Responsibilities: <ul><li>To define, initiate, develop, coordinate, manage and evaluate the introduction of Equipment Integration, MES/ Process routing /Automation System in the Factory as a champion of these systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Define and develop system application transfer between Singapore and other factory locations.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide control and validated solution through analysis of various technical aspects through determination of the main reason behind a problem.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide guidance and coach engineers, technician and/or operator in various kinds of system.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure system improvement projects are completed on-time with accountability and ownership.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare comprehensive reports on the project activity and end results. Primary contact point for technicians and Line Manager&nbsp;</li><li>To ensure all the plant maintenance is carried out as per schedule. Involved in all Corrective and Preventive execution.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Electrical/Electronic or related discipline with at least 7 years working experience.</li><li>Sound practical knowledge in control circuit, PLC, HMI and drives (Allen Bradley). Able to understand single line and control circuit diagram.</li><li>Preferably having work experience in F&amp;B industries with experience in SAP system</li><li>Technical experience in the following systems:&nbsp;</li><li>Programmable logic controllers and touchscreen operator panel, preferably Allen-Bradley Control Logic-based controller and Panel View system.</li><li>Digital sensory devices (e.g. capacitive/inductive/ magnetic/photoelectric sensor, electropneumatic actuator, etc)</li><li>Analog based (4-20 mA) process devices (e.g. load cell, RTD, piezoelectric, differential pressure, hydrostatic, radar, electropneumatic positioner, control valves, etc)</li><li>Ethernet-based communication devices (switch, data server, variable speed drives)</li><li>Full reading/drawing literacy of single-line diagram and control panel electrical wiring diagram.</li><li>Numerical literacy of basic electrical engineering (motor power, electrical load, cable sizing) and process engineering (basic mathematics related to the physics of pressure, temperature, level, force, etc)</li><li>Power distribution system and electrical safety regulation</li><li>Preferably with some process literacy in HVAC, compressed air supply, utility gas supply, potable and waste water treatment</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Participate in oversea transfer program and ensure molding machines, mold tooling’s and processes are installed and qualified promptly for production.</li><li>Initiate tooling, process and quality improvements to improve productivity.</li><li>Assist production and quality departments in analyse and troubleshooting to achieve good quality products.</li><li>Provide Engineering support to the production team during new product start-up and initial production.</li><li>Provide cost estimates for new of molding projects / tooling’s to the Project Management Team for project cost simulation.</li><li>Perform DFM (design for manufacturability) on new products, participate in the concept development of molds, automations and manual processes.</li><li>Standardize, improve tool design to achieve optimized lead-time, cost and safety requirement.</li><li>Carry out qualification tests on molds, machine and manual process</li><li>Ensure that all production machines, tooling and equipment which are being procured, installed and qualified promptly for production.</li><li>Investigate identify root causes and establish Corrective, Preventive Plan with effectiveness</li><li>Participate in Process FMEA and Design FMEA</li><li>Create and maintain mold drawings, standard work for the production.</li><li>Train and guide Mold Technicians in Mold maintenance and setup.</li><li>Participate in 6-Sigma projects, Kaizen events and other Improvement activities.</li><li>Perform any other duties which may be needed by the company related to engineering and production matters.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist production and quality departments in analyses and troubleshooting to achieving good quality products.</li><li>Initiate and implement programs such as continuous improvements, scrap reduction, cost reduction of raw material, cycle time reduction.</li><li>Provide Engineering support to the production team during new product start-up and initial production.</li><li>Perform DFM, provide concept development, cost estimates for new molding tools to the Project Management Team for project cost simulation.</li><li>Develop and optimize new product manufacturing process.</li><li>Follow company specifications and comply with environmental management system’s procedures.</li><li>Follow company WSH specifications and procedures and ensure that staffs comply.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering.</li><li>2-3 years relevant working experience in a Manufacturing environment.</li><li>Familiar with Pro-E (Creo), SolidWorks or AUTOCAD.</li><li>Good knowledge in design &amp; development of Injection molds.</li><li>Good knowledge in tool making, tool-steel application / selection and heat treatment process.</li><li>Familiar with Molding automation process.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Operates pharmaceutical production machinery and follows the procedures for manufacturing such as weighing, blending, dispensing, mixing, coating, encapsulating, granulating, drying, milling, blending, compressing, potent compound, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Meets the requirements for use of manufacturing equipment and other commonly used equipment per SOPs.</li><li>Executes written SOPs to ensure the purity of materials involved in the manufacturing process.</li><li>Properly uses all scales, including printouts, zeroing, setting tares, and daily calibration verification per SOPs.</li><li>Examines manufacturer Product ID Labels, Quality Control release tags, and Batch Production Record to verify issued/staged raw materials can be released for production.</li><li>Learns and performs master cleans/surface cleans of manufacturing equipment and facilities according to established SOPs.</li><li>Executes machine change-overs from batch to batch.</li><li>Requires oversight and double-checking; is typically paired with a Qualified Manufacturing Operator.</li><li>Learns sampling techniques.</li><li>Learns, understands and runs processes to meet the assigned schedule and standards/routers; when this is not achieved, may participate in the debriefing session to understand the reasons why and what needs to be corrected moving forward.</li><li>Completes documentation associated with manufacturing processes (e.g. batch record, protocols, and logbooks) with detail and accuracy.</li><li>Meets requirements for entries on all applicable batch production pages, completion and attachment of all dispensary and weight verification tickets.</li><li>Verifies the manufacturing process on BPR in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>Provides status updates and operational challenges on status boards.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>HS diploma or equivalent at minimum, with 0-2 years’ related experience*</li><li>Forklift certification may be required for blending and granulation.</li><li>Knowledge of cGMPs.</li><li>Has solid working knowledge and skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment needed for the position.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Basic math, reading, legible writing skills, and problem solving abilities.&nbsp;</li></ul>
