Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>We are looking for a result driven and qualified Human Resources (HR) Manager, with business partnering skills, to oversee a full spectrum of Human Resources services. Reporting to the Global Human Resources Business Partner - Operations, dotted-line to Site General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for leading the full spectrum of HR functions at the site, ensuring strong HR operations, workforce stability, and alignment with global HR strategies.</li><li>This role partners closely with site leadership to drive performance, strengthen organizational capability, and build a resilient, high-performing workforce.</li></ul> The incumbent will: Business Partnering &amp; Leadership Support <ul><li>Act as a strategic HR partner to the Site General Manager and leadership team.</li><li>Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategies.</li><li>Support leaders in decision-making related to performance, engagement, and talent.</li></ul> Talent Management &amp; Workforce Planning <ul><li>Lead manpower planning aligned with production and operational needs.</li><li>Drive recruitment strategies, especially for operators, technicians, and critical roles.</li><li>Build and maintain talent pipelines (including internal mobility across GSO sites).</li><li>Oversee onboarding and integration of new hires.</li></ul> Performance &amp; Capability Development <ul><li>Implement performance management processes and ensure consistency.</li><li>Identify capability gaps and drive training and development initiatives.</li><li>Partner with global teams to deploy leadership development programs.</li><li>Strengthen frontline leadership capability (e.g., supervisors, shift leads, cell leads).</li></ul> Employee Engagement &amp; Culture <ul><li>Drive engagement initiatives aligned with site needs and global framework.</li><li>Developing and executing engagement action plans.</li><li>Monitor employee sentiment, attrition trends, and address root causes.</li><li>Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.</li></ul> Employee Relations &amp; Compliance <ul><li>Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary cases and grievances.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.</li><li>Partner with legal or external stakeholders when required.</li><li>Promote fair and consistent HR practices across the site.</li></ul> HR Operations &amp; Excellence <ul><li>Oversee HR operations including payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR systems.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting (headcount, attrition, etc.).</li><li>Drive HR process improvements and standardization.</li><li>Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal controls.</li></ul> Site HR Team Leadership <ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop the site HR team.</li><li>Build HR capability to act as strong business partners to line managers.</li><li>Drive consistency and quality in HR service delivery.</li></ul> Change Management &amp; Transformation <ul><li>Lead HR initiatives related to transformation, restructuring, or stabilization.</li><li>Support crisis management and recovery plans (e.g., high attrition, ramp-up challenges).</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>More than 10 years’ experience in site HR leadership roles supporting about 80 employees’ size, and manufacturing experience is a must,</li><li>BA/BS degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.&nbsp;</li><li>SHRM or PHR Certificate.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to deliver change management programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive knowledge of employment laws and practices.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities demonstrate a high competence in organizational decision making.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Policies, Compliance &amp; Governance <ul><li>Develop and implement manufacturing policies and procedures in compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer-specific requirements (e.g., automotive, industrial).</li><li>Ensure full alignment with the organization principles and drive governance across production operations.</li><li>Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability to support a high-performance culture.</li><li>Drive compliance in EHS, quality systems, and corporate policies.</li></ul> Strategy, Demand &amp; Capacity Planning <ul><li>Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory &amp; Operations Planning) alignment with cross-functional teams (planning, procurement, engineering).</li><li>Own demand forecasting translation into executable production plans.</li><li>Drive capacity planning, including labor, equipment, and tooling readiness for NPI and ramp.</li><li>Develop and manage annual operating plans (AOP), budgets, and KPI targets aligned with plant and segment goals.</li></ul> Production Planning &amp; Execution <ul><li>Oversee detailed production scheduling to meet customer delivery (OTD) and lead-time targets.</li><li>Ensure seamless coordination between planning, material availability, and shopfloor execution.</li><li>Drive daily management using tiered accountability (e.g., SQDC boards) to close gaps quickly.</li><li>Lead ramp readiness and execution for new programs and volume increases.</li></ul> Operations &amp; Value Stream Management <ul><li>Lead Value Stream (VS) performance to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets.</li><li>Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and company tools (e.g., VSM, QCO, standard work, visual management).</li><li>Ensure strong quality control and assurance, including FPY, scrap reduction, and customer complaint resolution.</li><li>Lead structured problem-solving (8D, A3) for manufacturing and quality issues.</li><li>Ensure STR (Short-Term Recovery) discipline for gap closure.</li></ul> Inventory, Materials &amp; Resource Optimization <ul><li>Drive inventory management aligned with company working capital targets (DOH, turns).</li><li>Ensure material availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.</li><li>Optimize resource allocation (labor, equipment, floor space) to maximize productivity and efficiency.</li></ul> Cost Management &amp; Productivity <ul><li>Own and deliver cost commitments including productivity, conversion cost, and budget adherence.</li><li>Drive cost reduction through Kaizen, waste elimination, labor productivity, and process optimization.</li><li>Support make vs. buy decisions and footprint optimization where applicable.</li></ul> Maintenance &amp; Equipment Reliability <ul><li>Partner with Maintenance and Engineering to ensure high equipment uptime (OEE focus).</li><li>Implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems aligned with company standards.</li><li>Support equipment qualification, automation, and digitalization initiatives.</li></ul> People Leadership &amp; Talent Development <ul><li>Build and lead a high-performing, engaged production team.</li><li>Develop frontline leaders (supervisors, VS leaders) in Lean, and leadership capability.</li><li>Drive performance management, succession planning, and talent retention.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.</li></ul> Continuous Improvement &amp; Deployment <ul><li>Lead and sustain company deployment across production areas.</li><li>Execute continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Tebit savings, CI projects) to improve SQDC performance.</li><li>Promote best practice sharing across value streams and plants.