Customer Service Advisor (Senior Analyst)

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Conduct market research to identify potential customers in the Industrial Sector in Mumbai / Gujarat &amp; North India.</li><li>Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to reach potential customers in these sectors.</li><li>Key account management including End Users, OEMs &amp; System Integrators.</li><li>Build long-term customer business relations right from the concept phase and ensure product standardization at customer sites.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with existing customers in these sectors, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.</li><li>Attend industry events and exhibitions to showcase WMFTS products and engage with potential customers.</li><li>Provide technical expertise and assistance to customers, helping them to select the most suitable equipment for their specific applications in these sectors.</li><li>Act as the customers advocate and ensure their technical needs are met.</li><li>Work closely with the WMFTS product development team to identify and develop new products that meet the specific needs of the Process Industries in India.</li><li>Produce and maintain detailed documentation on all customer interactions, including project timelines, equipment specifications, and budget constraints.</li><li>Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to other departments within the company as required to ensure that all customers receive the highest level of service and support.</li><li>Provide high-quality technical support to prospects and customers during pre- and post-sales situations.</li><li>Understand and solve challenging application problems by recommending appropriate company solutions.</li><li>Update records in CRM interface for opportunity pipeline, appointments, lead and present business analytical data through CRM.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Lead and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to build strong relationships.</li><li>Quickly identify and solve technical issues to provide optimal customer service.</li><li>Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines and targets.</li><li>Work independently and demonstrate strong self-motivation.</li><li>Follow procedural guidelines and work methodically to ensure consistent high-quality output.</li><li>Hold relevant diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a strong business background.</li><li>Preferably have at least 10 -15 years of experience in the Fluid Handling Industry (Alfa Laval / Roto Pumps IDMC / SPX / IDEX ), with a specific focus on pumps used in Process Industry applications.</li><li>Possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Maintain contact with customers and ensure company products are specified.&nbsp;</li><li>Achieve or exceed sales targets.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify design consultants and engineering contractors involved in projects with close and regular contact making us their preferred pump choice.</li><li>Identify upcoming projects and that the company specification is used.</li><li>Keep Southeast Asia teams updated on projects by discussion and to maintain and progress projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Arrange and run customer training and presentations, which can be on-site and/or office based</li><li>Feed back potential product improvements and complaints, where new applications offer greater potential but existing specifications exclude or lessen our suitability.</li><li>Increasing our market share by replacing other pump types as well as other manufacturers peristaltic pumps.</li><li>Keep the Sales Manager updated with competitor activity encountered in the market place.</li><li>Identify, organise and progress field trials.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and lead marketing activities maintaining our brand and find new opportunities.</li><li>Keep CRM up to date with all customer activities.</li><li>Conduct all activities in accordance with the Quality Management System</li><li>To regularly attend selected exhibitions and provide necessary market reports/ trends&nbsp;</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Able to lead, communicate and foster relationships with customers and colleagues</li><li>Fault finding and problem solving skills</li><li>Prioritizing workload</li><li>Working in a largely unsupervised manner</li><li>Working within procedural guidelines in a methodical manner&nbsp;</li><li>Formal relevant engineering qualifications or strong business background</li><li>Process Engineer in Biopharmaceutical/Pharmaceutical company; and/or educational background of Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical or any related Bio related courses will be an added advantage</li><li>Experience in Fluid Handling industry (Pumps)&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in both English writing and reading competencies</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Review and release material purchase orders (Raw Material, Semi-Finished and/or manufactured parts) to cover requirements and support customer demand, maintaining Inventory levels within target.</li><li>Review and Execute exception codes (messages) in system (example: 10, 15 and 20) for planned purchase orders or pending approvals, since they indicate a situation (Purchase Orders Placement, Changes and/or Cancellations) that need an action to prevent Inventory Excess, Material Shortages, etc.</li><li>Plan and execute system messages. Review and release system customer blocks with established frequency to maintain STR performance within goal and avoid Past Due.</li><li>Follow the appropriate escalation process to communicate on time any situation that could put in risk the normal performance of the business.</li><li>Track Shipments from supplier thru receiving, coordinating with logistics, customs, cross-dock, GLOG warehouse and receiving inspection to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>Monthly Review of Materials excess and obsolescence and follow procedure for proper disposition.</li><li>Analysis of safety stock levels to meet the changing sales trends/customer demand changes.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify areas of improvement and implement preventive and corrective actions in the supply chain area.</li><li>Work closely with purchasing team to improve supplier’s performance.</li><li>Review and maintain related parameters for part numbers assigned.&nbsp;</li><li>More activities can be assigned by supervisor or manager as they are required to comply with the job role.&nbsp;</li><li>Aid VSM and Materials Manager in achievement of performance targets, including delivery (STR), inventory value, and cost avoidance/cost reduction.</li><li>Serve as cross functional liaison to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>﻿Minimum 3yrs to 5 years of experience as Planner/Buyer.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of ERP System (SAP) in modules such as: Purchasing, PP, WM, etc.</li><li>Understanding of Lean Concepts (Standard Work, Visual Management, KanBan, 5S, etc.) through PDCA.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working in automotive plants.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Customer Management and Service Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned complex, high-priority accounts, ensuring consistent and reliable performance. Manage customer situations, including escalations, from order placement to order delivery while proactively identifying and resolving issues to enhance the customer experience.</li><li>Process Optimization and Problem Resolution: Analyze trends and conduct root cause analyses to address pricing discrepancies, OS&amp;D, and returns. Use tools like SAP, Microsoft Excel and Celonis to drive process efficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Strategic Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including supply chain, finance, sales teams, brokers, IT, and transportation carriers, to resolve logistical challenges and enhance the overall customer experience.</li><li>Performance Monitoring and Analytics: Use data-driven insights to evaluate and improve order management processes. Develop and present analytics-based recommendations to sales partners and customers, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), and internal policies, including GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements.</li><li>Capability Building and Leadership: Lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation within the order management process. Build individual skills through training and participate in pilots, system testing, and service rehearsals before implementing major changes.</li><li>Manage high-priority customer accounts, ensuring orders are processed correctly.</li><li>Analyze customer issues and provide solutions to prevent recurring problems.</li><li>Work closely with Sales &amp; Finance to resolve pricing, invoicing, and payment discrepancies.</li><li>Support continuous improvement projects and process automation.</li><li>Use SAP &amp; Celonis to track performance and identify trends.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex, high-priority accounts while building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office, with demonstrated ability to leverage data for trend analysis and process optimization.</li><li>Analytical and root cause analysis skills to identify and resolve challenges in order management processes.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights and lead cross-functional projects or initiatives.</li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet or exceed performance objectives.</li><li>Advanced English level is mandatory, as this role provides services to US.</li></ul>
