Responsibilities: Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A): <ul><li>Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes;</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and variance analyses;</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making;</li><li>Analyse business performance, trends, and key drivers (revenue, costs, margins, cash flow);</li><li>Partner with business leaders to improve financial performance and cost efficiency;</li></ul> Financial Control &amp; Reporting: <ul><li>Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes; Approve monthly Financial Statements in US GAAP ;</li><li>Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with Danish GAAP and IFRS (if applicable) for Statutory Financial Audit ( each year around November);</li><li>Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions;</li><li>Oversee and approve reconciliations (balance sheet, bank, intercompany accounts, etc.);</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies;</li><li>Maintain documentation and audit trails for all financial activities;Tax &amp; Compliance (SKAT):</li><li>Ensure compliance with Danish tax regulations (corporate tax, VAT, payroll taxes);</li><li>Review VAT returns and other required filings with SKAT (Danish Tax Agency);</li><li>Coordinate corporate income tax reporting with external advisors;</li><li>Monitor changes in Danish tax legislation and assess business impact;</li><li>Ensure compliance with transfer pricing requirements and documentation;</li><li>Manage communication and correspondence with SKAT authorities;</li></ul> Audit &amp; External Reporting: <ul><li>Act as primary contact for external auditors and manage the annual audit process;</li><li>Coordinate audit schedules and prepare where needed, documentation, and responses to audit queries;</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of audit findings and implementation of recommendations;</li><li>Coordinate with internal audit (if applicable/ needed);</li><li>Ensure statutory filings are completed with Danish authorities (e.g., Danish Business Authority – Erhvervsstyrelsen) ( usual deadline is 30th of March for prior Fiscal year)</li></ul> Administrative &amp; Regulatory Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage company digital mail system (e-Boks) and ensure timely handling of official correspondence as well as related business partners ( invoices to be forwarded to responsible AP partner, compliance requests, etc);</li><li>Oversee compliance with local statutory requirements and filings;</li><li>Maintain relationships with banks, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities;</li><li>Ensure proper corporate governance documentation and filings;</li></ul> Cash Flow &amp; Treasury Management: <ul><li>Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital;</li><li>Optimize cash management processes and approve forecasting;</li><li>Oversee banking relationships and approvals;</li><li>Manage intercompany funding and vendor related payments;</li></ul> Team Leadership &amp; Stakeholder Management: <ul><li>Lead and develop the local finance team (if applicable);</li><li>Collaborate with global finance and regional teams;</li><li>Act as a strategic business partner to local leadership;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;</li><li>5–10+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, Financial Controlling, or similar roles;</li><li>Experience managing audits and financial reporting;</li><li>Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills;</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, IndustriOS).</li></ul> Preferred qualifications and experience: <ul><li>Experience with Danish accounting standards and tax regulations is a plus.</li><li>Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Safety and Legal Compliance: <ul><li>Familiarity with the operational legal requirement of the plant from DOLE, PEZA, DENR, LLDA, FPIP-DOR, BFP, FDA, PNP, PDEA, etc.</li><li>With on Safety Requirements for LOTO, Machine Guarding, Control Reliability, Work at Heights, Electrical Safety, Confined Spaces, Cyanide Alarms and sensors, etc.</li></ul> Supervision and Management of Plant Facilities Operation and Maintenance specifically the following: <ul><li>HVAC System</li><li>Compressed Dry Air</li><li>Electrical System</li><li>Water and Sewer Waste Water Operation</li><li>Plating Water and Wastewater Treatment</li><li>Building Maintenance and Building Management System</li><li>Electronic Controls and PLC System</li><li>Elevator System</li><li>Genset</li><li>Vacuum System</li><li>Fire protection and detection system</li><li>Paging System</li><li>Boiler, Scrubber and Mist Eliminator System</li><li>With ability to troubleshoot and recommend cost and life-cycle improvement for each process.&nbsp;</li></ul> Project Management and Cost Control: <ul><li>Leads the plant requirement on all its improvement project initiatives.</li><li>Highly knowledgeable on applicable engineering standards to recommend in the project design stage.</li><li>Up to date on the market costing to ensure accurate project cost estimation.</li><li>Recommend and review third party contracts.</li><li>With technical know-how to recommend fastest approach in meeting the deadline without issue on project quality.&nbsp;</li><li>Cost Cost Reduction Recommendation and Implementation:</li><li>Reviews plant performance related to power, water and expenses and recommend cost reduction measures.</li><li>Lead the plant to all Energy Conservation and Reduction programs.</li><li>Knowledgeable in Digital factory deployment such as Hydra Traceability, MES, Machine Connectivity for OEE tracking.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Licensed Engineer (ME, EE, ECE) with more than 10 years’ experience in Facilities Operation and Management in manufacturing set-up.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to communicate his/her idea to all levels of the organization.&nbsp;</li><li>Highly technical and analytical with People Management Skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have negotiation skills and able to work under pressure with ease and confidence.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility infrastructure and critical utilities, including HVAC systems for cleanroom environment, compressed air and vacuum systems, clean utilities (WFI, purified water, clean steam), boilers, chillers, temperature control units, and effluent water treatment equipment.</li><li>Support equipment setup, calibration, qualification, and creation of maintenance plans of facility utilities and equipment.</li><li>Conduct round and inspection to monitor system performance and proactively address issues.</li><li>Ensure proper gowning, cleanliness, and contamination control practices when working in classified cleanroom environments.</li><li>Document all maintenance activities accurately in maintenance logs, work orders, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).</li><li>Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to support equipment investigations, deviations, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, confined space, and PPE use; actively contribute to a culture of workplace safety and compliance.</li><li>Maintain spare parts inventory, tools, and maintenance supplies in an organized and audit-ready condition.</li><li>Participate in training and cross-functional activities to support plant startup and readiness for regulatory inspections.</li><li>Provide technical support of production activities during absence of production support team members or when bandwidth is insufficient.</li></ul> Requirements:﻿ <ul><li>High school diploma or technical certificate required, Associate’s degree in a mechanical or technical field preferred.</li><li>3+ years of experience as a mechanic or technician maintaining utilities or facilities infrastructure in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and cleanroom protocols is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.</li><li>Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and alarm monitoring systems.</li><li>Solid electrical and controls experience with automated systems, inspection machines, robotics, and camera systems highly preferred.</li><li>Understanding of cGMP, contamination control, and safety regulations (OSHA, FDA, EU Annex 1).</li><li>Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and SOPs.</li><li>Familiarity with CMMS platforms and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).</li><li>Self-motivated with strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or off-shifts during production or commissioning activities.</li></ul> Work Environment: <ul><li>Hands-on role in a regulated, sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with strict safety and aseptic requirements.</li><li>Requires frequent gowning, standing, and work in confined or classified areas.</li><li>Fast-paced startup environment, requiring adaptability, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.</li><li>Occasional lifting of heavy tools or parts; use of ladders, lifts, and hand tools required.</li><li>Physical requirements include lifting climbing ladders, electrical troubleshooting, and working with hand and power tools</li></ul>
