Project Engineer – PCIS – GL1

Sr. Engineer - SAP Full Stack (Hybrid)

Role Description: This role will be working at the customer premise. <ul><li>The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the customer GRC requirement.</li><li>The jobs scope involve ensuring compliance with establishing governance processes, assessing risks, and implementing effective risk management practices to protect the organization’s assets, reputation, and stakeholders.</li><li>Work together with customer to develop and maintain the organization’s GRC strategy and framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Lead the establishment and maintenance of governance processes across various departments, ensuring consistency and accountability.</li><li>Collaborate with senior leadership to draft, revise, and communicate governance policies and procedures.</li><li>Identify, assess, and prioritize risks to the organization’s operations, financial health, and reputation.</li><li>Develop and implement risk assessment methodologies and tools to prepare risk reports and dashboards for stakeholders.</li><li>Serve as the point of contact for risk management activities and promote a culture of risk awareness throughout the organization.</li><li>Oversee compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.</li><li>Design and oversee compliance programs and training initiatives to ensure that employees understand and adhere to regulatory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate and respond to audits and regulatory examinations, ensuring all compliance issues are addressed promptly.</li><li>Stay current with industry best practices and emerging legislation impacting GRC programs.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Maintain/Develop cybersecurity policies, standards, and frameworks.</li><li>Ensure alignment with industry standards (e.g., CSA Cyber Trust Mark, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, SOC 2).</li><li>Collaborate with business units to integrate security governance into business processes.</li><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across the organization.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and audits to evaluate vulnerabilities.</li><li>Work with technical teams to implement security controls and risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive security measures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA, HIPAA, SOX).</li><li>Lead internal and external cybersecurity audits and assessments.</li><li>Maintain compliance documentation and evidence for regulatory bodies.</li><li>Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to manage cybersecurity-related legal risks.</li></ul> Requirements: Preferred Experience: <ul><li>5+ years in cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance roles.</li><li>Experience in highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government.</li><li>Familiarity with security tools (GRC platforms, SIEMs, vulnerability scanners).</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>PC&amp;IS Project for Process and Packing equipment power electrical system.</li><li>Support the local project team during the greenfield/brownfield site development as well as during projects executed in current facilities (locally)</li><li>Support global standard for projects with regards to:</li><li>Lead implementation and integration of equipment control systems&nbsp;</li><li>Support development of program platform for PLC and HMI for future projects&nbsp;</li><li>Implement Motor control center, and PLC control structure and execution strategy.</li><li>Implement site Digitization and Smart Factory system (equipment &amp; utilities)</li><li>Lead the vendor selection process for the various PC&amp;IS tasks with approval from line manager.</li><li>Oversee electrical installation of all equipment aspects</li><li>Ensure power &amp; utilities authority works in place and handled in compliance</li><li>Act as key representative to of the company technical service team in terms of all electrical and controls matter (utilities, electrical design and installation)</li><li>Projecting multilayer network solution for information system.</li><li>Liaising with multiple vendors for project execution.</li><li>Liase with company global engineering and central functions (EHS, GRC, QFS) to ensure compliance in all aspects</li><li>COP support for operation support in implementing electrical project handover and electrical spare part inventory.</li><li>COP support for electrical &amp; control modification for upgrading projects. Supporting operation &amp; engineering team for electrical related solution.</li><li>Build capability among the technical service team and relevant Plant resources.</li><li>Active participation in the Implementation of the company Work System (KWS) from a support perspective especially with regard to the Technical COE and has a thorough understanding of its content &amp; process.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum college graduate or completed electrical apprenticeship and attended professional training</li><li>Minimum 2 years of field experience and electrical, control, process &amp; instrumentation aspect.</li><li>Candidates preferred with experience with food processing PC&amp;IS design, implementation &amp; integration, construction and start-up&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in Equipment/Utilities interface design and control systems (Rockwell/ Wonderware/ OSI platform)</li><li>experience in Leading and building capability Typically works independently with some direction from Manager.</li><li>Responsible for own work. Supervision of supporting team members during project execution.</li><li>Travel may be required. In the Asia Pacific Region unless assigned to a location for a project duration.</li><li>Be physically fit and able to travel and work safely on Construction sites.</li><li>Work is performed in area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear.</li><li>Equipment - Electrical &amp; instrument used in production lines &amp; utilities.</li><li>Laptop &amp; softwares - Engineering laptop &amp; softwares. Best if the candidates has some knowledge on any of below:</li><li>Rockwell Studio 5000, Rockwell Panel View, OsiSoft Tools, SQL Server Management Studio, Javascript in SAP xMii, AutoCAD, softwares.</li><li>Public contact – Electrical contractors, system integrators, electrical suppliers and vendors.</li><li>Safety of all employees is paramount; therefore the incumbent and their reports must work safely and ensure compliance with all local, state and federal policies and legislation (Work Cover, DECC, Environmental etc).</li><li>Adherence to company policies and procedures is also required.&nbsp;</li><li>Company’s reputation is held in high regard, the incumbent will work in an environment that prides itself on protecting this reputation by ensure our products are of premium quality to maintain customer satisfaction.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>In depth knowledge of SAP ABAP/4 programming using BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, Workflow, LSMW, Reports, SAPScript, writing user exits, BDC coding, and interfaces.</li><li>Designing and implementing workflows to automate business processes.</li><li>Support RICEF objects, Fiori apps, and B2B integrations (SOAP, IDOC, OData).</li><li>The SAP ABAP Developer should possess strong application development and system integration skills.</li><li>Experience in Fiori Design patterns, expertise in UI Theme designer.</li><li>Design, develop, and enhance SAP business applications using ABAP on the backend and SAP Fiori/UI5 for the frontend.</li><li>Build and extend existing Fiori applications using SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM) by analyzing root causes and implementing effective solutions.</li><li>Experience with Fiori/UI5 is highly desirable.</li><li>Enhance the user experience (UX) by designing intuitive and responsive Fiori/UI5 applications, incorporating Fiori Elements and smart controls.</li><li>Leverage BTP services to develop and deploy cloud-based applications and extensions.</li><li>Support ongoing development, implementation, and quality checks for existing projects/applications.</li><li>Participate in peer code reviews and learn and adapt to the companys engineering and development practices.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications Minimum Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.</li><li>Confirmed experience automating pipelines for continuous integration, testing, delivery and security.</li><li>Confirmed experience architecting applications, databases, services or integrations.</li><li>Minimum of four years of related work experience.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP developer or a similar role with a focus on SAP S/4, ECC, BW, SOLMAN, FIORI, GRC</li><li>Strong, well-rounded knowledge of SAP full life cycle implementations and SAP concepts / capabilities</li><li>Proficient in ABAP, EDI management, and SAP modules.</li><li>Proficiency in SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript</li><li>Experience working in Implementation, Upgrade, Maintenance and support projects</li><li>Experience of Designing, coding, and modifying SAP applications to meet specific requirements.</li><li>Strong background in SAP Gateway and OData services</li><li>SAP Certification is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and BTP is a plus.</li></ul>
