Responsibilities: <ul><li>Review KYC files for subscribers, agents, merchants, and corporate partners.</li><li>Verify identification documents, TINs, and onboarding documentation for completeness and accuracy.</li><li>Escalate missing or inconsistent documentation to the Group Compliance Manager.</li><li>Assist in reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports.</li><li>Identify unusual or suspicious patterns based on defined red flags from Group and local management.</li><li>Document findings and escalate cases accordingly.</li><li>Support the preparation of CTRs and STRs in the required regulatory formats.</li><li>Maintain logs of alerts, escalations, and submitted reports.</li><li>Assist in gathering data and evidence for investigations of suspicious activities.</li><li>Ensure strict confidentiality when handling customer or agent information.</li><li>Support responses to requests from the Central Bank, FIU, or auditors.</li><li>Maintain proper filing of regulatory correspondence.</li><li>Participate in AML/CFT and KYC training sessions.</li><li>Promote compliance awareness among partners and staff under supervision.</li><li>Work closely with the Group AML team.</li><li>Share local findings and escalate emerging risks promptly.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Master degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Audit or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 4 years’ experience in compliance role in banking, fintech, mobile money, or a related field</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).</li><li>Good working knowledge of MS Excel Power point and reporting tools.</li><li>CAMS or ACFCS certifications are considered an advantage.</li><li>Integrity and confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to identify and escalate risks effectively.</li><li>Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.</li><li>Organized, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>This role is responsible for driving business development within the Life Safety market across France, Morocco, Italy and Austria.</li><li>The Sales Manager will define and execute the sales strategy, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Close collaboration with the local sales organizations, along with direct account management, will be essential to support revenue growth.&nbsp;</li><li>The position covers the following countries: France, Morocco, Italy and Austria.&nbsp;</li><li>This role reports to the Business Development Leader – Life Safety Division, EMEA &amp; APAC.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own and drive sales growth and full profit plan execution, managing the process end-to-end in collaboration with the Country Sales Organizations (CSOs).&nbsp;</li><li>Define and implement strategic initiatives and business development plans to support growth, staying up to date on industry trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics, while working closely with the country sales organizations.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and expand existing customer accounts by promoting the full Life Safety portfolio, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Drive Commercial Hygiene <ul><li>Manage receivables to ensure timely collections while minimizing financial exposure through appropriate payment terms</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in business.</li><li>Experience: 10-12 years in Sales &amp; business development roles, including 3-4 years in regional management.</li><li>Languages: English and French. Industry Preference: Paint, Adhesives, Hardware, Cement, Construction Chemicals.&nbsp;</li></ul> Required Skillsets: <ul><li>Commercial &amp; Analytical</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to spot opportunities.</li><li>Ability to lead teams &amp; set higher benchmark.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Area Sales &amp; Business Development Manager Congo will be responsible for managing sales operations within a specific geographical region, focusing on building relationships with distributors, retailers, and users to achieve sales targets and grow business within the Congolese market.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Delivering sales targets within assigned territory by driving the core business and identifying new business opportunities.</li><li>Responsible for demand generation of key products through relevant user marketing to achieve desired results.&nbsp;</li><li>Managing relationships with importers, important wholesale &amp; retail outlets &amp; potential influencers.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely Primary Order collection and maintaining commercial hygiene, pricing for country.</li><li>Support leadership to drive the BTL objectives aligned for the said cluster/ region. In addition, conduct monthly business reviews with local team against the said BTL target and prepare way forward plans with distributors, local teams with proper maintenance of data base for sales &amp; demand generation for focused products as applicable.</li><li>Working regularly in the market and providing insights basis product usage, competitor information and charting a proper plan to address the same.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring timely submission of claims with proper documentation as applicable to the categories in the country.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Candidates with Min 3 Years experience in Managerial Sales or User Marketing roles.</li><li>Should be well versed with the local language (Lingala), French and English.</li><li>Candidates from Paints &amp; Hardware, Adhesives, Construction Chemical and Building Materials will be preferred.</li><li>Graduate from a recognized university.</li></ul> Location: <ul><li>Kinshasa:Should be well versed with local language- Lingala besides French &amp; English</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Lubumbashi: Should be well versed with local language- Swahili besides French &amp; English</li></ul>
