Responsibilities: People Leadership &amp; Team Management: <ul><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 20 team members across Environment Management, Support, and Development functions.</li><li>Drive team performance, engagement, capability development, and succession planning.</li><li>Manage resource planning, workload allocation, and prioritization across multiple initiatives.</li><li>Foster strong collaboration between environment, support, testing, infrastructure, and application delivery teams.</li><li>Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence.</li></ul> Environment Services Delivery: <ul><li>Lead and oversee end-to-end test environment delivery and management activities.</li><li>Ensure environments are delivered consistently, securely, and within agreed timelines.</li><li>Drive environment planning, provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and operational readiness.</li><li>Manage competing environment demands across projects, testing cycles, and releases.</li><li>Ensure environment availability and performance to support SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance Testing, and Mock Execution activities.</li></ul> Infrastructure &amp; Technical Oversight: <ul><li>Provide leadership and oversight across:</li></ul> Infrastructure Platforms: <ul><li>Windows Server</li><li>Linux Server</li></ul> Database Platforms: <ul><li>Microsoft SQL Server</li><li>Oracle Database</li></ul> Middleware Platforms: <ul><li>Apache Web Server</li><li>JBoss EAP</li><li>Oracle WebLogic</li></ul> Integration &amp; File Transfer Services: <ul><li>SFTP Services</li><li>IBM MQ issue coordination and triaging</li><li>IBM Sterling Connect: Direct</li></ul> Network &amp; Connectivity Management: <ul><li>Firewall and network access requests</li><li>DNS and connectivity coordination</li><li>Infrastructure dependencies and environment access management</li><li>While hands-on technical expertise is important, the primary focus is leading delivery, governance, support operations, and cross-functional coordination.</li></ul> Support &amp; Service Management: <ul><li>Lead environment and operational support services.</li><li>Oversee incident, problem, and service request management processes.</li><li>Drive root cause analysis and service improvement initiatives.</li><li>Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.</li><li>Monitor service performance, KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.</li><li>Ensure support processes and operational controls are consistently followed.</li></ul> Governance &amp; Stakeholder Management: <ul><li>Act as the primary point of accountability for environment governance and service delivery.</li><li>Coordinate activities across Development, Testing, Infrastructure, Security, Database, Middleware, and Business teams.</li><li>Facilitate environment allocation, conflict resolution, prioritization, and risk management.</li><li>Provide regular reporting, updates, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.</li><li>Drive planning and coordination for project releases, environment readiness, and deployment activities.</li></ul> Environment Operations &amp; Continuous Improvement?: <ul><li>Lead environment monitoring, health checks, and operational reviews.</li><li>Coordinate data refresh, migration, restoration, and test data management activities.</li><li>Govern maintenance schedules, outage planning, and stakeholder communications.</li><li>Drive automation, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.</li><li>Support Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution activities.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>8-12 years of overall IT experience.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of people management experience.</li><li>Proven experience managing teams of approximately 15-20+ resources.</li><li>Experience leading both Development and Support/Operations teams.</li><li>Experience managing environment services in a large enterprise environment.</li><li>Leadership &amp; Service Management</li><li>People management</li><li>Team performance management</li><li>Service delivery management</li><li>Incident and problem management</li><li>Operational governance</li><li>Stakeholder management</li><li>Resource planning and prioritization</li><li>Escalation management</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensure period end reporting correctly reflects BU results and HFM reporting&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare the monthly results to SSEA team for consolidated financial statements</li><li>Review of business activities, calculation, set up and posting of accounting journals in accordance with journal policy and support for management accounting in the same.</li><li>Prepare and review of Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare financial reports, flux analysis and other general accounting duties as required.</li><li>Prepare financial statement as per Indian accounting standards and ensure timely completion of Statutory audit without adverse remarks.</li><li>Support SSEA team with queries relating to India business.</li><li>Participate in meetings to identify and implement process improvements.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with internal controls</li><li>Keeping track of the transactions and monitoring accounts to ensure that ageing is up to date.</li><li>Analyzing vendor aging reports to pay all invoices in a timely manner and works to build sustainable processes between Accounts Payable, the supplier and internal customers.</li><li>Resolving vendor inquiries in a professional manner in a high-demanding environment.</li><li>Working with supply chain team to co-ordinate the sales details and process sales invoice in system. Also, perform revenue recognition activities to ensure the control in place.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>CA or relevant degrees in Accounting or Finance.</li><li>5-8 years of relevant work experience</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); fluent in English</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills with the ability to operate with a global team, customer service, and leadership mentality</li><li>Ability to effectively lead, manage, and prioritize multiple projects, while operating in a fast-paced, complex global organization with shifting schedules and priorities</li><li>Solid working experience and knowledge of SAP, BI tools and office software</li></ul>
