Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Design of non-standard equipment: pin insertion machines, bending machines, assembly machines, testing machines, and glue dispensing machines.&nbsp;</li><li>Involves designing equipment for the entire production line, including automation levels, robotic arms, and fixture efficiency improvements, aimed at enhancing the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of the production process.&nbsp;</li><li>Designing and improving equipment layouts, manufacturing processes, and production controls</li><li>Identifying and resolving operational problems, such as bottlenecks or material use variances&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring compliance with workplace safety, health, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Responsible for production equipment manufacturing and subsequent process improvements.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>At least an associate degree, age under 43.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong industry background, especially in automotive electronics.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in non-standard equipment design preferred; candidates with SMT and surface mount technology experience will not be considered.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for the day-to-day operations and longer term planning for manufacturing functions, including manufacturing, production control, engineering, inventory control, purchasing and shipping/receiving activities. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide centralized engineering support for all NAWCOD operations.</li><li>Ensure well intervention requirements are technically and operationally feasible and can be conducted safely.</li><li>Ensure all well interventions and testing equipment being used in NAWCOD meet jobs safety and technical requirement.&nbsp;Liaise with Production Engineering to prepare activity level forecasts.</li><li>Initiate, facilitate and evaluate trial tests of new technologies.</li><li>Conduct well intervention operation audits, including service providers and personnel competency performance, to ensure compliance with the best in class practices. Evaluate offshore vessels (Jack up Barges) needs for well services operations for safety compliance and technical needs. Monitor and evaluate condition of existing well services equipment and prepare replacement plans.
