Responsibilities: Planning <ul><li>Initiate annual EHS training plan &amp; EHS internal audit plan in order to meet the department annual operating plan.</li></ul> Procedures &amp; Document Update <ul><li>Review &amp; update EHS procedure according to internal &amp; external audit finding.</li><li>Initiate, update and execute EHS policies or procedures according to national laws and regulations or S.A.F.E or Global company policies in order to fulfill company EHS system and make work efficient.</li></ul> Safety and Health Management <ul><li>Submit application to Safety Bureau for Safety and Health Impact Assessment and other required permits or registration in order to meet the requirement of national laws and regulations.</li><li>Conduct Safety Standard Management review and follow to Benchmark EHS System.</li><li>Coordinate industrial hygiene monitoring, evaluation, medical surveillance in order to prevent occupational disease.</li><li>Maintain SAFE and environment tool with continuous improvement.</li><li>Follow up Incident investigation, correction and Injury Trend Analysis in order to prevent incidents.</li><li>Conduct canteen and dormitory inspection with Admin. to supervise food safety and fire safety,in order to prevent incidents.</li><li>Conduct contractor &amp; supplier EHS management, issuing non-routine high risk task permits, in order to prevent incidents.&nbsp;</li></ul> EHS Projects <ul><li>Lead and follow up JSA, LOTO, Ergo, Machine Guarding,BBS, Nearhit reporting, PPE management, IH, Environmental and etc.</li><li>Coordinate the Kaizens and other EHS activities, in order to meet SAFE and our client requirement and prevent incidents.</li></ul> Audit <ul><li>Implement routine EHS internal audit and examine;</li><li>Prepare necessary material or data sheet for S.A.F.E ,customer, local government, global our client audit in order to ensure meet compliance requirements.</li></ul> Reporting &amp; Training<ul><li>Prepare Monthly EHS performance report in order to present EHS performance;</li><li>Organize health and safety related training to employee in order to promote the awareness of health and safety.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum must posses Bachelors in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Engineering and other related education.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 5 years of EH&amp;S experience required in Manufacturing Industry, more focused on safety;</li><li>Possesses a strong grasp of Malaysias EHS laws and regulations, EHS Greenbook, can conduct compliance assessments, Familiar with DOE and DOSH or other local authorities.</li><li>Autonomous ability in conducting audits and inspections of all aspects of EHS.</li><li>Good reading and writing in English and Mandarin (added advantage)</li><li>Skilled in leveraging Excel for data analysis, visualization, and strong tracking key metrics.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Executive Director of Operations is responsible for the leadership, performance and operational excellence of Mount Kilimanjaro Safari Clubs portfolio of safari lodges, camps, safari businesses and future hospitality ventures.</li><li>Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer – Hospitality &amp; Conservation, the role has executive accountability for the day-to-day and long-term performance of the Companys operations, ensuring exceptional safari and hospitality experiences, consistently high accommodation and service standards, effective asset management, operational efficiency and sustainable profitability across the portfolio.</li><li>The Executive Director of Operations translates the Companys strategy and commercial commitments into operational execution. The role ensures that what the Company sells is consistently and successfully delivered across every stage of the guest journey, from reservation handover and pre-arrival preparation through accommodation, safari experiences, on-property services and departure.</li><li>The Executive Director of Operations is accountable for operational delivery, on-ground sales and trade relationships in market, guest conversion and on-property revenue and expense management.</li></ul> Responsibilities&nbsp; 1. Commercial Delivery, On-Ground Sales &amp; Financial Stewardship – 15% <ul><li>Take accountability for the operational delivery of the Companys commercial strategy across safari operations, lodges and camps.</li><li>Build and maintain strong on-ground relationships with tour operators, travel agents, DMCs, trade partners, corporate clients and other relevant market stakeholders.</li><li>Drive upselling and on-property revenue opportunities across accommodation, food and beverage, safari activities, transfers, retail and ancillary services.</li><li>Ensure operational teams understand and effectively deliver commercial campaigns, packages, products and commitments developed by the Commercial function.</li></ul> 4. Responsibilities Target State Architecture and Convergence <ul><li>Define and maintain the target state architecture for cargo management systems across the global network, covering platform selection, consolidation, integration, and retirement</li><li>Produce a roadmap that sequences how regional systems (Cargospot, COSYS+, ePic) move toward an agreed target, with clear architectural rationale for each decision</li><li>Document and govern architecture decisions to ensure transparency, consistency, and auditability</li><li>Maintain a current-state map of the platform estate, including capability overlap, integration debt, and footprint reduction opportunities</li></ul> Integration, Connectivity, and Data Architecture <ul><li>Define integration standards and patterns for cargo systems, including airline connectivity (ONE Record, Cargo-XML, EDI), messaging, and API design</li><li>Set the data architecture for the cargo estate so that operational, customer, and commercial data flows are consistent and reusable across stations</li><li>Establish interoperability requirements between cargo management systems and adjacent platforms</li><li>Govern the technical aspects of customer-specific connectivity so that customer requests are met without fragmenting the core platform</li></ul> Change Order Validation and Cost Governance <ul><li>Review and validate every material change order raised against the cargo management systems are justified by the actual scope of work</li><li>Assess the technical complexity of each change order independently to challenge vendor proposals where required</li><li>Challenge inflated, padded, or over-scoped change orders, and provide documented technical rationale of its decisions</li><li>Distinguish change orders that reflect genuine new scope from those that should fall within existing contractual obligations or standard product, protecting the network from avoidable cost</li><li>Maintain a defensible record of change-order assessments so that platform spend is traceable and auditable, and patterns of vendor over-scoping are visible to leadership</li></ul> Standards, Governance, and Technical Authority <ul><li>Own the architectural standards that regional implementations are held against, and run the technical review of material platform changes</li><li>Provide architectural input into product governance</li><li>Ensure vendor solution designs align with target architecture or introduce avoidable lock-in</li><li>Partner with cybersecurity and enterprise architecture functions to ensure cargo platform architecture meets security, audit, and regulatory requirements</li></ul> Delivery Partnership and Advisory <ul><li>Act as the senior technical advisor to the Digital Product Management function, translating strategic direction into an executable systems blueprint</li><li>Support platform evaluations and proofs of concept with rigorous technical assessment</li><li>Provide architectural guidance to regional technology teams during implementation, migration, and cutover</li><li>Communicate architecture clearly and plainly to non-technical leadership;
