Injection Molding Technician

Responsibilities: New Project: In order to ensure that the mass production project can meet the production requirements and achieve the purpose of on-time delivery: <ul><li>Design and improve the mass production expansion PN assembly equipment, FSR sample production and inspection</li><li>Follow up the mass production project to expand P/N samples and expand business, and make external sample requirements</li><li>Guide technicians to debug assembly equipment and make samples</li><li>Take safety protection measures and implement the companys EHS standards and requirements</li></ul> Production Problem Handling: In order to ensure the normal operation of daily production, reduce scrap and downtime: <ul><li>Track and analyze production engineering problems and provide solutions</li><li>Guide technicians to solve production engineering problems</li><li>Cooperate with QE to jointly handle customer quality complaints</li></ul> Production process improvement: In order to improve production efficiency and reduce costs: <ul><li>Find improvement points, formulate improvement plans and implement improvement actions with other relevant departments</li><li>Communicate with ECO in a timely manner about improvements in product design</li></ul> Production equipment repair and maintenance: In order to ensure the good operation and safety of production equipment and molds: <ul><li>Formulate equipment and mold repair, maintenance and overhaul plans and supervise technicians to implement</li><li>Check the safety protection devices of the equipment and implement the companys EHS standards and requirements</li></ul> Production Document Preparation and Management: To ensure the completeness and timeliness of production documents: <ul><li>Prepare and update engineering documents (such as work instructions, production flow charts, FMEA, etc.)</li><li>Follow up and implement engineering changes</li></ul> Requirements: Education, Technical Qualification &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor degree or above Mechanical/engineering related major</li><li>5 years of relevant work experience CET-4</li></ul>

Responsibilities: D&amp;A Management <ul><li>Key Performance Indicators: Delivery of annual budgeted Net Sales Value (NSV)Profitability / Contribution Margin Innovation/lift and launch pipeline.</li><li>Lead top-to-top relationship management with key customers in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Accountable for the local execution of Foodservice projects from the Region and/or International Zone in key sub-channels specifically in QSR, FSR, Hotels.</li><li>Data-driven. Thoroughly understand SELL-OUT and SELL-IN data to derive insights &amp; identify opportunities to grow.</li><li>Ensure effective D&amp;A Management in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Ensure accurate/correct monthly forecasts are submitted ahead of deadline with the objective/ intention to achieve the forecast accuracy target.</li><li>Identify &amp; collaborate with regional stakeholders for Lift &amp; Launch and Innovation opportunities. Commercialize upon launch.</li><li>Lead the competency development of the local sales team and ensure their individual development plans are in-place &amp; active.</li><li>Grow sales (volume &amp; value mix), market share and weighted distribution within scope.</li><li>Drive strategic commercial plans including but not limited to: new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions,</li><li>distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, promotion adherence, etc.</li><li>Build integrated business plans to drive sales within scope and engage all stakeholders for execution.</li><li>Optimize portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to attain maximum value creation.</li><li>Build the brand name to give consumers compelling reasons to choose our brand over competing brands</li><li>Develop a tactical program to support both Marketing and Sales objectives and expand distribution channels</li><li>Contribute to structure and implement segmentation and RVP (Retail Value Propositions) by segment and merchandising standards.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Ensure all business practices comply with policies and regulations of the government and company ethics</li><li>Monitor and/or assess industrys regulatory changes as well as competitive activities and their impact</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>10 years’ minimum of Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development (FMCG/FMCG Distributor) which covers both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Experience as Nation Sales Manager or related from MNC companies or global food &amp; beverages or consumer brands is preferable.</li><li>Strong in analyzing sales data, negotiation, relationship Management</li><li>Proficient in Trade Marketing and Consumer insights</li><li>Proficient in Lift &amp; Launch and Innovation</li><li>Expert in Root-cause analysis, Critical Thinking &amp; Problem Solving</li><li>Strong team management with experience of leading big team</li><li>Amicable to work in a matrix organization.</li><li>Resilient, curious, strong executor</li><li>Strong ability to quickly troubleshoot shortfalls and operate independently (Strong Self Starter)</li><li>Customer-centric mindset</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>VAVENPI project mold to complete the sampling work and make FSR samples</li><li>Analyze abnormal molds in the process of mold sampling, summarize improvement plans, and make suggestions</li><li>Improvement of abnormal quality process and mold, optimization of common defects of products (short shot, bubbles, burns, weld marks, burrs, size)</li><li>Be able to provide repair solutions for abnormal problems according to the on-site production status, and assist in mold maintenance</li><li>53P standard molding parameter table production</li><li>Assist the team with difficult problems to troubleshoot and solve difficult problems</li><li>Experiment, promotion and application of new injection molding technology</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>More than 5 years of relevant work experience as an injection molding process engineer;</li><li>Master the production and process of injection molding products, and master the injection molding process of connectors;</li><li>Proficient in the material characteristics and processing parameters of plastics;</li><li>Master the principle, structure, function and maintenance of injection molds, and have the ability to assemble and repair conventional molds;</li><li>Familiar with the overall development process and acceptance process of injection mold trial production; Summarize according to the mold test problems and maintenance plans;</li><li>Able to operate Sumitomo, Fanuc injection molding machines and peripheral equipment;</li><li>Master the ability to find the best process through the waveform analysis of the injection molding machine, and set the process parameters of the best molding cycle and the best product rate;</li></ul>
