Responsibilities: <ul><li>Take ownership of claims from the moment of receival until resolved</li><li>Implement all necessary routines to maintain organisation and ensure all areas of responsibility are systematically addressed in a certain timeframe</li><li>Customer assessment of sales admin to provide effective support and deliver necessary positive outcomes within area of responsibility</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education &amp; Experience: 2 years working at medium to large FMCG company. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Grow sales (volume &amp; value mix), market share and weighted distribution within scope.</li><li>Drive ABC strategic commercial plans including but not limited to: new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions, distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, promotion adherence, etc.</li><li>Build integrated business plans to drive sales within scope and engage all stakeholders for execution.</li><li>Optimize portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to attain maximum value creation.</li><li>Build the “ABC” brand name to give consumers compelling reasons to choose our brand over competing brands</li><li>Lead top-to-top relationship management with key customers in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Data-driven. Thoroughly understand SELL-OUT and SELL-IN data to derive insights &amp; identify opportunities to grow.</li><li>Ensure effective D&amp;A Management in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Ensure accurate/correct monthly forecasts are submitted ahead of deadline with the objective/ intention to achieve the forecast accuracy target.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree minimum</li><li>10 years’ minimum of Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development (FMCG/FMCG Distributor)</li><li>which covers both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Experience as Nation Sales Manager or related from MNC companies or global food &amp; beverages or consumer brands is preferable.</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities: Global Portfolio Strategy <ul><li>Define and implement a unified global portfolio vision to meet future consumer/customer needs for filters and beyond filters (combustibles and next generation products)</li><li>Direct multi category program and project management to ensure innovation efforts are focused towards building a healthy portfolio</li><li>Balance global consistency with regional customization to maximize market relevance and profitability.</li><li>Oversee portfolio lifecycle management, including launches, rationalization, and category transitions.</li></ul>&nbsp;Market &amp; Consumer Insights <ul><li>Lead global research initiatives to capture consumer trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory shifts across regions.</li><li>Translate insights into global portfolio strategies and innovation pipelines</li></ul> Innovation &amp; Product Development <ul><li>Drive global innovation programs, ensuring new products meet consumer demand and comply with international regulations.</li><li>Be the one stop shop for innovation – where commercial team and customers channel their initial ideas and requests before being formalized into innovation projects</li></ul>&nbsp;Cross-Regional Leadership <ul><li>Align regional commercial directors and managers under a global framework.</li><li>Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across markets to accelerate growth.</li><li>Act as the key liaison between commercial, operations and innovations teams</li></ul>&nbsp;Regulatory &amp; Compliance Oversight <ul><li>Monitor and interpret global regulatory developments impacting tobacco categories.</li><li>Ensure portfolio decisions adhere to international laws, trade agreements, and corporate responsibility standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering ,Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.</li><li>12+ years of experience in FMCG, tobacco, or regulated industries, with at least 5 years in global portfolio/category leadership.</li><li>Deep understanding of international tobacco industry dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory frameworks.</li><li>Proven track record in global strategic planning, innovation, and cross-market leadership.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures.</li></ul>&nbsp;Competencies <ul><li>Strategic global mindset with commercial acumen.</li><li>Ability to balance global consistency with local market needs.</li><li>Leadership and team development across geographies.</li><li>Strong influencing skills in complex stakeholder environments.</li><li>Ethical decision-making and commitment to responsible global business practices.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage AR related activities in SAP including Customer Onboarding (as per policy), customer master database management, Credit Limit mapping, Pricing database update, Sales order release</li><li>Manage AR overdue status, claims processing, collection status, provisioning of doubtful debts, bad debts</li><li>Managing regularly AR balances reconciliations and liaison with commercial team and customers, consultants etc.</li><li>Support at month end for accruals, movements, documentation etc.</li><li>Support in statutory and internal audits related to above areas</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 3 Years experience of SAP S4 for Sales / AR related Module</li><li>Minimum 3 Years experience of Alco Bev Industry – AR Management standpoint</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics for reporting, forecasting, and planning.</li><li>Process-driven mindset, ensuring structured execution and business predictability.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS project works, and ensure projects are delivered and commissioned to agreed scope, time, cost and quality to meet the clients expectations.</li><li>Manage customer relationships and expectations through timely responses to queries and requests throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Manage project specific documentation including commissioning and site acceptance test SAT scope of works, project SWMS and project schedules.</li><li>Manage project technical documentation including detailed drawings, single line diagrams, specifications, technical guides and installation manuals while managing approval process with clients.</li><li>Attend regular site visits, review site conditions to ensure smooth product delivery, installation and testing and commissioning.</li><li>Manage third party contractors and suppliers relationships, ensure competitive pricing is obtained with best possible outcome.</li><li>Manage forecasting project delivery and invoicing with sales administration and forecasting commissioning and SAT dates and booking service technicians with services team and third party contractors.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education Background: Bachelors (MBA Preferred)</li><li>Working Experience: 3-5 Years of Channel Sales or Business Development Management</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Direct &amp; Indirect Tax Compliance: <ul><li>Lead monthly, quarterly and annual compliance for corporate income tax, TDS/TCS, GST and other indirect taxes.</li><li>Oversee preparation and filing of income tax returns, GST returns and related statutory filings within timelines.</li><li>Ensure accuracy of tax provisioning, reconciliations and workpapers for statutory and internal reporting.</li><li>International Taxation</li></ul> Transfer Pricing: <ul><li>Own transfer pricing policy and documentation (Master File, Local File), benchmarking studies and intercompany pricing reviews.</li><li>Manage TP audits, coordinate APAs/MAPs and defend positions before tax authorities.</li></ul> Audit, Assessments &amp; Dispute Management: <ul><li>Manage tax audits/assessments, prepare responses and coordinate with external counsel/advisors.</li><li>Track litigations, maintain position papers, risk assessments and provisions as required.</li></ul> Advisory &amp; Controls: <ul><li>Provide tax inputs for business initiatives, contracts, M&amp;A, restructurings and product pricing.</li><li>Implement and maintain tax policies, internal controls and SOPs to mitigate risk.</li></ul> Process, Team &amp; Stakeholder Management: <ul><li>Coordinate with accounting, payroll and legal for information and cohesive execution.</li><li>Communicate tax positions and risks to finance controller and tax head</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years progressive experience in India taxation covering direct tax, GST, international tax and transfer pricing.</li><li>Proven experience in a corporate tax function, Big Four or reputable tax advisory firm.</li><li>Experience handling tax audits, assessments, litigation support and interactions with tax authorities.</li><li>Experience with tax provisions under Ind AS/IFRS preferred.</li><li>Having certifications related to taxation is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); fluent in English</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills with the ability to operate with a team, customer service, and leadership mentality</li><li>Ability to effectively lead, manage, and prioritize multiple projects, while operating in a fast-paced, complex global organization with shifting schedules and priorities</li><li>Solid working experience and knowledge of SAP, BI tools and office software (Excel).</li></ul>
