Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: <ul><li>Develop and execute procurement and planning strategies aligned with organizational goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Create and manage annual procurement plans and budgets.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.&nbsp;</li></ul> Procurement Management: <ul><li>Oversee the procurement process for goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.&nbsp;</li><li>Evaluate and select suppliers based on criteria such as cost, quality, and delivery performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to product quality, delivery, and service.&nbsp;</li></ul> Planning &amp; Forecasting: <ul><li>Develop and manage forecasting models to predict inventory needs and ensure alignment with production schedules.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement and inventory plans support overall business objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Implement and maintain planning tools and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.&nbsp;</li></ul> Team Leadership: <ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement and planning team to achieve high performance and professional growth.&nbsp;</li><li>Set clear goals and objectives for team members, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.&nbsp;</li></ul> Compliance &amp; Risk Management: <ul><li>Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.&nbsp;</li></ul> Reporting &amp; Analysis: <ul><li>Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, expenditures, and planning performance to senior management.&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.&nbsp;</li></ul> Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Identify and implement best practices and process improvements in procurement and planning.&nbsp;</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelors degree in a related field, such as business, supply chain management, or procurement.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 8 years experience in procurement, supply chain management, and/or purchasing in FMCG food industry.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to lead and manage a team, motivate employees, and delegate effectively.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing contracts.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with procurement processes, policies, and regulations.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Technical Leadership and Community Engagement: <ul><li>Serve as a visible leader for the Software Engineering CoE, actively engaging with product teams, platform teams, and leadership stakeholders to drive engineering best practices, represent CoE interests, and foster adoption of shared tools and platforms.</li></ul> Application Development and Modernization: <ul><li>Apply advanced software engineering patterns and principles to design, develop, integrate, maintain, and troubleshoot modern software solutions with a strong focus on security, scalability, and developer experience.</li></ul> Support for AWS Migration: <ul><li>Actively participate in the ongoing migration of ~700 applications from on-premises to AWS, providing technical expertise in cloud architecture, troubleshooting migration-related challenges, and ensuring operational excellence post-migration.</li></ul> Automation &amp; Tooling: <ul><li>Lead efforts to implement and refine CI/CD pipelines, automation practices, infrastructure as code, and other DevOps practices to enable efficient, secure, and consistent application delivery.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of related software engineering experience.</li><li>Strong expertise in automating CI/CD pipelines, full-stack application development, infrastructure as code, and cloud migration (AWS highly preferred).</li><li>Hands-on experience coding with Java, JavaScript, React, Golang, and ability to adapt to other languages as needed</li></ul>
