Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop and maintain visually consistent and attractive designs that showcase the organization’s culture, values, and work environment.&nbsp;</li><li>This includes materials for recruitment campaigns, social media, and other branding platforms.</li><li>Create visually compelling content such as social media posts, banners, infographics, and recruitment materials.</li><li>Produce and edit engaging videos that highlight employee experiences, company events, and the work environment.</li><li>Work with internal teams to ensure design and video content aligns with recruitment needs.</li><li>Implement creative concepts based on existing strategies, focusing on delivering high-quality visual materials.</li><li>Handle multiple design projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and meet the quality standards of the HR and Employer Branding teams.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Marketing, Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role or project.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro).</li><li>Strong portfolio with examples of graphic design and video content.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Run the business requirement analysis process with Product Owner, business stakeholders, process owners, designers and developers and help to prioritize business requirements for coming releases.</li><li>Participate in creation of the Solution and Product Roadmap with the Product Owner and business stakeholders.</li><li>Review, estimate, and design solutions/functionalities of business requirements and approve the design when done by others.</li><li>Compile, review and maintain required solution design documentation and related company Way document.</li><li>Responsible for the data and application architectural compliance in collaboration with Architects and solution design consistency in collaboration with Configuration Owners or other equivalent technical roles.</li><li>Support the User Acceptance Testing.</li><li>Have full design ownership of SAP logistics area &amp; satellite systems including the physical data model.</li><li>Participate in global development projects and continuous development to ensure that the built solution meets business requirements while maximizing use of standard functionalities.</li><li>Guide the application support to solve complex problems and support business processes when needed.</li><li>Ensure a positive employee experience, emphasizing transparency, clarity, and learning opportunities.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 8 years of work experience in logistics operations and IT.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of SAP related technologies, data model and interface.</li><li>Solid logistics business process understanding of in/outbound logistics business processes incl. transportation management &amp; collaboration/integration with Logistic Service Providers.</li><li>Experience of SAP LE, SD and MM modules in the context of logistics and transportation management is essential.</li><li>Additional experience of integration to non-SAP technologies and SAP S/4 HANA is favorable.</li><li>Additional experience of integration to non-SAP technologies/satellites and SAP S/4 HANA &amp; SAP TM &amp; SAP BN4L is favorable.</li><li>Experience of leading SAP implementation for Logistics in global cross-functional programs.</li><li>Skilled at operating in global environments, driving alignment, and delivering impactful results across interconnected systems.</li><li>Solid logistics and supply chain business process end-to-end understanding including knowledge of integrations with supplier network and logistics service providers &amp; carriers</li><li>Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional design.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills supporting good relationship building with business stakeholders and peers.</li><li>Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in working in international environment with stakeholders and teams distributed globally.</li><li>University level degree or equivalent.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Participate in implementation of ServiceNow S2PO specializing in Sourcing, Procurement &amp; Case Management.</li><li>Participate in compiling and prioritizing enhancements and defect resolutions to applications, implementing changes.</li><li>Conduct technical software testing and debug systems and software applications, as needed.</li><li>Perform standard and moderately complex configuration of ServiceNow S2PO.</li><li>Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed technical specifications.</li><li>Provides input into the strategy and technical planning of system/application technology in accordance with internal and external software compliance standards.</li><li>Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.</li><li>Certification in ServiceNow S2PO.</li><li>Minimum of two years of related work experience.</li><li>Other minimum qualifications may apply.</li><li>Have experience in 2+ implementation cycles.</li><li>Overall experience of 5+ years</li></ul>
