Responsibilities:&nbsp; Strategic Growth &amp; Market Expansion <ul><li>Develop and execute the company’s business development strategy for domestic and international markets.</li><li>Export Clients (especially for food ingredients and value-added products).</li><li>Identify new market opportunities in food ingredients, fruit pulp and IQF industries and&nbsp;value -added products.</li><li>Conduct market research to analyse consumer trends, competitor activities, pricing insights, and demand patterns.</li></ul> Revenue &amp; Sales Leadership <ul><li>Drive annual sales targets and growth plans for all food processing verticals.</li><li>Build high-performing sales, distribution, and channel teams.</li><li>Evaluate and optimize sales routes, distribution networks, and dealer/channel profitability.</li></ul> Key Account Management <ul><li>Identify and onboard strategic clients, including:</li><li>Modern trade</li><li>Institutional buyers</li><li>Bulk buyers</li><li>Export clients&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Manage long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and trade partners.</li></ul> Brand Development &amp; Marketing Collaboration <ul><li>Work with the marketing team to plan brand positioning, pricing strategies, product visibility, and promotional activities.</li><li>Explore partnerships with farmers, aggregators, food processing clusters and sourcing vendors.</li><li>Identify and negotiate tie-ups with co-packers, distributors, transporters, and third-party logistics providers.</li></ul> &nbsp;Business Analysis &amp; Reporting <ul><li>Monitor sales performance, forecasting, budgeting, and business analytics.</li><li>Provide monthly reports on business performance, competition mapping and growth projections.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>MBA in Marketing/Sales, Food Technology, or related discipline preferred.</li><li>10+ years of experience in Food ingredients/FMCG/food processing/agribusiness.</li><li>Strong network across distributors, institutional buyers, and supply chain partners.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Meeting with the product engineers to determine product testing parameters.</li><li>Conducting quality assurance and designing performance tests using the new testing procedures.</li><li>Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures. Ensuring all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards.</li><li>Preparing test reports for management.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>BS Degree in Engineering or Science, 5+ years’ experience related to primary job function, Electrical Engineering preferred.</li><li>Experience with software such as Altium, Ultiboard, Multisim, AutoCAD, Space Claim, Creo, and LabVIEW desirable.</li><li>Experience with solid state power switching highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with 270Vdc and 1000Vdc applications desirable.</li><li>Effective communication and presentation skills required.</li><li>Ability to maintain focus and complete tasks independently and on time.</li><li>This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Responsibilities: <ul><li>Accurately process trade finance transactions, including Letters of Credit (LC), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), Documentary Collections, and Trade Loans.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate execution of trade finance transactions, adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Verify trade documents for completeness and compliance with UCP 600, ISBP, and other relevant trade finance govering rules and regulations.</li><li>Liaise with counterparties and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues related to trade finance transactions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all trade finance transactions and activities, daily reconciliation.</li><li>Assist in resolving operational issues and ensuring seamless trade finance operations.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 3 years of Trade Finance Operations experience.</li><li>Sound knowledge in International Trade Governing Rules of UCP, ISBP, URC, URR, Incoterms.</li><li>Familiarity with AML/CFT Guidelines for Trade Finance.</li><li>Meticulous and possess a keen eye for details.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, follow-up and communications skills.</li><li>Able to work independently and a strong team player.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Minimum a recognized degree in a relevant field.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Trade Finance Officer will be responsible for supporting the company’s trade finance operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of import and export transactions.</li><li>The role involves preparing and processing trade finance instruments, coordinating with banks and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with established policies and international trade regulations.</li><li>The role requires strong expertise in letters of credit (LCs), bank guarantees, documentary collections, and other trade finance instruments.</li></ul> Responsibilities Trade Finance Operations: <ul><li>Support the end-to-end processing of trade finance transactions, including Letters of Credit (LCs), guarantees, collections, and other trade products.</li><li>Prepare and review trade documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with UCP 600, Incoterms, and international trade regulations.</li><li>Liaise with banks, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate the issuance, amendment, and settlement of LCs and guarantees.</li><li>Track and monitor trade finance transactions and facility utilization to ensure timely execution and effective liquidity management.</li></ul> Import Letter of Credit: <ul><li>Preparation &amp; submission of LC Application as per shared PFI, agreed trade terms, and LC draft</li><li>Carrying out Trade Finance Compliance and Due Diligence checks before issuance of LC</li><li>Liaise with banks and suppliers to process LC documentation, amendments, and confirmations as required.</li></ul> Export Letter of Credit: <ul><li>Issue Proforma Invoices (PFIs) to Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) allocated under the PBPA bid or carrying vessel.</li><li>Share LC drafts and a list of confirming banks with OMCs to ensure the LC is workable and aligned with the applicable UCP version.</li><li>Verify the availability of confirming banks within approved limits before proceeding.</li></ul> Cash Flow &amp; Working Capital Management: <ul><li>Support the optimization of cash flow by accurately processing and tracking trade finance transactions in line with working capital objectives.</li><li>Monitor collections, supplier payments, and financing requirements related to trade operations to ensure timely execution.</li><li>Coordinate with the Treasury team to provide trade-related inputs for liquidity planning and forex management.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications &amp; Experience:Education Qualification <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.</li></ul> Professional Qualification <ul><li>Strong knowledge of trade finance instruments, UCP 600, Incoterms, and cross-border&nbsp;payments.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in trade finance, corporate banking, or treasury.</li><li>Experience in liaising with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and trade finance platforms.</li></ul>

The Role: Manage and drive the Clearing and Forwarding businesses in the West Africa region, to ensure sustainable business growth and performance. The applicant will need to initiate the Freight Forwarding network and footprint expansion strategy across the West Africa Region, to implement Ocean &amp; Air product procurement strategies in key West Africa Region Countries, to implement key Trade Lane strategies, ensuring strategic compliance across the Western African network, and mitigating risk associated to contract liability with network offices/partners.
