Role Description: <ul><li>Executes complex simulations in CFD and Thermal to optimize design and manufacturing.</li><li>Develops complex Multiphysics simulation methods that meets design requirements in thermal management of Electronic Systems, especially in high-speed transceivers, connectors, and their assemblies.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leading the development and implementation of complex Thermal simulation models to optimize manufacturing, designs or processes.</li><li>Perform calculation &amp; simulation on temperature distribution over system.</li><li>Conducted thermo-mechanical and structural simulations to support design optimization, material selection, and validation from concept to production.</li><li>Proficient in simplifying complex CAD geometries for efficient structural and thermal simulation analyses</li><li>In-depth knowledge of mechanical design, conductive, convective, &amp; radiation heat transfer, and fluid flow mechanics.</li><li>Collaborate with designer, manufacturing, and testing teams to correlate CFD &amp; Thermal Simulation results with physical testing</li><li>Experience with DOE (Design of Experiments) and optimization techniques.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical)</li><li>M Tech (Mechanical) (preferred)/ PHD</li><li>Knowledge of products, design processes and methodology.</li><li>Proficiency in state-of-the-art&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in use of MS Office tools.</li><li>Knowledge of associated manufacturing processes (molding, stamping, plating, crimping &amp; assy).</li><li>Knowledge about the Soldering, crimping &amp; welding technologies.</li><li>Knowledge on technical paper publications &amp; applying for patents.</li><li>8- 12 years of industry experience.</li><li>Expertise in Ansys Workbench.</li><li>Experience on connector products (Plastic and Sheet Metal parts).</li><li>Knowledge on material science (Metals, Resins &amp; hyper elastic material) and implement for simulation.</li><li>Correlation of Test and simulation data / results.</li><li>Expertise on CAE tools, Optimization techniques, and testing methods.</li><li>Implementing of LEAN / 6 Sigma / Kaizen techniques to live projects.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Prototype Build and Trial Production Support: <ul><li>Participate in new product development projects, responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and preliminary testing of prototypes, ensuring timely delivery of samples required for design verification.</li><li>Support small-batch trial production (NPI) activities; operate equipment according to trial process plans, execute production processes, and accurately record various parameters and data during trial production.</li><li>Assist engineers in setting up and debugging temporary production lines or jigs and fixtures required for trial production, and participate in the on-site acceptance and debugging of new equipment and tooling, providing feedback from an operators perspective.</li></ul> Production Issue Identification and Preliminary Analysis: <ul><li>During prototype building and trial production, closely monitor and meticulously document all process, assembly, equipment, or material issues (e.g., assembly interference, performance deviation, equipment instability).</li><li>Conduct preliminary analysis of problems based on hands-on experience, providing engineers with detailed observations and firsthand descriptions to assist in root cause analysis.</li></ul> Process and Documentation Assistance: <ul><li>Based on hands-on trial production experience, assist engineers in developing, optimizing, and creating necessary process documentation for both trial and mass production, including but not limited to:</li><li>Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)</li><li>Equipment Operation Manuals</li><li>Equipment Daily Check and Maintenance Plans</li><li>Ensure the practicality and usability of process documentation to lay a solid foundation for subsequent mass production.</li><li>Participate in trial production reviews, providing feedback on process optimization from an operators viewpoint.</li></ul> Production Transfer and Knowledge Handover: <ul><li>Play a key role in transferring process and operational knowledge to the mass production team during the transition from trial to mass production.</li><li>Participate in training mass production operators, ensuring they master the correct operating methods and quality control points for the new product.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Vocational school, technical school certificate, or associate degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, Mechatronics, or other related engineering fields.</li><li>Experience Requirements</li><li>Typically requires 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing. Preference given to those with experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), prototype building, trial production support, or as an R&amp;D assistant.</li><li>Familiarity with product development processes is preferred.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team and help shape intuitive, user-centric products.</li><li>The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user experience design, design thinking, and usability best practices, combined with hands-on experience creating delightful digital products.