Responsibilities: Dealer Relationship Management: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers to drive revenue, volume, market share, and profitability.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Communicate weekly with dealers and visit each dealer location at least once per month.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Evaluate dealer sales performance and market share; recommend and implement corrective actions where needed.</li></ul> Sales Planning &amp; Execution: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Plan and forecast billing, retail orders, and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Prospect and onboard new dealerships following established new dealer guidelines.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Assist new dealers with merchandising programs, ordering processes, and dealership branding.</li></ul> Events &amp; Promotions: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Plan, participate, and support special events such as rodeos, corporate and dealer farm shows, and sporting events within the territory.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Organize and conduct regional dealer meetings as required.</li></ul> Training &amp; Support: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Coordinate and deliver training for new dealers covering computer systems, sales processes, marketing programs, product knowledge, advertising, parts, and service.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Collaborate with the Service Manager to facilitate product and sales training.</li></ul> Market Intelligence &amp; Product Feedback: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct competitive intelligence and product-price positioning analyses to maintain a competitive advantage.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Test and evaluate new products, recommend improvements, and suggest new product additions.</li></ul> Logistics &amp; Coordination: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Assist with the logistics of tractors/equipment for photo shoots, events, and other requirements within the territory.</li></ul> Requirements: Education &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5+ years of field sales/channel management experience in the construction, industrial, or agricultural equipment industry.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of product categories, dealership operations, and assigned territory.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Competencies: <ul><li>Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for interaction with dealers, vendors, employees, and all levels of management.</li><li>Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver business growth.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet tools.</li><li>Strong presentation skills for small and large group settings.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li></ul> Other Requirements: <ul><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.</li><li>Physical capability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required by the role.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>Work with Parts leadership team to develop Quality system for Parts operations and implement.</li><li>Drive quality improvements in Receiving, storage, Packaging and shipping.</li><li>The position will be responsible for both Product quality and process quality.</li><li>The position will also oversee quality awareness program to educate and empower teams to drive quality function in their departments.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes for incoming, in-process, and outgoing tractor spare parts.</li><li>Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to company and industry standards using Demerit system.</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers to maintain the quality of purchased parts.</li><li>Manage dealer return and claim management including issuance of credit notes to customers.</li><li>Drive quality awareness program to improve skill levels of warehouse teams with respect to Quality.</li><li>Mistake proof processes to ensure zero defects flowing to customer.</li></ul> Requiresments: <ul><li>Quality management experience of 2 – 3 years is preferred</li><li>Experience / exposure to best practices for packaging of spare parts in warehousing environment.</li><li>Exposure and experience in use of quality tools like APQP, FMEA, and SPC will be plus.</li><li>Understanding of Lean six Sigma Principles</li><li>Must be Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and SAP</li><li>Excellent data analysis skills and analytical mindset</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Ability to read, write, and speak the English language is required.</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.</li><li>The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage accuracy of inventory through cycle count, put away audits and bin reviews.</li><li>Manage throughput activities for Put-away team and Inventory clerks.</li><li>Maintain system integrity by monitoring and managing open TO report, investigating inventory accuracy failures through audits, process procedure reviews and transactional reviews to ensure a zero-defect standard.</li><li>Ensure material meets the storage and handling requirements.</li><li>Provide inventory reports and make recommendations on inventory accuracy improvements.</li><li>Operate machinery (forklift, order picker, etc) to perform cycle counts, bin reviews, put away audits, and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>Provide data analytics on inventory for status updates.</li><li>Meet and exceed Goals and objectives for team.</li><li>Ability to hire, train, coach and hold direct reports accountable.</li><li>Assist or manage special projects or implementations within the warehouse.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business management.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read, write, and speak the English language is required.</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.</li><li>Minimum 8-10 years of Inventory/Store management experience.</li><li>3 or more years’ experience supervisor or team lead.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and SAP.</li><li>Excellent data analysis skills and analytical mindset.</li><li>Understanding of Lean six Sigma Principles.</li><li>Experience working with cross functional departments.</li><li>Experience operating a forklift, certification a plus.</li><li>Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent Organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment.</li></ul>
