Role Description: <ul><li>We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing &amp; Experience Manager to drive brand visibility, storytelling, and guest engagement for the conservancy.</li><li>This is a unique, purpose-driven role that combines:</li><li>Marketing strategy &amp; execution</li><li>Event and experience creation</li><li>Content and brand storytelling</li><li>You will play a key role in bringing the conservancy’s story to life across all touchpoints—both digital and on-ground.</li></ul> Responsibilities: 1. Marketing &amp; Brand Management <ul><li>Execute integrated marketing plans to drive awareness and engagement</li><li>Create compelling marketing materials (brochures, campaigns, presentations)</li><li>Plan and deliver events, activations, and promotional initiatives</li><li>Track campaign performance and optimize based on insights</li><li>Manage marketing budgets and reporting</li></ul> 2. Guest Experience &amp; On-Ground Engagement <ul><li>Design and enhance the visitor journey and overall guest experience</li><li>Develop new experience concepts within the conservancy</li><li>Ensure consistent storytelling through signage, staff interactions, and content</li><li>Support and train teams on brand messaging and guest engagement</li></ul> 3. Media, Digital &amp; Content <ul><li>Manage website updates, newsletters, and content calendars</li><li>Drive social media presence and digital campaigns</li><li>Create engaging written, visual, and video content</li><li>Monitor performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions)</li><li>Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent across channels</li></ul> 4. Events &amp; Partnerships <ul><li>Plan and execute key events, exhibitions, and fundraising initiatives</li><li>Coordinate with partners, agencies, and stakeholders</li><li>Support partnership communications and joint initiatives</li><li>Manage PR and social media agencies effectively</li></ul> 5. Stakeholder &amp; Relationship Management <ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams (operations, education, finance)</li><li>Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors</li><li>Act as a central point connecting marketing with on-ground teams</li></ul> Requirements: Experience <ul><li>5+ years in marketing, brand, events, or agency roles</li><li>Background in FMCG, experiential marketing, hospitality, or NGOs preferred&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Take ownership of claims from the moment of receival until resolved</li><li>Implement all necessary routines to maintain organisation and ensure all areas of responsibility are systematically addressed in a certain timeframe</li><li>Customer assessment of sales admin to provide effective support and deliver necessary positive outcomes within area of responsibility</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education &amp; Experience: 2 years working at medium to large FMCG company. If not, then must have a bachelor’s degree.</li><li>Required Skills and Competencies: English at professional standard, organised mindset, effective and efficient communication both in-person and on email, Microsoft Excel,</li><li>Personality / Attitude: Takes ownership, self-determination, always looking to improve, friendly and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Grow sales (volume &amp; value mix), market share and weighted distribution within scope.</li><li>Drive ABC strategic commercial plans including but not limited to: new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions, distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, promotion adherence, etc.</li><li>Build integrated business plans to drive sales within scope and engage all stakeholders for execution.</li><li>Optimize portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to attain maximum value creation.</li><li>Build the “ABC” brand name to give consumers compelling reasons to choose our brand over competing brands</li><li>Lead top-to-top relationship management with key customers in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Data-driven. Thoroughly understand SELL-OUT and SELL-IN data to derive insights &amp; identify opportunities to grow.</li><li>Ensure effective D&amp;A Management in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Ensure accurate/correct monthly forecasts are submitted ahead of deadline with the objective/ intention to achieve the forecast accuracy target.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree minimum</li><li>10 years’ minimum of Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development (FMCG/FMCG Distributor)</li><li>which covers both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Experience as Nation Sales Manager or related from MNC companies or global food &amp; beverages or consumer brands is preferable.</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities: Global Portfolio Strategy <ul><li>Define and implement a unified global portfolio vision to meet future consumer/customer needs for filters and beyond filters (combustibles and next generation products)</li><li>Direct multi category program and project management to ensure innovation efforts are focused towards building a healthy portfolio</li><li>Balance global consistency with regional customization to maximize market relevance and profitability.</li><li>Oversee portfolio lifecycle management, including launches, rationalization, and category transitions.</li></ul>&nbsp;Market &amp; Consumer Insights <ul><li>Lead global research initiatives to capture consumer trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory shifts across regions.</li><li>Translate insights into global portfolio strategies and innovation pipelines</li></ul> Innovation &amp; Product Development <ul><li>Drive global innovation programs, ensuring new products meet consumer demand and comply with international regulations.</li><li>Be the one stop shop for innovation – where commercial team and customers channel their initial ideas and requests before being formalized into innovation projects</li></ul>&nbsp;Cross-Regional Leadership <ul><li>Align regional commercial directors and managers under a global framework.</li><li>Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across markets to accelerate growth.</li><li>Act as the key liaison between commercial, operations and innovations teams</li></ul>&nbsp;Regulatory &amp; Compliance Oversight <ul><li>Monitor and interpret global regulatory developments impacting tobacco categories.</li><li>Ensure portfolio decisions adhere to international laws, trade agreements, and corporate responsibility standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering ,Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.</li><li>12+ years of experience in FMCG, tobacco, or regulated industries, with at least 5 years in global portfolio/category leadership.</li><li>Deep understanding of international tobacco industry dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory frameworks.</li><li>Proven track record in global strategic planning, innovation, and cross-market leadership.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures.</li></ul>&nbsp;Competencies <ul><li>Strategic global mindset with commercial acumen.</li><li>Ability to balance global consistency with local market needs.</li><li>Leadership and team development across geographies.</li><li>Strong influencing skills in complex stakeholder environments.</li><li>Ethical decision-making and commitment to responsible global business practices.</li></ul>

