be delivered to leaders of project team, PM and GC about related safety alerts, new specifications and requirement from company, etc.</li><li>Work with site EHS leader and Construction Project Manager to prepare, submit and disseminate information in compliance with regulatory agencies in order to ensure timely submittals.</li><li>Work with Project and Construction Management team to ensure that all key EHS operational controls are in place and that EHS action items are resolved on a timely basis.</li><li>Strict Supervision of all contractor activities with PM in order to ensure compliance with EHS Work Permit.</li><li>Ensure emergency preparedness is in place, e.g. Construction Emergency Response Team ready to deploy in the events of fire, earthquake and strong typhoon.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>College degree, major in Environmental, Safety, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or relevant.</li><li>5 years minimum as manager or can consider 10 years as safety supervisor / senior engineer.</li><li>Actual experience as Safety Officer or Pollution Control Officer role is an advantage.</li><li>Experience in working with multinational company local or in abroad.</li><li>Comfortable to Speak and write English to all level of organization.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in conducting EH&amp;S audits and inspections.</li></ul>
