Responsibilities: Sales Management (35%): <ul><li>Ensure that the team achieves maximal sales and market share by meeting or exceeding standards in each customer segment</li><li>Recruit and secure suitable trading partners to drive business expansion. Design suitable incentive models for the trading partners in collaboration with Finance Manager</li><li>Participate in developing territory sales targets and resource allocation</li><li>Determine the sales team configuration to maximize territory sales targets and potential</li><li>Conduct routine field visits to understand customer needs and market dynamics to share during business meetings</li><li>Build strong business partnership towards our company’s product portfolio with key opinion leaders and develop new product advocates</li><li>Territory Management and optimize effectiveness and efficiency of sales team</li><li>Ensure effective execution customer targeting with reference to marketing reach and frequency plan</li><li>Regularly analyse team performance qualitatively &amp; quantitatively against KPIs, identify improvement areas to drive corrective actions and provide coaching to improve performance.</li></ul> Marketing Planning and Implementation (35%): <ul><li>Strategic planning and leadership to drive brand performance in ensuring successful market penetration (Pre launch preparedness and go to market strategies)</li><li>Develop programs to maximize field selling efforts such as sample strategy, sales meetings, and all sales force related marketing activities.</li><li>Development of the annual brand business and budget plan, strategy &amp; objectives</li><li>Develop and plan resource allocation effectively to address changing market dynamic and competitions</li><li>Create and enhance relationships, internal and external, that contribute towards establishing the brand (key customers, thought leaders, associations and industry players) and implement establish KOL strategy</li><li>Manage brand budget efficiently</li><li>Timely development of promotional program/ materials that enables effective delivery of marketing messages</li></ul> New portfolio exploration (30%): <ul><li>Conduct market insights for new product (market data analysis, gather insights from HCPs)</li><li>Develop patient flow and product forecast based on the portfolio analysed</li><li>Build business case for the new portfolio encompassing the devices and diagnostic range</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Science. Proficient in English.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing and sales.</li><li>Has experience working as marketer in medical devices MNC companies.</li><li>Has knowledge in these key healthcare channels: GP, private hospital, public hospital</li><li>Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills and able to illustrate agility to work and manage cross-functional teams.</li><li>Able to demonstrate new pilots in the areas of digital and analytics</li><li>Detail oriented and having the ability to actively listen.</li><li>Solid communication skills including presentation, verbal and written abilities. Shortlisted candidates are required to do a business case project.</li><li>Strategically focused, results oriented with strong problem-solving skills</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the plant’s cost accounting function, including design and implementation of robust cost control systems.</li><li>Develop and manage detailed product costing, activity-based costing models, and process-wise profitability analysis.</li><li>Provide deep insights on cost trends, production efficiency, and inventory usage to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Analyze standard vs actual costs and proactively address variances through root cause investigation and corrective actions.</li><li>Conduct plant-wide cost audits and coordinate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams for financial alignment.</li><li>Drive initiatives in waste reduction, process improvement, and cost optimization at both micro and macro levels.</li><li>Oversee inventory valuation, stock audits, and reconciliation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.</li><li>Collaborate with the Finance Head and Plant Director for capital expenditure planning and cost-benefit analysis.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Cost Accounting Standards, internal controls, and regulatory reporting requirements.</li><li>Prepare high-level MIS reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior management and board-level reviews.</li></ul> Requirements:﻿﻿<ul><li>CMA (Cost &amp; Management Accountant) qualified; additional MBA in Finance or CA Inter is an advantage.</li><li>8-10 years of progressive experience in cost accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior role in a manufacturing plant.</li><li>Proven track record in implementing cost optimization strategies and improving profitability.</li><li>Strong command of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/Power BI for analytics.</li><li>In-depth understanding of cost structures, production processes, and inventory management in industrial environments.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li></ul>
