Responsibilities: <ul><li>Designs, builds, and supports SAP platform solutions by applying sound engineering practices to ensure system stability, performance, and scalability.</li><li>Utilizes enterprise tools and methodologies to automate system deployments, transport, and administrative activities, enabling reliable and repeatable releases.</li><li>Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to translate moderately complex business and technical requirements into effective SAP Basis solutions.</li><li>Performs system validation, technical testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain the quality and availability of SAP systems.</li><li>Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance SAP Basis processes, automation, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Creates and maintains clear technical documentation for SAP landscapes, configurations, and operational procedures.</li><li>Provides technical support for moderately complex SAP Basis issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to business operations.</li><li>Drives automation and quality through the use of enterprise testing and deployment tools, including Tosca for test automation and qTest for test management, execution, and traceability.</li><li>Develops, executes, and maintains manual and automated test assets for SAP systems, ensuring end‑to‑end coverage across SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing cycles.</li><li>Performs system validation, monitoring, defect analysis, and troubleshooting in partnership with development, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliability and performance.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum requirement of 5 years of relevant work experience with SAP Basis.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in SAP Basis engineering, with strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, technical landscape design, system administration, upgrades, transport, performance monitoring, and operational support across multiple SAP environments.</li><li>Experience managing and supporting SAP technical operations, including system availability, batch processing, interfaces, background jobs, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution in alignment with enterprise service expectations.</li><li>Proven ability to support SAP Fiori and UI technical components from a Basis perspective, including configuration, activation, performance support, and coordination with security and application teams.</li><li>Experience leveraging scripting and technical tools (such as SQL and automation utilities) to improve operational efficiency, support system analysis, and standardize SAP Basis activities.</li><li>Working knowledge of cloud‑hosted and hybrid SAP landscapes, including experience supporting SAP systems on platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, with an understanding of infrastructure, connectivity, and platform operations.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing &amp; Experience Manager to drive brand visibility, storytelling, and guest engagement for the conservancy.</li><li>This is a unique, purpose-driven role that combines:</li><li>Marketing strategy &amp; execution</li><li>Event and experience creation</li><li>Content and brand storytelling</li><li>You will play a key role in bringing the conservancy’s story to life across all touchpoints—both digital and on-ground.</li></ul> Responsibilities: 1. Marketing &amp; Brand Management <ul><li>Execute integrated marketing plans to drive awareness and engagement</li><li>Create compelling marketing materials (brochures, campaigns, presentations)</li><li>Plan and deliver events, activations, and promotional initiatives</li><li>Track campaign performance and optimize based on insights</li><li>Manage marketing budgets and reporting</li></ul> 2. Guest Experience &amp; On-Ground Engagement <ul><li>Design and enhance the visitor journey and overall guest experience</li><li>Develop new experience concepts within the conservancy</li><li>Ensure consistent storytelling through signage, staff interactions, and content</li><li>Support and train teams on brand messaging and guest engagement</li></ul> 3. Media, Digital &amp; Content <ul><li>Manage website updates, newsletters, and content calendars</li><li>Drive social media presence and digital campaigns</li><li>Create engaging written, visual, and video content</li><li>Monitor performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions)</li><li>Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent across channels</li></ul> 4. Events &amp; Partnerships <ul><li>Plan and execute key events, exhibitions, and fundraising initiatives</li><li>Coordinate with partners, agencies, and stakeholders</li><li>Support partnership communications and joint initiatives</li><li>Manage PR and social media agencies effectively</li></ul> 5. Stakeholder &amp; Relationship Management <ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams (operations, education, finance)</li><li>Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors</li><li>Act as a central point connecting marketing with on-ground teams</li></ul> Requirements: Experience <ul><li>5+ years in marketing, brand, events, or agency roles</li><li>Background in FMCG, experiential marketing, hospitality, or NGOs preferred&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Logistics Management <ul><li>Act as point of contact with freight forwarders for logistics execution</li><li>Point of contact for responsible suppliers to ensure deliveries on time for customers&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly monitoring of the shipments and updating arrivals in BI.&nbsp;</li><li>Dispatch planning considering product availability from suppliers and shipping schedules shared by freight forwarders.</li></ul> Performance Management <ul><li>Measuring all KPIs for internal teams to help running sessions to develop action plan for continuous improvement.</li><li>Managing performance reviews for logistics partners (monthly &amp; quarterly)</li><li>Running supply reviews and performance for product suppliers.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree minimum, Master’s Degree an advantage</li><li>2-3 years’ minimum of Supply chain planning</li><li>Analytical &amp; Demand Planning&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; presentation skills&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record of success&nbsp;</li><li>Good in English proficiency&nbsp;</li><li>Energetic, creative, self-motivated, team motivated, result oriented and sense of ownership.&nbsp;</li><li>Placement in Bangkok, Thailand</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Take ownership of claims from the moment of receival until resolved</li><li>Implement all necessary routines to maintain organisation and ensure all areas of responsibility are systematically addressed in a certain timeframe</li><li>Customer assessment of sales admin to provide effective support and deliver necessary positive outcomes within area of responsibility</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education &amp; Experience: 2 years working at medium to large FMCG company. If not, then must have a bachelor’s degree.</li><li>Required Skills and Competencies: English at professional standard, organised mindset, effective and efficient communication both in-person and on email, Microsoft Excel,</li><li>Personality / Attitude: Takes ownership, self-determination, always looking to improve, friendly and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Grow sales (volume &amp; value mix), market share and weighted distribution within scope.</li><li>Drive ABC strategic commercial plans including but not limited to: new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions, distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, promotion adherence, etc.</li><li>Build integrated business plans to drive sales within scope and engage all stakeholders for execution.</li><li>Optimize portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to attain maximum value creation.</li><li>Build the “ABC” brand name to give consumers compelling reasons to choose our brand over competing brands</li><li>Lead top-to-top relationship management with key customers in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Data-driven. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage AR related activities in SAP including Customer Onboarding (as per policy), customer master database management, Credit Limit mapping, Pricing database update, Sales order release</li><li>Manage AR overdue status, claims processing, collection status, provisioning of doubtful debts, bad debts</li><li>Managing regularly AR balances reconciliations and liaison with commercial team and customers, consultants etc.</li><li>Support at month end for accruals, movements, documentation etc.</li><li>Support in statutory and internal audits related to above areas</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 3 Years experience of SAP S4 for Sales / AR related Module</li><li>Minimum 3 Years experience of Alco Bev Industry – AR Management standpoint</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics for reporting, forecasting, and planning.</li><li>Process-driven mindset, ensuring structured execution and business predictability.</li></ul>