</li></ul> Technology &amp; NPI Support <ul><li>Collaborate with Engineering on NPI, process validation, and industrialization.</li><li>Support DFM/DFA and process capability improvement.</li><li>Drive adoption of new manufacturing technologies and automation to enhance competitiveness.</li></ul> Operational Flexibility <ul><li>Demonstrate flexibility to support shift operations, ramp-up activities, and critical business needs, including off-hours leadership presence when required.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Min 8-10 years working experience in an MNC with responsibilities in production operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong exposure to Contract Manufacturing operations.&nbsp;</li><li>SAP knowledge is an added advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Cable manufacturing exposure is an added advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven ability in People Management.&nbsp;</li><li>Hands-on experience in NPI, ramp up activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to drive operational excellence.</li><li>Travelling 20% required for product knowledge transfer.</li><li>Fluent in English &amp; Malay (verbal and written)</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Principal HANA Database Administrator will serve as the organization’s top technical authority for SAP HANA database environments.</li><li>This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale HANA systems to ensure high availability, security, and performance.</li><li>The individual will lead strategic initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical enterprise applications.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Architecture &amp; Strategy <ul><li>Define enterprise-level SAP HANA architecture and standards.</li><li>Develop strategies for scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, and security compliance.</li></ul> Database Administration <ul><li>Install, configure, and upgrade SAP HANA systems.</li><li>Perform advanced performance tuning, query optimization, and memory management.</li><li>Monitor system health and proactively resolve issues.</li></ul> Data Management <ul><li>Manage data provisioning, replication, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.</li></ul> Leadership <ul><li>Act as a subject matter expert for SAP HANA across the organization.</li><li>Mentor junior DBAs and provide technical guidance to project teams.</li><li>Drive automation and best practices for database operations.</li></ul> Innovation <ul><li>Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements.</li><li>Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.</li></ul> Requirements: Education: <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>10+ years of database administration experience, with at least 5 years in SAP HANA.</li><li>Proven track record managing large-scale, mission-critical HANA environments.</li></ul> Technical Skills: <ul><li>Expertise in SAP HANA architecture, sizing, and performance tuning.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Linux OS, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>Familiarity with SAP Basis and integration with S/4HANA, BW/4HANA.</li></ul> Certifications: <ul><li>SAP Certified Technology Specialist – SAP HANA.</li><li>Additional certifications in cloud or database technologies preferred.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform routine environmental monitoring (viable and non-viable) in classified cleanroom areas (Grade A/B/C/D), including surface and personnel monitoring. Manufacturing is performed inside isolators with surrounding grade C environment.</li><li>Collect and test samples from water systems (e.g., purified water, WFI), compressed gases, and other utilities per GMP and site procedures.</li><li>Support aseptic process simulations (media fills), including preparation, execution, and recovery/interpretation of microbiological data.</li><li>Perform microbiological tests such as bioburden, endotoxin (LAL), and sterility testing for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.</li><li>Prepare microbiological media, perform growth promotion testing, and maintain inventory of reagents and supplies.</li><li>Maintain laboratory notebooks, logs, and electronic systems in a compliant and organized manner, ensuring adherence to data integrity standards.</li><li>Support qualification and validation activities including cleanroom and utility qualifications, method validations, and EM qualification mapping.</li><li>Assist in investigations related to microbial excursions or deviations and contribute to the development and implementation of CAPAs.</li><li>Support microbiology lab startup activities including equipment qualification, SOP development, and execution of technical transfer protocols.</li><li>Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory policies, and maintain compliance with cGMP, USP, EU Annex 1, and other applicable guidelines.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications/Experience: <ul><li>Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in microbiology, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.</li><li>1–3 years of microbiology laboratory experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience working in sterile environments or supporting aseptic processes preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with environmental monitoring equipment (e.g., particle counters, air samplers), microbiological techniques, and lab instrumentation.</li><li>Knowledge of cGMPs, data integrity principles, and microbiological standards (USP &lt;61&gt;, &lt;62&gt;, &lt;71&gt;, &lt;85&gt;, &lt;1116&gt;).</li></ul> Skills/Competencies: <ul><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team</li><li>Good time management and organizational skills to support multiple tasks and priorities.</li><li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and basic laboratory software systems.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible shifts or weekends to support aseptic operations and testing schedules, as needed.</li><li>A proactive and patient-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and compliance.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Receive and deposit customer payments accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and cash remittances are applied to customer accounts.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accounts receivable reports that provide insights into outstanding balances, cash flow, and collection performance, while posting AR activity to the general ledger to ensure compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Communicate and negotiate with customers regarding adjustments, deductions, and delinquent accounts to facilitate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and sales, to align on collection strategies and ensure accurate accounting practices.</li><li>Manage accounts that are in default, performing recovery workouts and implementing strategies to recover outstanding amounts while minimizing losses.</li><li>Contribute to the development and implementation policies for managing delinquent accounts to ensure effective collection practices and minimize financial risk.</li><li>Process adjustments and write-offs for uncollectible balances in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in collections or accounts receivable.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.</li><li>Conversational English B2 Flexible.</li></ul>
