Role Description: <ul><li>The Area Sales &amp; Business Development Manager Congo will be responsible for managing sales operations within a specific geographical region, focusing on building relationships with distributors, retailers, and users to achieve sales targets and grow business within the Congolese market.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Delivering sales targets within assigned territory by driving the core business and identifying new business opportunities.</li><li>Responsible for demand generation of key products through relevant user marketing to achieve desired results.&nbsp;</li><li>Managing relationships with importers, important wholesale &amp; retail outlets &amp; potential influencers.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely Primary Order collection and maintaining commercial hygiene, pricing for country.</li><li>Support leadership to drive the BTL objectives aligned for the said cluster/ region.
