Senior Manager, HRBP - GL4

Responsibilities: Workforce Data Management <ul><li>Maintain accurate workforce data and analytics to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for headcount, attrition, and talent metrics.</li><li>Ensure data integrity across HR systems and processes.</li></ul> HR Compliance &amp; Audit Readiness <ul><li>Monitor adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Prepare documentation and evidence for internal and external audits and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.</li><li>Update and maintain HR risk management processes, addressing both compliance and ethics-related risks.</li></ul> Policy Creation &amp; Implementation <ul><li>Draft, review, and update HR policies aligned with organizational goals, company values, audit findings, and legal standards.</li><li>Communicate policy changes effectively to stakeholders.</li></ul> Talent Development <ul><li>Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and create development plans, especially in Quality, and Central Operations team.&nbsp;</li><li>Support training initiatives and continuous improvement programs.</li><li>Track and report progress on talent development programs.</li></ul> Strategic HR Support <ul><li>Provide HRBP support to the Central Operations team, and drive initiatives in talent development, engagement, employee relations, retention, as well as coordination with Talent Acquisition to fulfill manpower requirements.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR as a generalist, with strong exposure to Talent Development, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Data/People Analytics.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in Manufacturing industry&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive impactful talent development programs aligned with business goals</li><li>Knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and its practical application in HR processes.</li><li>Proven knowledge of strategic HR business partnering and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail&nbsp;</li><li>Good business acumen, with reliability and resilience in a dynamic environment.&nbsp;</li><li>High integrity and commitment to ethical practices.</li></ul>

Overview: <ul><li>The ICT business unit HRBP – Plant serves as a strategic business partner and trusted thought partner to Plant Leaders and in country senior Management.</li><li>This position is located on-site, but a hybrid work schedule will also be considered Serve as the HR site leader for the Tullahoma facility, acting as a trusted advisor to site leadership and aligning HR support with key business initiatives.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Partner with the broader HR network to deliver strategic talent solutions, organizational design, and effectiveness initiatives, fostering a One HR mindset.</li><li>Provide guidance on leadership development, succession planning, and talent pipeline strategies to support long term organizational growth.</li><li>Champion diversity, engagement, and inclusion efforts, with a global mindset and focus on creating equitable access to development and information.</li><li>Coach and support managers on performance, team effectiveness, and employee development to enhance leadership capability and culture.</li><li>Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, ensuring legal compliance and a respectful, inclusive workplace.</li><li>Design and implement talent development initiatives including stretch assignments, mentoring, and targeted training programs.</li><li>Lead HR project management efforts related to workforce transitions, organizational change, and process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact HR initiatives, ensuring clear communication, risk management, and timely execution.</li><li>Develop and manage detailed project plans for HR initiatives, including milestones, communications, and risk mitigation strategies.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master`s degree in business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field 10+ years of progressive, international, HR related experience; breadth of HR knowledge and skills in a variety of fields in international context, including Business Partner; Experience in a manufacturing and or operations environment is strongly preferred.</li><li>Executive level and leadership experience; Experience influencing without authority.</li><li>Ability to influence, lead and drive execution into the functions/region through close partnership and collaboration with the broader HR function Proved track record in Organization Design, Change Leadership, Talent Management, and Organizational Development Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced, international matrix organization.</li><li>Preferred: Experience supporting M&amp;A activities, including HR due diligence, integration planning, and workforce impact assessments.</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills Fluent English language skills Has advanced knowledge of regional labor laws and obligations and uses this knowledge to advise management, especially in conflict situations Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication Ability to travel up to 10%</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Workforce planning &amp; budgeting – Build and track the headcount plan for ~500 employees, including shift mix, overtime guardrails, and vacancy risks. Own people cost budgeting, forecast vs. actuals, and variance actions.</li><li>Talent acquisition &amp; onboarding (technicians) – Lead end-to-end technician hiring: hiring events, assessment days, medical checks, and onboarding. Support central teams with salaried hiring at local level.</li><li>Comms &amp; engagement – Design and lead the annual plant comms plan (townhalls, floor walks, recognition). Run pulse surveys, translate results into actions, and track closure to drive engagement. Focus on embedding EDI in frontline technician engagement.</li><li>HR partnering (Ops) – Work closely with Operations leader, line managers and frontline leaders to embed HR programs into daily and monthly rhythms. Coach mid-level leaders and ensure people priorities are visible in plant reviews.</li><li>Org design &amp; lifecycle – Support the business with structure design based on plant needs, enable feeder moves and cross-rotations, and manage employee lifecycle from hire to exit., including career transitions.</li><li>Performance &amp; talent (with L&amp;D/Talent) – Ensure goal-setting hygiene, calibrations, and IDPs are embedded across Ops. Partner with L&amp;D to progress the skill matrix, strengthen frontline leader capability, and build succession for critical roles.</li><li>People analytics &amp; reviews – Maintain dashboards on attrition, absenteeism, overtime, time-to-fill, onboarding, and engagement. Lead weekly/monthly reviews, apply root-cause analysis, and track impact of actions.</li><li>Collaboration with ER/IR – Partner with ER/IR to ensure discipline, compliance, and smooth union relations, escalating patterns/issues as needed.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>8–12 years of HR experience in manufacturing or large-scale frontline environments.</li><li>Strong background in manpower planning, technician hiring, onboarding, and engagement.</li><li>Hands-on style with presence on the shop floor and comfort working in a unionized environment.</li><li>Analytical mindset; ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>Resilience, pace, and ability to balance strategic and operational demands.</li></ul>
