Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: <ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, influencing business strategy through human capital insights.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide people strategy aligned with business growth objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and operating model effectiveness across multiple business units.</li></ul> Talent Strategy &amp; Leadership Development: <ul><li>Oversee succession planning and leadership pipeline development for critical roles.</li><li>Drive enterprise talent reviews, ensuring alignment with long-term business needs.</li><li>Shape and sponsor leadership development and capability-building initiatives in partnership with COEs.&nbsp;</li></ul> Organizational Performance &amp; Effectiveness: <ul><li>Lead the performance management framework, ensuring alignment with business priorities and outcomes.</li><li>Define and track organizational performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.</li></ul> Culture, Engagement &amp; Transformation: <ul><li>Champion culture transformation initiatives, fostering engagement, inclusion, and high-performance behaviors.</li><li>Drive employee engagement strategies, leveraging insights from surveys and analytics to influence leadership action planning.</li></ul> Change &amp; Transformation Leadership: <ul><li>Lead enterprise-level change management initiatives, including restructuring, integration, and transformation programs.</li><li>Provide strategic counsel on people implications, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment during major business changes</li></ul> Employee Relations &amp; Governance: <ul><li>Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management in line with company policies and UAE labor laws.</li><li>Provide oversight on complex employee relations cases, investigations, and escalations.</li></ul> HR Analytics &amp; Business Insights: <ul><li>Drive data-led decision-making, leveraging workforce analytics to inform strategy.</li><li>Present insights on talent trends, productivity, engagement, and organizational health to senior leadership</li></ul> Collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence: <ul><li>Ensure alignment and integration of HR services across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&amp;D, and other COEs.</li><li>Lead the localization and execution of group-wide HR initiatives across company.</li></ul> Leadership &amp; Team Development: <ul><li>Lead and develop HRBP teams, ensuring capability building and succession readiness.</li><li>Foster a high-performing, collaborative HR function aligned to business needs.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.</li><li>A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.</li><li>8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a business partnering or HR leadership role.</li><li>Proven experience supporting senior leadership and driving strategic HR initiatives.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Familiarity with systems and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) is preferred.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Interpersonal Skills.</li><li>Employee Relations.&nbsp;</li><li>Organizational Development.</li><li>Additional languages (e.g., Arabic) is an advantage.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Talent Management Operations: <ul><li>Support HRBP, hiring managers and employees to set clear probation goals, ensuring these are uploaded on the system, and that probation reviews are conducted in time.</li><li>Work with the VP-Human Capital and company Leadership team to ensure goal setting is conducted on time, with SMART goals, which support the achievement of company annual strategic objectives.</li><li>Create suitable training materials and internal communications to educate and remind employees of the importance of the performance management cycle and how to effectively navigate Tahweel.</li><li>Support HRBPs in the administration and reporting of performance improvement plans to ensure underperformance is effectively managed.</li><li>Support the VP- Human Capital in the co-ordination and delivery of all performance rating calibration sessions and Talent Reviews, taking ownership for maintaining master documents and final outputs.</li><li>Support the VP-Human Capital to ensure Succession Plans workshops and outputs are completed on time, and in the nominations for high potential development programmes and initiatives.</li><li>Support in the creation of guidelines and templates for individual development plans and ensure these are saved centrally with bi-annual reviews to assess progress against plans for all key talents.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to improve Talent Management to enhance the employee experience and business outputs.</li></ul> Talent Management Metrics &amp; Reporting: <ul><li>Assist in the identification of key metrics which will be used to measure how successfully company implements Talent Management activities.</li><li>Contribute to data preparation, dashboards, and reports in support of strategic decision-making, as it related to Talent Management activities.</li><li>Own all status reporting to ensure stakeholders are kept informed of approach and completion rates for all annual, cyclical activities.</li></ul> Compliance &amp; Data Support: <ul><li>Ensure that all Talent Management activities are compliant with UAE labor laws and company policies.</li><li>Work with the VP-Human capital to ensure all Talent Management activities are in line with the DOE and ensure any internal audit recommendations and implemented timely.</li><li>Act as a Tahwheel super user, educating and upskilling HRBP, stakeholders and employees on the functionality of the system.</li><li>Coordinate with IT for improvements in Tahwheel and issue resolution.