Role Description: <ul><li>This role is responsible for driving business development within the Life Safety market across France, Morocco, Italy and Austria.</li><li>The Sales Manager will define and execute the sales strategy, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Close collaboration with the local sales organizations, along with direct account management, will be essential to support revenue growth.&nbsp;</li><li>The position covers the following countries: France, Morocco, Italy and Austria.&nbsp;</li><li>This role reports to the Business Development Leader – Life Safety Division, EMEA &amp; APAC.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own and drive sales growth and full profit plan execution, managing the process end-to-end in collaboration with the Country Sales Organizations (CSOs).&nbsp;</li><li>Define and implement strategic initiatives and business development plans to support growth, staying up to date on industry trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics, while working closely with the country sales organizations.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and expand existing customer accounts by promoting the full Life Safety portfolio, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Role Overview:&nbsp; <ul><li>The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development to achieve the sales objectives across the assigned countries in the region through effective distributor network, user demand generation. The role includes building and developing a high-performing local team and ensuring operational excellence to meet business objectives.</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; 1. Sales Management, Business Development to drive differential growth <ul><li>Achieve overall regional sales targets while ensuring growth of focused products and implementing initiatives to gain market share.</li></ul> 2. Drive Business Development to generate demand from users <ul><li>Co-create and execute plans for business development initiatives through demand generation modules for key products.</li></ul> 3. Competition Fighting &amp; Counteraction <ul><li>Assess competition in our key categories and implementing strategies to counter them with requisite plans</li></ul> 4. Pricing Management &amp; Margin Delivery <ul><li>Achieve targeted margin for focused products through mix improvement and implementing requisite pricing actions</li></ul> 5. Distributor/Importer Management <ul><li>Develop suitable distributors for business delivery and manage relationships while conducting appropriate performance reviews.</li></ul> 6. Drive Commercial Hygiene <ul><li>Manage receivables to ensure timely collections while minimizing financial exposure through appropriate payment terms</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in business.</li><li>Experience: 10-12 years in Sales &amp; business development roles, including 3-4 years in regional management.</li><li>Languages: English and French. Industry Preference: Paint, Adhesives, Hardware, Cement, Construction Chemicals.&nbsp;</li></ul> Required Skillsets: <ul><li>Commercial &amp; Analytical</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to spot opportunities.</li><li>Ability to lead teams &amp; set higher benchmark.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Area Sales &amp; Business Development Manager Congo will be responsible for managing sales operations within a specific geographical region, focusing on building relationships with distributors, retailers, and users to achieve sales targets and grow business within the Congolese market.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Delivering sales targets within assigned territory by driving the core business and identifying new business opportunities.</li><li>Responsible for demand generation of key products through relevant user marketing to achieve desired results.&nbsp;</li><li>Managing relationships with importers, important wholesale &amp; retail outlets &amp; potential influencers.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely Primary Order collection and maintaining commercial hygiene, pricing for country.</li><li>Support leadership to drive the BTL objectives aligned for the said cluster/ region. In addition, conduct monthly business reviews with local team against the said BTL target and prepare way forward plans with distributors, local teams with proper maintenance of data base for sales &amp; demand generation for focused products as applicable.</li><li>Working regularly in the market and providing insights basis product usage, competitor information and charting a proper plan to address the same.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring timely submission of claims with proper documentation as applicable to the categories in the country.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Candidates with Min 3 Years experience in Managerial Sales or User Marketing roles.</li><li>Should be well versed with the local language (Lingala), French and English.</li><li>Candidates from Paints &amp; Hardware, Adhesives, Construction Chemical and Building Materials will be preferred.</li><li>Graduate from a recognized university.</li></ul> Location: <ul><li>Kinshasa:Should be well versed with local language- Lingala besides French &amp; English</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Lubumbashi: Should be well versed with local language- Swahili besides French &amp; English</li></ul>
