Responsibilities: Technology Development <ul><li>Lead and/ or co-work with global process cluster on new process recipes from concept to qualification and manufacturing release.</li><li>Define process requirements, success criteria, design‑of‑experiments (DOE), and characterization plans.</li><li>Drive root‑cause analyses, failure mechanism studies, and improvement loops to achieve performance, yield, and reliability targets.</li><li>Translate product requirements into process specifications and control strategies.</li></ul> Technology Transfer &amp; Ramp <ul><li>Work with project leader on technology transfer - from pilot line to high‑volume manufacturing. Adapts to shifting priorities while ensuring deadlines are met.</li><li>Lead and drive technical discussions to onsite process transfer activities, including documentation (PFMEA, etc), training, process replication, and equipment matching.</li><li>Work with equipment team on equipment set-up and process cluster on establishing critical process windows, statistical control limits, and ramp‑readiness criteria.</li><li>Coordinate and report ramp performance tracking (yield, scrap, cycle time, tool capability) and drive closure of gaps.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields).</li><li>3+ years of experience in Chemical Mechanical Planarization (Polishing) process engineering, process development, or as process engineer in a high-volume manufacturing fab.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong skills in DOE, SPC, data analytics, FMEA, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Excellent communication, technical documentation, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>

Purpose of the role: <ul><li>Create new and improve existing foods and processes by applying technical, food science and culinary skills in cereals through complex formulas, processing procedures and specifications for new products, product enhancements, and cost reductions to meet project needs in a constantly evolving business environment.</li><li>Capable of working at a fast and agile pace on multiple projects simultaneously, whilst interacting successfully with internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Key contributor within the experienced R&amp;D team supporting all development and commercialization aspects (including Food &amp; Packaging) of new product introductions, as well as productivity and quality improvements of existing products.</li><li>Develop experimental formulas, processing procedures, and specifications for raw ingredients, subassemblies, and finished products for simple new product, product improvement, and cost optimization by applying technical, food science and culinary skills and by interpreting consumer and customer needs and assembling input from cross-functional teams. Effective collaboration and communication cross functionally.</li><li>Evaluate ingredients and processing techniques to identify and commercialize product improvement and cost optimization opportunities.</li><li>Prepare prototype products to the design brief and present to the business through leading effective food reviews.</li><li>Design, plan and execute experiments for bench top, pilot plant and plant trials, gather and analyze data, document and report results, and make recommendations.</li><li>Ensure successful start-ups of new products, product improvements, cost reductions, and ingredient, formula, specification, or process changes from product concept development, formulation design, prototype development, cost calculation, specifications, quality assessment, legislation compliance checks and claim assessments.</li><li>Document all work according to guidelines and provide timely project reports to ensure good communication of project status, progress, issues and timeline.</li><li>Support labeling, nutritional, regulatory, quality and food safety efforts.</li><li>Create Nutritional Label Information.</li><li>Actively research for opportunities, trends, consumer insights and competitor landscape.</li><li>Develop and maintain understanding of local/regional regulations &amp; legal requirements and their standards. Responsibilities: Manufacturing Process Development: <ul><li>Define, review and confirm the entire manufacturing process from start to finish.</li><li>Coordinate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review, and initiate Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) with core team members.</li><li>Prepare documentations and process specifications for production.</li><li>Lead team in identification, tracking and resolution of engineering issues using the Failure Analysis and Corrective Action (FACA) form.</li><li>Continuous manufacturing process improvement with company OA tools for cost reduction.</li></ul> Assembly Tool, Fixture and Equipment Development: <ul><li>Evaluate new tool, fixture, and equipment demand/cost for new projects.</li><li>Design and review the tool, fixture and equipment with core team members meeting company engineering and EHS requirement.&nbsp;</li><li>Upload all tooling prints to company data management system(DM.TEC, PDMLink, etc.)</li><li>Discuss and review details of tool/fixture/equipment with outside supplier.</li><li>Follow up the purchasing process to fabricate new tool/fixture/equipment.</li></ul> Qualification for Manufacturing process, Tool, Fixture, and Equipment: <ul><li>Condition all tool, fixture and equipment, lead the tool/fixture/equipment qualification by running samples or LVM.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow up the documentations for qualification, using company standard format and follow up the approval.</li><li>Coordinate pilot run for new products and solve engineering issues, make sure the manufacturing process capability meet engineering, quality and customer requirement.</li></ul> Technician Guidance: <ul><li>Coach, train and develop operator and technician in order to ensure their technique could be succeed and get continuous upgraded.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree or above.