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead end-to-end UX design for complex projects — from research and ideation to wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.</li><li>Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.</li><li>Translate requirements into design specifications, user flows, site maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.</li><li>Maintain and evolve design patterns, style guides, and design systems for consistency across platforms.</li><li>Advocate for user-centric design principles and educate teammates and stakeholders.</li><li>Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate and optimize the user experience.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience: 5–8 years in UX design for digital products (web, mobile, SaaS platforms).</li><li>Design Tools: Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.</li><li>Research Techniques: Skilled in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing findings.</li><li>Information Architecture: Strong ability to structure complex information intuitively.</li><li>Interaction Design: Skilled in creating interactive and responsive interfaces that delight users.</li><li>Communication: Excellent ability to communicate design ideas, rationale, and solutions clearly.</li><li>Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional, Agile/Scrum environments.</li><li>Analytical Mindset: Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to drive design decisions.</li><li>Design Systems: Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.</li><li>Prototyping: Skilled in creating low- to high-fidelity prototypes for stakeholder review and user testing.</li></ul>

Role Description:&nbsp; <ul><li>As a Wire/Cable Senior R&amp;D/Product Development Engineer at our clienty, you will work in a dynamic, diverse environment focusing on the development and qualification of high-speed bulk cable products.</li><li>This role supports the full product lifecycle—from concept and design through testing, production, and release—while collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams.</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Lead the design, specification, and documentation of bulk cable Signal Integrity (SI) and physical testing interfaces for high-speed bulk cable applications.</li><li>Interact with Cable Assembly SI teams to correlate bulk cable data with cable assembly SI/physical test results.</li><li>Collaborate with customers and end-users to understand use case requirements and establish test specifications aligned with industry standards.</li><li>Work with internal and external vendors to design and implement test equipment and fixtures.</li><li>Develop, document, and maintain bulk cable SI/physical test protocols.</li><li>Train bulk cable test personnel across all our client DDN bulk cable locations on the use of testing fixtures and procedures.</li><li>Deliver technical presentations to both internal teams and external customers as needed.</li><li>Support and participate in company safety (SAFE) and ISO compliance activities.</li><li>Provide technical support for maintenance and calibration of bulk cable test equipment.</li><li>Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives supporting business objectives.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Strong knowledge of circuit analysis&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with reliability testing and engineering.</li><li>Proficient in using Network Analyzers and working with S-Parameters.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>As Sr Developer, responsible for contribution to technical Solution Design, carry out Development independently, Testing of Maximo 7.6 with Utility, ACM or other Maximo Addons or Industry solution.</li><li>Application design, Automation scripts using Python/Java scripts, Complex maximo configurations.</li></ul> Requirements: Major Requirements: <ul><li>Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java and C++.</li><li>Deep knowledge of Java programming and related technologies.</li><li>Experience in JSON, XML, XML parsers, and XSL.</li><li>Experience in ETL, Master Data Load and Data Handling (Extraction/Transformation/ Manipulation).</li><li>Experience working with Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server databases: database sizing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.</li><li>Configuration of Web Server Application like WebLogic/WebSphere.</li></ul> Skills and Requirements: <ul><li>At least 4 years of experience in Configuration &amp; Integration, Support and Maintenance in IBM Maximo v7.x.</li><li>Hand on experience on Following:</li><li>Extensive experience on Rest and Jason based integration.</li><li>Middleware integrations ex – Mulesoft, SAP PI.</li><li>Maximo migration experience with release and deployment management activities.</li><li>Data migration experience informatica and MIF framework.</li><li>Experience in Data modeling for BI reporting and hands on BIRT experience.</li><li>Expertise &amp; working knowledge in Maximo Asset Management (Solution design, development and implementation).</li><li>Working knowledge of capabilities in the IBM Maximo EAM/APM solution and Maximo Integration Framework.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.</li><li>Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.</li><li>At least 4 years of Relevant Information Technology experience.</li></ul>
