Responsibilities: Process Analysis and Evaluation: <ul><li>Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.</li><li>Summarize from massive &amp; unstructured data/information into presentable format for stakeholders’ review</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align process changes with strategic goals.</li><li>Utilize data-driven insights to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure process performance and outcomes.</li></ul> Process Design and Implementation: <ul><li>Develop and design streamlined processes and procedures that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.</li><li>Ensure that new processes are clearly documented, communicated to relevant teams, and effectively implemented.</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to gain buy-in and ensure smooth integration of process changes.</li></ul> Process Monitoring and Optimization: <ul><li>Establish mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and evaluation of implemented processes to identify potential issues or deviations.</li><li>Regularly analyze performance data, gather feedback, and adjust as needed to continuously improve processes.</li><li>Implement best practices and industry standards to further optimize business processes.</li></ul> Change Management and Leadership: <ul><li>Lead change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence.</li><li>Engage and educate employees at all levels on process changes, addressing concerns, and promoting adoption.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to teams during the transition phase and ensure adherence to new processes.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management which able to convince stakeholders on proposed improvements for better process across functions</li></ul> Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Ensure improvements are standardized, documented, and scalable across the organization.</li><li>Identify opportunities to automate processes and integrate technology solutions to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Monitor industry trends and best practices related to BPMN and process documentation to drive ongoing improvements.</li><li>Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)</li></ul> End-to-end process maturity: <ul><li>Achievement of process KPI targets</li><li>Consistent service level provided to key stakeholders</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.</li><li>Min 8 years of Industry experience.</li><li>Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business process management, process improvement, Supply Chain , Manufacturing or related roles.</li><li>Fluent English</li><li>Experience in driving for process improvements in the area of Supply Chain or Manufacturing</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.</li><li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).</li><li>Familiarity with process modeling and workflow software tools.</li><li>Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment</li><li>Need to have experience in program/project management</li><li>Solid experience facilitating and moderating process mapping &amp; improvement workshop</li><li>Consulting experience on any ERP solutions would be ideal</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Process Documentation and Modelling: <ul><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to understand and document existing processes using BPMN notation.</li><li>Create detailed process maps, workflows, and diagrams that accurately represent the end-to-end processes and related activities (process map should include clear RACI, Tools, WI)</li><li>Ensure that all process documentation is clear, consistent, and follows best practices in BPMN modelling.</li><li>Adopt Single Source of Truth concept, utilize BPMN-tool to create, update, and maintain process documentation in a centralized and accessible manner.</li><li>Ensure process KPI are documented</li></ul> Process Analysis and Optimization: <ul><li>Work with process owner to analyse processes &amp; identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.</li><li>Work with process owner &amp; cross-functional teams to propose for process optimizations and enhancements using BPMN-tool capabilities.</li><li>Validate process changes with stakeholders and ensure that process improvements align with organizational goals, including handshake process to cross functional team</li></ul> System Knowledge &amp; Analysis: <ul><li>Understand D365 system logic &amp; guide users to follow the documented planning processes &amp; principles during day-to-day operation</li><li>Able to drill through system data &amp; perform analysis per business request</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in business process management, process documentation, or related roles.</li><li>At least 8 years working experience in operational supply chain functions (demand &amp; supply/material planning)</li><li>Excellent project management skills, planning, prioritization, ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter, and provide timely updates/recommendations.</li><li>Good analytical, influencing and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions.</li><li>Flexible to take on ad-hoc assignment or project as necessary.</li><li>Logical &amp; Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present complex concepts.</li><li>Understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Reengineering (BPR).</li><li>Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to business processes.</li></ul>