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field</li><li>Additional qualifications: CIPD/SHRM will be an advantage Minimum experience</li><li>Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience Skillset (job specific technical &amp; system skills if applicable)</li><li>Detailed Understanding of the UAE Labour Law.</li><li>Understanding of or exposure to the media/entertainment industry will be an added advantage.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Strategic HR Execution:&nbsp; <ul><li>Implement HR strategies and programs aligned with global direction, translating business needs into actionable HR plans with measurable outcomes that support organizational objectives.</li><li>Organizational Design &amp; Workforce Planning: Support leaders in executing organizational structure changes, workforce planning and resource optimization using data and analytics to ensure the right talent capabilities meet current and future business needs.</li></ul> Global Talent Development:&nbsp; <ul><li>Operationalize talent programs including succession planning, leadership development and skills readiness initiatives to build leadership bench strength and functional capabilities across the global employee population.</li></ul> Culture &amp; Engagement Leadership:&nbsp; <ul><li>Execute initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion, accountability and performance while supporting change management and employee engagement efforts that resonate across diverse cultural contexts.</li></ul> Cultural Intelligence Application:&nbsp; <ul><li>Demonstrate cultural connectedness by understanding and effectively navigating diverse cultural norms, communication styles and work practices across the global employee population, adapting leadership approaches to foster inclusive collaboration and mutual respect.</li></ul> Strategic Leadership Coaching:&nbsp; <ul><li>Provide practical coaching to senior leaders to enhance team effectiveness, employee retention and leadership capability while building relationships of trust as a credible advisor.</li></ul> HR Program Integration:&nbsp; <ul><li>Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Global People Services to ensure consistent and effective delivery of HR programs across regions, connecting stakeholder needs with centralized resources.</li><li>Employee Relations &amp; Global Compliance: Guide interpretation and application of HR policies, manage complex employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with U.S. and international labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.</li></ul> Inclusion &amp; Diversity Execution:&nbsp; <ul><li>Support implementation of global inclusion and diversity initiatives by fostering inclusive practices, promoting diverse talent pipelines, and ensuring equitable access to development opportunities across culturally diverse teams.</li></ul> Onboarding &amp; Cultural Integration:&nbsp; <ul><li>Lead onboarding and cultural integration for new hires and leaders across diverse backgrounds, ensuring alignment with The Way while respecting cultural differences.</li></ul> Special Projects &amp; Transformation:&nbsp; <ul><li>Contribute to strategic HR initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions integration, continuous improvement programs, and operational transformation efforts.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree</li><li>8+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role supporting business units</li><li>3+ years of demonstrated experience supporting global business units, multinational teams, or diverse employee populations across multiple countries and cultural contexts</li></ul>

The Opportunity <ul><li>Reporting into the Senior HRBP and forming part of a wider HR team, this role will support a large manufacturing operation within a global matrix business environment.</li><li>The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders across both operational and leadership populations, supporting the full employee lifecycle while helping drive engagement, performance, organisational effectiveness, and people strategy initiatives.</li><li>The environment is established and operationally complex, so this role would suit someone comfortable working within ambiguity, influencing stakeholders, and navigating legacy cultures and ways of working.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Partner with managers and leaders across the business on all HR matters</li><li>Support complex Employee Relations activity including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management</li><li>Drive talent management, succession planning and workforce planning initiatives</li><li>Support organisational change and transformation activity where required</li><li>Coach and influence stakeholders across operational and leadership teams</li><li>Support employee engagement and organisational development initiatives</li><li>Work collaboratively within a wider HRBP and Shared Services structure</li><li>Provide commercially focused HR support aligned to business objectives</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp;Candidate Profile <ul><li>We are looking for an up-and-coming HR professional with strong generalist HRBP capability and experience operating within fast-paced operational environments.</li><li>Candidates should ideally have:</li><li>HR Business Partner / Generalist HR experience</li><li>Strong Employee Relations capability</li><li>Experience supporting operational and shop-floor workforces</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability</li><li>Experience within matrix or complex organisations</li><li>Commercial awareness and resilience</li><li>CIPD qualification desirable but not essential</li></ul> Additional Information <ul><li>Location: Wolverhampton</li><li>Hybrid working: 3–4 days onsite</li><li>No visa sponsorship or relocation support available</li><li>Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and able to obtain baseline security clearance.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;
