Maintenance / Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance on R2R electroplating lines.</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot WWTP systems and utility equipment, including pumps, filters, RO/UF, chillers, air scrubbers and evaporators.</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC-related issues.</li><li>Support equipment installation, commissioning, modification and continuous improvement to improve reliability and productivity.</li><li>Ensure safety, environmental compliance, LOTO, maintenance documentation and RCA/corrective actions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>3–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.</li><li>Diploma/ITI/Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Experience with electroplating operations and Reel-to-Reel (R2R) plating lines.</li><li>Experience in WWTP and utility equipment such as air scrubbers, evaporators, chillers and AHUs.</li><li>Hands-on troubleshooting knowledge across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC-controlled systems.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform evaluations and/or analyze unique problems that are new to equipment.</li><li>Perform predictive maintenance by analyzing routine failures and determining adjustments and repairs that need to be made.</li><li>Perform training as needed to Lower level Maintenance Techs on troubleshooting and repair techniques utilized with equipment</li><li>Perform specified preventative maintenance on production equipment to prevent equipment downtime.</li><li>Monitor equipment operations to ensure proper usage.</li><li>Construct and/or assemble new equipment</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment failures and repair as needed</li><li>Perform specified preventative maintenance on production equipment to prevent equipment downtime</li><li>Perform Lock Out / Tag Out requirements.</li><li>Work from blueprints, manuals, sketches and verbal instructions.</li><li>Help repairing on hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical systems.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes.</li><li>Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Good communication skills, both oral and written</li><li>Min 1-3 years experience in manufacturing.</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Must have good or corrected eyesight to insure quality of work</li><li>Ability to lift and carry 25 kg frequently</li><li>Ability to crouch, crawl, climb ladders, and work at various heights</li><li>Good basic math skills</li><li>Good mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting ability</li><li>Must have a valid drivers license</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead UPW/WWT system design for construction projects across the region</li><li>Drive alignment of O&amp;M practices across all sites</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams to improve reliability and reduce variation</li><li>Review and optimize PM and predictive maintenance programs</li><li>Provide technical leadership during system failures or major incidents</li><li>Conduct hydraulic and hydrologic analyses using engineering software.</li><li>Review and approve technical deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent</li><li>10–12+ years of UPW/WWT engineering experience</li><li>Must Have Technical Skills</li><li>Deep expertise in UPW/WWT system design and operations</li><li>Strong capability in SPC, reliability engineering, and process optimization</li><li>Experience in large-scale facility systems and construction integration</li><li>Performance benchmarking and data-driven decision making</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Technical: <ul><li>Collaborate with the MAgNA Tech support team to promptly resolve dealer service &amp; parts issues and improve customer satisfaction.</li><li>Provide regional and on-site system training to aid in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.</li><li>Work with the Dealer Service team to advance the Service Management Development and Certification Program.</li></ul> Dealer Development: <ul><li>Participate in the new dealer selection and onboarding processes.</li><li>Conduct capability assessments for dealers and develop action plans to enhance their performance.</li><li>Ensure dealer participation in required technical training and certification programs for products.</li><li>Train dealer service and parts personnel on systems (Dealer portal, mTAR, EPC, mWarranty, etc.).</li><li>Assist dealerships in improving absorption rates through increased sales.</li></ul> Parts &amp; Service: <ul><li>Collaborate with the parts aftersales team and dealer parts team to meet parts purchase targets for the region.</li><li>Basic understanding of Service&amp; parts Operations management and KPIs</li><li>Promote the usage of our client OEM service parts within assigned dealerships.</li><li>Increase dealership participation in parts programs and promotions.</li><li>Provide technical assistance related to parts to dealerships.</li></ul> Quality, Warranty &amp; Campaigns: <ul><li>Ensure dealers personnel are trained in warranty processes and procedures.</li><li>Monitor campaign completion and advocate for 100% closure on all safety-related issues.</li><li>Administer the goodwill policy in alignment with customer, dealership, and our client interests, adhering to budgetary constraints.</li><li>Conduct regular warranty audits to ensure compliance with warranty policy.</li><li>Report field issues and repeated failures to the quality team.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; Education: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree and experience in agriculture, or construction industry.</li></ul> Required Qualifications: <ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of Aftersales experience in the agricultural, construction, automotive industry.</li><li>Knowledge of dealership operations and working with dealers</li><li>Good understanding of service and parts operations management</li><li>Strong Technical knowledge in Agricultural equipment’s</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with dealers and customers.</li><li>Ability to resolve technical problems across various domains, including mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic issues.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.</li><li>Ability to Tavel 75% of the time.</li><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment</li><li>Apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess equipment and address technical issues, with assistance from Senior Field Service Engineers [Customer Engineers]</li><li>Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers [Customer Engineers] and/or the customer to understand roadmaps, process flows, inflection points, requirements, and business challenges&nbsp;</li><li>Train and mentor junior Field Service Engineers [Customer Engineers]</li><li>Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems</li><li>Coordinate and communicate directly with customers</li><li>Fulfill additional duties, as assigned</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Completion of a Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree, military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification</li><li>4-7 years of work experience in semiconductor industry or other equipment support industry</li><li>Advanced mechanical aptitude with pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, and/or thermodynamics</li><li>Strong knowledge of hand tools and their appropriate usage, including digital multimeters</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint&nbsp;</li><li>Possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a passport, if travel is required.</li></ul>
