Purpose of the role: <ul><li>Create new and improve existing foods and processes by applying technical, food science and culinary skills in cereals through complex formulas, processing procedures and specifications for new products, product enhancements, and cost reductions to meet project needs in a constantly evolving business environment.</li><li>Capable of working at a fast and agile pace on multiple projects simultaneously, whilst interacting successfully with internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Key contributor within the experienced R&amp;D team supporting all development and commercialization aspects (including Food &amp; Packaging) of new product introductions, as well as productivity and quality improvements of existing products.</li><li>Develop experimental formulas, processing procedures, and specifications for raw ingredients, subassemblies, and finished products for simple new product, product improvement, and cost optimization by applying technical, food science and culinary skills and by interpreting consumer and customer needs and assembling input from cross-functional teams. Effective collaboration and communication cross functionally.</li><li>Evaluate ingredients and processing techniques to identify and commercialize product improvement and cost optimization opportunities.</li><li>Prepare prototype products to the design brief and present to the business through leading effective food reviews.</li><li>Design, plan and execute experiments for bench top, pilot plant and plant trials, gather and analyze data, document and report results, and make recommendations.</li><li>Ensure successful start-ups of new products, product improvements, cost reductions, and ingredient, formula, specification, or process changes from product concept development, formulation design, prototype development, cost calculation, specifications, quality assessment, legislation compliance checks and claim assessments.</li><li>Document all work according to guidelines and provide timely project reports to ensure good communication of project status, progress, issues and timeline.</li><li>Support labeling, nutritional, regulatory, quality and food safety efforts.</li><li>Create Nutritional Label Information.</li><li>Actively research for opportunities, trends, consumer insights and competitor landscape.</li><li>Develop and maintain understanding of local/regional regulations &amp; legal requirements and their standards. Responsibilities: Customer relationship and account management: <ul><li>Act as the primary interface between and STEA (Strategic Enterprise Accounts) within the Area.</li><li>Manage and develop relationships at both Area and FL levels, ensuring close collaboration with the Global Account Head, local Key Account Managers and BL sales development directors.</li><li>Develop strong C-suite relationship which may be fostered across Area and Global level executive leadership team and EXB-1.</li><li>Execute and oversee Area-specific account plans, ensuring they are aligned with Global strategies and tailored to meet regional customer needs.</li><li>Lead efforts to strengthen position as a Trusted Partner of Choice through all phases of the customer lifecycle, including new installations, service, and modernization.</li><li>Oversee agreement deployment across the Area, maximizing opportunities and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.</li><li>Generate a clear understanding of the customer’s web of influence.</li><li>Proactively manage escalations and address customer issues, promoting strong collaboration and service excellence.</li><li>Monitor and ensure that appropriate governance structures are in place for effective account management.</li><li>Host regular webinars to build the brand within the Area.</li><li>Represent at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships, promote offerings, and expand networks.</li><li>Actively participate in and support customer-focused events and marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and generate new leads.</li></ul> Sales and growth management: <ul><li>Drive sales growth by actively managing the opportunity pipeline and sales funnel, ensuring that the account portfolio is well-positioned for both short- and long-term success.</li><li>Lead tenders and negotiations at the Area level, working closely with Global and local teams to ensure successful outcomes.</li><li>Establish oversight processes to track and monitor key opportunities and projects.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies that drive customer value and account profitability.</li><li>Identify innovation pilot sites in collaboration with the Global Innovation and Global Business Development teams, and lead to full development stage and potential scale.</li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of competitive dynamics and industry trends to position effectively in the marketplace.</li></ul> Performance and financial oversight: <ul><li>Track, analyze, and report on Area-level KPIs, focusing on OR/sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and overall account health.</li><li>Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across all business lines, ensuring profitability and compliance with targets.</li><li>Ensure effective management of billing, debt collection, contract administration, and Area-level spend reporting (including rebates when not coordinated by Global).</li></ul> Operational and asset management: <ul><li>Implement and oversee Asset Management Plans, ensuring they meet customer needs and maximize the value of customer assets.</li><li>Support ad hoc contractual requirements, such as condition reports, additional testing, and inspections.</li><li>Ensure smooth operational execution, including customer-specific contractual tasks and compliance with agreed-upon deliverables.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient deployment and maintenance of customer assets, identifying opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimization.</li></ul> Leadership and collaboration: <ul><li>Lead and coach FL Key Account Managers, in a matrix, ensuring alignment with Area strategies and fostering cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Facilitate information sharing and coordination between Global, Area, and FL teams to ensure transparency and strategic alignment.</li><li>Drive brand visibility within the STEA at the Area level, focusing on strategic initiatives such as digital, sustainability, and innovation.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>10 years direct experience in global account in the area/ region</li><li>Experience working in building industry or building maintenance</li><li>Excellent leadership &amp; customer relationship management</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Manufacturing Process Development: <ul><li>Define, review and confirm the entire manufacturing process from start to finish.</li><li>Coordinate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review, and initiate Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) with core team members.</li><li>Prepare documentations and process specifications for production.</li><li>Lead team in identification, tracking and resolution of engineering issues using the Failure Analysis and Corrective Action (FACA) form.</li><li>Continuous manufacturing process improvement with company OA tools for cost reduction.</li></ul> Assembly Tool, Fixture and Equipment Development: <ul><li>Evaluate new tool, fixture, and equipment demand/cost for new projects.</li><li>Design and review the tool, fixture and equipment with core team members meeting company engineering and EHS requirement.&nbsp;</li><li>Upload all tooling prints to company data management system(DM.TEC, PDMLink, etc.)</li><li>Discuss and review details of tool/fixture/equipment with outside supplier.</li><li>Follow up the purchasing process to fabricate new tool/fixture/equipment.</li></ul> Qualification for Manufacturing process, Tool, Fixture, and Equipment: <ul><li>Condition all tool, fixture and equipment, lead the tool/fixture/equipment qualification by running samples or LVM.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow up the documentations for qualification, using company standard format and follow up the approval.</li><li>Coordinate pilot run for new products and solve engineering issues, make sure the manufacturing process capability meet engineering, quality and customer requirement.</li></ul> Technician Guidance: <ul><li>Coach, train and develop operator and technician in order to ensure their technique could be succeed and get continuous upgraded.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree or above. Mechanism engineering related background. </li><li>5 years’ working experiences in related field.</li><li>Good coordination and communication skill, accountability, integrity, customer focus.</li></ul>

You will have a thorough understanding of plant operations, process technologies, supply and product logistics, business drivers, cost drivers, and feedstock sensitivities. You must have proven ability to communicate effectively with management at all levels within the organization.
