Role Description: <ul><li>The Project Manufacturing Leader is a Project Core Team Member, in charge of the industrialization of all client production lines involved in a project Value Stream, across several client plant locations when applicable.</li><li>The PML is responsible for achieving key targets in terms of Industrial Timing, Capacity, Quality and Production Costs in line with the Planisware Work packages and deliverables on time completion (or Project LeanPD milestones) requirements. Confirm the proposed Production System including traceability and conformity.</li><li>PML leads the assessment of any equipment refurbishment needs for the project relying on the appropriate internal or external experts and validate the effective equipment refurbishment timing and cost with vendors.</li><li>Job Description The PML identifies any Industrial risk, defines a back-up plan for critical processes and provides Industrial Impact on any Engineering Change Request.</li></ul> Process FMEA: <ul><li>PML participates in the definition of Key Product Characteristics (KPC) and Key Control Characteristics (KCC) He/She coordinates and leads the PFMEA methodology during program phase with active participation of Process Experts, including PLTL or Process Engineer.</li><li>Once the initial PFMEA is completed, ensure that actions are implemented with all updates included prior to handover to the Plant at Mass Production Trial (MPT).</li></ul> CER Committee: <ul><li>(Product Manager initially presenting because of Commercial discussion then Project discussion) PML ensures Capacity analyses are completed prior to adding new equipment to the project.</li><li>He/She optimizes Project Investment through Reuse, Bundling, Massification etc. He/She builds and monitors the detailed Project Investment List.</li><li>He/She prepares and leads the Project CER/Capex industrial Presentation, submitting CER request and approval follow-up after Project and Plant Managers have validated the investments.</li><li>Once CER is presented, he/she ensures timely CER submission/validation and follow-up in line with the industrial timing.</li></ul> Industrial Timing: <ul><li>PML builds, updates &amp; monitors the complete Project Industrial timing plan for tools, equipment, Packaging, traceability and associated processes to meet all internal (MPT) and external Customer milestones on time and right first time, from specification to final acceptance.</li><li>He coordinates Project Product Engineers and Supply Chain Engineers within the Project Team and track Plants readiness status in collaboration with the Plant PLTL.</li><li>The PML coordinates Traceability Implementation, Machine and tooling acceptance, tracking improvement actions with a robust PDCA where needed. Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>We are looking for a result driven and qualified Human Resources (HR) Manager, with business partnering skills, to oversee a full spectrum of Human Resources services. Reporting to the Global Human Resources Business Partner - Operations, dotted-line to Site General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for leading the full spectrum of HR functions at the site, ensuring strong HR operations, workforce stability, and alignment with global HR strategies.</li><li>This role partners closely with site leadership to drive performance, strengthen organizational capability, and build a resilient, high-performing workforce.</li></ul> The incumbent will: Business Partnering &amp; Leadership Support <ul><li>Act as a strategic HR partner to the Site General Manager and leadership team.</li><li>Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategies.</li><li>Support leaders in decision-making related to performance, engagement, and talent.</li></ul> Talent Management &amp; Workforce Planning <ul><li>Lead manpower planning aligned with production and operational needs.</li><li>Drive recruitment strategies, especially for operators, technicians, and critical roles.</li><li>Build and maintain talent pipelines (including internal mobility across GSO sites).</li><li>Oversee onboarding and integration of new hires.</li></ul> Performance &amp; Capability Development <ul><li>Implement performance management processes and ensure consistency.</li><li>Identify capability gaps and drive training and development initiatives.</li><li>Partner with global teams to deploy leadership development programs.</li><li>Strengthen frontline leadership capability (e.g., supervisors, shift leads, cell leads).</li></ul> Employee Engagement &amp; Culture <ul><li>Drive engagement initiatives aligned with site needs and global framework.</li><li>Developing and executing engagement action plans.</li><li>Monitor employee sentiment, attrition trends, and address root causes.</li><li>Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.</li></ul> Employee Relations &amp; Compliance <ul><li>Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary cases and grievances.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.</li><li>Partner with legal or external stakeholders when required.</li><li>Promote fair and consistent HR practices across the site.</li></ul> HR Operations &amp; Excellence <ul><li>Oversee HR operations including payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR systems.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting (headcount, attrition, etc.).</li><li>Drive HR process improvements and standardization.</li><li>Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal controls.</li></ul> Site HR Team Leadership <ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop the site HR team.</li><li>Build HR capability to act as strong business partners to line managers.</li><li>Drive consistency and quality in HR service delivery.</li></ul> Change Management &amp; Transformation <ul><li>Lead HR initiatives related to transformation, restructuring, or stabilization.</li><li>Support crisis management and recovery plans (e.g., high attrition, ramp-up challenges).</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>More than 10 years’ experience in site HR leadership roles supporting about 80 employees’ size, and manufacturing experience is a must,</li><li>BA/BS degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.&nbsp;</li><li>SHRM or PHR Certificate.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to deliver change management programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive knowledge of employment laws and practices.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities demonstrate a high competence in organizational decision making.</li></ul>
