Role Description:Our Client is a leading renewable energy company committed to shaping a sustainable energy system for future generations.As part of Our Client Business Area Solar and Batteries (SoBa) focuses on developing large-scale solar and battery projects to enable fossil-free living within one generation.With a strong portfolio growth in Solar & Battery technologies in Germany and the Netherlands, Our Client is at the forefront of driving impactful change in the renewable energy sector.Position: Head of Construction ManagementLocation: Berlin, Hamburg, or Amsterdam (Occasional travel within northern Europe expected)Responsibilities:Team Development & Staffing:Lead the Construction Management team within BU SoBa.Coach and guide individual Project Construction Managers towards successful project completion.Enhance technical expertise within the team in project management, commissioning, HSE, and quality.Define and update construction standards and project management requirements.Develop and implement staffing and staff development plans to meet the growing pipeline needs.Project/Portfolio Management:Ensure safe, timely, and budget-conscious delivery of up to 15 large-scale construction projects concurrently.Drive up to 20 late-stage development projects towards successful Final Investment Decision.Foster and maintain supplier relationships crucial for project construction.Lead contract and commercial discussions with third parties for portfolio topics.Stakeholders and Main Interfaces:ProcurementContract ManagementEngineeringAsset ManagementDevelopmentControlling/ValuationMain Contractors & Component SuppliersReporting to: Director of Delivery Solar & BatteriesAdditional Information:Number of Employees/Teams: Currently 12 direct reports, with a significant increase expected in the next 12 to 24 months due to a surge in the construction pipeline.Requirements:Proven track record in team management and leadership.Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in renewable energy project construction across various countries and multinational environments.Master’s degree in engineering or a relevant scientific subject.Experience in managing internationally distributed technical teams.Proficiency in German language is preferred.Geographical Area of Responsibility:All main locations of BA SoBa (NL/GER).Join us and be part of a dynamic team driving the

ResponsibilitiesYou will control and manage complex software projects in the area of corporate legal departments.You will advise clients on the implementation of our Legisway software for legal departments with a focus on improving internal workflows.You will analyze customer needs, define and document the requirements and implement them independently.You will work closely with the sales department and provide support in the pre-sales phase.Requirements:You have successfully completed a degree in the field of computer science or business law and/or have completed training as an IT specialist, application development or system integration or a comparable qualification.You have initial experience as a project manager / consultant.You have already accompanied the first software implementation projects in the B2B sector.You are able to obtain your information from databases, modify it and solve more complex queries and problems.Ideally, you have already worked successfully in matrix structuresYou have strong communication skills, a high degree of flexibility, a hands-on mentality as well as your structured work and good self-organizationVery good German and English language skills and willingness to travel (of approx. 5%) round off your profile
