Role Description: <ul><li>The Software Engineer Lead will be in a position to serve as a subject matter expert for a specific team of Software Engineers.</li><li>In addition to writing code on complex systems and applications, this position provides direction on project plans, schedules, and methodologies.</li><li>The position has direct reports. Work closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.</li><li>Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.</li><li>Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.</li><li>Resolve complex technical issues as necessary. Mentor and/or train entry-level software engineers as directed by department management, ensuring they are knowledgeable in critical aspects of their roles.</li><li>Keep abreast of new technology developments. Design and work with complex data models. Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.</li><li>Ensure all staff is provided with training and resources needed to perform their jobs to the most outstanding degree possible.</li><li>Ensure all staff is provided with frequent feedback and coaching in order to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals consistently.</li><li>Manage and encourage new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations.</li><li>Empower the staff to be accountable and responsible for their own actions and decisions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bilingual English and Spanish All Qualified Applicants must reside in Mexico City Able to work in person 2-4 days per week as needed Expertise in object-oriented development languages such as Java or .Net (C#) with an added benefit of having experience in front end technologies such as Angular or React.</li><li>Experience in software development methodologies (e.g., Kahn Bahn and Scrum).</li><li>Ability to partner and lead internal and external technology resources in solving complex business needs.</li><li>Ability to design and work with complex data models. Role Description: <ul><li>The Head of Content Strategy is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives, enhances brand presence, and engages target audiences.</li><li>This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to drive content initiatives across multiple regional audiences and channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strategic Planning: Work with marketing and leadership across asset classes and the client group to develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with business goals, fundraising goals, audience needs, and industry trends.</li><li>Manage content planning, production, calendar &amp; workflow: Oversee editorial planning, project briefs, deadlines, process and production schedules to ensure timely publishing of all materials.</li><li>Supervise the creation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various channels, including whitepapers, articles, blogs, videos, social media, emails, and event-related presentations.</li><li>Supervise the creation of all fund-related content including fact sheets, pitchbooks, elevator pitches, Q&amp;As, case studies, and asset videos.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Launch and lead the firm’s Content Committee to enhance the governance over design, prioritization, review, production and distribution of content.</li><li>Work closely with marketing, investments, design, and sales teams to ensure content supports broader business objectives. Distribution &amp; Optimization: Oversee timely posting and delivery of content across relevant internal and external platforms including internal content library, video library, investor portals, and public website.</li><li>Communicate proactively with business and sales partners to maximize awareness and usage of materials.</li><li>Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to optimize content for search visibility and performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analytics: Track competitor strategies, measure content performance across the media mix, track and assess audience engagement across regions and channels; proactively communicate and report to internal partners and use learnings to inform and refine the firm’s content strategy. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of content managers, writers and content creators; utilize freelancers as needed. Compliance: ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines as well as firm standards for branding and tone.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; Qualifications and Requirements&nbsp; <ul><li>10+ years of experience in editorial leadership roles in financial media/publishing or asset management.</li><li>Strong grasp of the capital markets including alternative investments, institutional and wealth market segments.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and storytelling skills.</li><li>Strong ability to manage people, process and projects.</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships and influence individuals at multiple levels throughout the organization.</li><li>Experience working across multiple print and digital mediums and working with multi-channel content distribution.</li><li>Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms, including AI-driven and content automation tools</li></ul>
