Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage day-to-day community operations, including regular site inspections and monitoring overall community conditions and service quality.</li><li>Manage residents/owners and resolve complaints, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.</li><li>Supervise contractors and third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts, SLAs and required quality standards.</li><li>Support service-charge collection, budgeting, NOLs, documentation, reporting and continuous community improvement initiatives.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>UAEN / UAE National with a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in community management, property management, facilities management or a related field.</li><li>Experience in residential communities, master communities or mixed-use developments, preferably within the UAE/GCC.</li><li>Strong customer service and stakeholder-management skills, with experience dealing with residents, owners, tenants, contractors and service providers.</li><li>Good understanding of community operations and technical maintenance, including site inspections, SLA monitoring, service providers, documentation, basic budgeting/Excel and reporting.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Conduct daily FM operations and monitoring activities for hard and soft services at the respective sites (including cleaning, waste management, civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing works, and all specialized works) to ensure FM services are being delivered as per agreed SLA and prepare non-compliance reports for the assigned areas.</li><li>Ensure service provider attends all re-active service requests from various stakeholders and accomplishes them as per agreed SLAs.</li><li>Assist business partners and their contractors with details on the requirements related to technical aspects, FM issues, fit-out process and issue the necessary permits.</li><li>On-time escalation of incidents/complaints to relevant stakeholders such as Security, Business entities (D3 and DI), DHAM, DCM etc.</li><li>Periodic site walk/drive-through for the infrastructure and built-up areas to identify any major facility-related non-compliances.</li><li>Collect records of utilities expenditure and support in the implementation of sustainability and utilities cost saving projects and initiatives.</li><li>Conduct necessary inspection, witness testing &amp; commissioning and manage rectification of defects and snags during the DLP in coordination with Asset Development and contractor.</li><li>Assist in meeting FM requirements of the business units during design, planning, construction, and handover stages of the newly developed assets.</li><li>Provide weekly reports on FM operations to manager.</li><li>Work closely with HSE team to identify all risks and develop and implement a closure plan. .</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.</li><li>A professional qualification in real estate and / or facilities management (IWFM) or equivalent is desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of facilities management functions, including hard and soft services, contract management, tendering etc.</li><li>Maintain a calm demeanour with the ability to remain unfustered and maintain a cool head in different situations.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of maintenance and operations management.</li><li>Knowledge of Health and Safety standards is advantageous.</li><li>Understanding of statutory legislation as it relates to the built environment.</li><li>Ability to find pragmatic solutions and adapt to changing situations.</li><li>Good communication skills. Arabic is advantageous.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Welcome and professionally greet guests, creating a warm and personalised first impression.</li><li>Manage guest seating, table allocation and reservations, ensuring smooth restaurant flow.</li><li>Coordinate closely with F&amp;B service teams to manage guest arrivals, waiting times and special requests.</li><li>Maintain strong knowledge of the restaurant, menus, outlets and services to confidently assist guests.</li><li>Handle guest enquiries and requests professionally and escalate concerns where required.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Previous experience in luxury / ultra-luxury hospitality, preferably within F&amp;B, guest relations, hostessing or similar guest-facing roles.</li><li>Excellent grooming, presentation and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong English communication skills.</li><li>Additional language is mandatory with preference for candidates fluent in Russian, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Dutch, Greek, Portuguese, Chinese or Japanese.</li><li>Candidates should ideally have experience working with an international / multicultural guest profile and within a luxury service environment.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the day-to-day operations of the assigned F&amp;B / guest-facing area, ensuring consistent luxury service standards.</li><li>Supervise, coach and develop team members, ensuring adherence to SOPs, grooming and service standards.</li><li>Monitor guest interactions and proactively address feedback, complaints and service recovery requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.</li><li>Allocate daily tasks, monitor team performance and support the achievement of operational KPIs.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in hotel/F&amp;B operations, with prior supervisory or team-lead exposure.</li><li>Experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment is mandatory.</li><li>Strong knowledge of guest service standards, F&amp;B operations and hotel procedures.</li><li>Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a frontline team in a fast-paced operational environment.</li><li>Fluency in an additional language is required.
