Responsibilities: <ul><li>Greet and assist customers in a courteous, professional, and engaging manner.</li><li>Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate jewellery options.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including materials, craftsmanship, certifications, and pricing.</li><li>Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.</li><li>Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.</li><li>Manage billing and basic inventory processes.</li><li>Ensure security and care of high-value items at all times.</li><li>Support store events, promotional activities, and new launches.</li><li>Build strong relationships with repeat and potential customers.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (preferably in commerce, business, or fashion).</li><li>2–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, watches, or luxury fashion.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity.</li><li>Sales-oriented with a customer-first mindset.</li><li>Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, and hallmarking standards (preferred).</li><li>Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and during festive periods.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: 1. Credit Management <ul><li>Collaborate with the insurance company to ensure customer credit limits are validated and aligned with business needs.</li><li>Understand the business requirements and communicate them effectively to the insurance provider to secure necessary support.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate customer creditworthiness while balancing business growth objectives with prudent credit risk management</li></ul> 2. Insurance Management <ul><li>Manage credit insurance policies to protect the company against potential bad debts.</li><li>Liaise with insurance providers to ensure adequate coverage and timely claims processing.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of insured accounts and ensure compliance with insurance terms.</li></ul> 3. Cash Collection <ul><li>Oversee and ensure timely collection of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow</li><li>Manage service provider and oversea the daily operations. Ensure clear SOP for smooth operations.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to reduce overdue accounts and improve Days Sales Outstanding.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, customer service teams, and customers to resolve disputes, facilitate prompt payments, and maintain strong relationships for smooth credit and collection processes.</li></ul> 4. Credit Policy Enforcement <ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s credit policy to ensure consistent and fair credit practices as per the group norm.</li><li>Act as the gatekeeper to enforce credit policies and procedures, ensuring no undue risks are taken.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to internal teams on credit policies and best practices.</li></ul> 5. Risk Management <ul><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to credit and cash collection.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on credit performance, overdue accounts, and risk exposure for senior management.</li><li>Proactively recommend improvements to credit processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.</li></ul> 6. Engaging in FX topic <ul><li>Providing the details of customer payment&nbsp;</li><li>Providing the landing estimation of AR.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>3 years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or a similar role.</li><li>Experience in managing credit insurance policies is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with industry-specific credit practices and regulations in FMCGs.</li><li>Professional certification in credit management (e.g., CICM, NACM) is a plus.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Marketing Planning (40%): <ul><li>Strategic planning and leadership to drive brand performance in ensuring successful market penetration (Prelaunch preparedness and go to market strategies)</li><li>Develop programs to maximize field selling efforts such as sample strategy, sales meetings, and all sales force related marketing activities.</li><li>Development of the annual brand business and budget plan, strategy &amp; objectives</li><li>Develop and plan resource allocation effectively to address changing market dynamic and competitions</li></ul> New portfolio exploration and business development (35%): <ul><li>Conduct market insights for new product (market data analysis, gather insights from HCPs)</li><li>Develop patient flow and product forecast based on the portfolio analysed</li><li>Build business case for the new portfolio encompassing the pharma range (prescription drug), medical devices and consumer health</li></ul> Marketing Implementation (25%): <ul><li>Formulate, direct and coordinate all customer segment marketing activities and tactics to launch and promote the brand, working with agencies and cross functional partners.</li><li>Create and enhance relationships, internal and external, that contribute towards establishing the brand (key customers, thought leaders, associations and industry players) and implement establish KOL strategy&nbsp;</li><li>Manage brand budget efficiently</li><li>Timely development of promotional program/ materials that enables effective delivery of marketing messages</li><li>Support CMEs &amp; conduct product trainings to field-force</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Science. Proficient in English.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing.&nbsp;</li><li>Has knowledge in these key healthcare channels: GP, private hospital, public hospital and retail pharmacy&nbsp;</li><li>Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills and able to illustrate agility to work and manage cross-functional teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to demonstrate new pilots in the areas of digital and analytics</li><li>Detail oriented and having the ability to actively listen.</li><li>Solid communication skills including presentation, verbal and written abilities. Shortlisted candidates are required to do a business case project.&nbsp;</li><li>Strategically focused, results oriented with strong problem-solving skills</li></ul>

Overview:The Brand Content Specialist will assist with the development of brand communication materials across channels (brand retail, indirect retail, consumer coaches, etc.) for our smoke free product line . Responsibilities:Support the content creation team in the execution, production and trans-creation of materials needed to support omni-channel communication such as point-of-sale materials, consumer event collateral, LAMP (legal age meeting place) materials, etc. Coordinate transcreation of various creative assets and supervise work done by external transcreation agency, to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.Support supervisor in evaluating agency creative work and production process. Collaborate with procurement and production agencies to deliver prototypes and final production specifications prior to go-to-market.Conduct agency briefings with the support of Brand Manager Content to develop creative materials; align with internal stakeholders on specific channel needs and gather feedback on creative materials prior to production.Collaborate across functions - brand marketing, consumer experience, digital, portfolio and channels team to ensure communication materials needs are met. Manage timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.Assist with presentation development, including internal management presentations, internal approval meetings (e.g. pre-market review group), pitch decks and company-wide events presentations (e.g. national sales meeting, launch event, etc.)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English, Public Relations, or Advertising. 3 or more years of experience in similar positions, either on client or agency side.Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver against tight deadlines. Performs well under pressure, while managing various cross-functional parties during event execution. Creative and consumer-first mindset.US Spanish language fluency a plus.Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