Role Description:&nbsp; <ul><li>To lead and manage Electrical, Electronics, PLC, and Mechanical maintenance activities across processing and packing assets.&nbsp;</li><li>The role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment by eliminating electrical, automation, mechanical, and process-related. breakdowns, improving equipment reliability and OEE, and strategically reducing unplanned downtime through effective maintenance execution and team leadership.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead, coordinate, and manage both Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide hands-on technical leadership for electrical, electronics, PLC, and mechanical breakdowns.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance activities across all processing and packing equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems including fault diagnostics, I/O checks, sensors, actuators, and basic logic analysis.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee mechanical maintenance activities including rotating equipment, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and drive systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Guide maintenance teams in root cause analysis (RCA), loss analysis, and implementation of permanent corrective actions.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure effective maintenance planning, execution, and reporting through SAP PM.&nbsp;</li><li>Own and maintain electrical, automation, and mechanical spare parts inventories, ensuring availability of critical spares.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop maintenance standards, work instructions, and OPLs for electrical, PLC, and mechanical activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Support technician capability development through coaching and technical training (electrical, PLC, and mechanical).&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with EHS, QFS, and machinery safety standards during all maintenance activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and records to support internal and external audits (EHS, QFS, KWS, FSSC, etc.).&nbsp;</li></ul> Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):&nbsp; <ul><li>Reduction of unplanned downtime.&nbsp;</li><li>Improvement of equipment reliability and OEE.&nbsp;</li><li>Preventive maintenance on-time completion rate.</li><li>Breakdown response time and MTTR.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintenance cost control and spare parts availability.&nbsp;</li><li>Electrical and Mechanical team capability development.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience in leading both electrical and mechanical maintenance teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge of industrial electrical, electronic, automation, and mechanical systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Mandatory PLC knowledge : - Fault finding and diagnostics - I/O modules, field devices, and communication basics - Ability to read and analyze PLC logic&nbsp;</li><li>Solid mechanical knowledge including rotating equipment, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and power&nbsp;transmission systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with motors, inverters, servo drives, sensors, actuators, and control systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with SAP PM or similar CMMS systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Strategy Development &amp; Execution: <ul><li>Develop &amp; execute a Channel strategies for strategic channels, namely QSR, FSR, Hotels which should be aligned to the overall strategy of Foodservice SSEAHK.</li><li>Define NPD and L&amp;L opportunities that we can bring to our key customers in these respective channels.</li><li>Ensure business processes are in place to support the tools required to execute against the channel/customer strategies.</li></ul> Customer Management: <ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, decision makers with regional key customers in SSEA.</li><li>Create and drive JVP with regional Key Accounts like Jollibee, Burger King, McDonalds, Subway, etc., aligned to our strategic ambition.</li><li>Develop Key Account Management program for local country sales teams (including distributors).</li><li>Lead &amp; directly execute QSR/FSR/Hotel plans from International Zone Foodservice.</li><li>Liaise with International Zone Foodservice for global QSR contracts, participate &amp; negotiate contracts with QSR tenders.</li><li>Drive value-creation initiatives/solutions with QSR/FSR/Hotel Key Accounts (e.g. insight-drive menu ideation).</li><li>Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, strategies, consumer/market insights, and business drivers and use these to develop clear customer account plans that are aligned with commercial targets (e.g. NSV, CMA).</li></ul> Financial: <ul><li>Achieve NSV &amp; CCMA objectives in the AOP.</li><li>Effectively manage D&amp;A &amp; A&amp;P allowances to yield the highest NSV.</li><li>Ensure Strategic channels QSR FSR Hotels are achieving its sell-out targets in core countries – PH, TH, HK, MY, SG.</li></ul> Supply Chain: <ul><li>Manage NPD and L&amp;L opportunities for strategic channels (QSR, FSR, Hotel) in SSEAHK.</li></ul> Market Intelligence: <ul><li>Set up systems to ensure best in class sales intelligence (market, competitor activity) is gathered and analysed by Foodservice Marketing for inclusion in the S&amp;OP process.</li></ul> Leadership, Organization, &amp; Team Development: <ul><li>Create/enhance the Channel Management programs for key accounts.</li><li>Train and develop local sales team in core countries on key account management and execution of channel strategies.</li></ul> Requirements: Education: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business discipline.</li><li>Fluent in both spoken and written in English.</li><li>Industry Experience&nbsp;</li><li>At least 10 years sales experiences in multinational FMCG with at least 5 years of Key Account Management experience in the QSR/FSR/Hotel channel.</li><li>Experience in any 1 other country is mandatory</li></ul> Technical/Functional Expertise: <ul><li>Strong skills in Key Account Management.</li><li>Proficient in Foodservice trading terms.</li><li>Results driven.
