Role Description : <ul><li>This role supports project teams by controlling documentation for EPC projects—identifying, uploading and distributing engineering deliverables and maintaining electronic and hardcopy repositories with accurate indexing, revision control, metadata and access permissions.</li><li>It operates EDMS (SharePoint, ProjectWise), manages the change control lifecycle (issue/revise/approve/distribute/archive) and reviews documents for completeness and contractual/QMS compliance.</li><li>The role maintains traceability, transmittals and audit trails, prepares reports, supports technical reviews and handovers, follows up on pending reviews, and safeguards data integrity and confidentiality.</li><li>Control all documentation activities: identify, upload and distribute engineering deliverables.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Maintain electronic and hardcopy repositories with accurate indexing, revision control and retrieval.</li><li>Operate and administer EDMS (SharePoint, ProjectWise, etc.): uploads, metadata, permissions and folder structures.</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, change orders, submittals and vendor documents for completeness, format and contractual/QMS compliance; resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Manage the change control lifecycle: issue, revise, approve, distribute, archive and retire controlled copies.</li><li>Ensure documents are correctly dated, versioned and authorized prior to release.</li><li>Maintain traceability registers, revision histories, distribution lists, transmittals and audit trails.</li><li>Prepare transmittals, distribution notices, status updates and ad?hoc project reports.</li><li>Support technical reviews, coordination meetings and project closeout / handover documentation packs.</li><li>Proactively follow up on pending actions, approvals and overdue reviews.</li><li>Develop and maintain document procedures, metadata standards and templates; identify and implement improvements.</li><li>Provide day to day support for document access, retrieval, formatting/numbering and stakeholder queries, while maintaining access controls, data integrity and compliance with internal/ISO/contractual requirements.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent.</li><li>2 to 6 years’ relevant document control experience, preferably in construction, engineering, manufacturing, oil &amp; gas or EPC project environments.</li><li>Experience supporting project QMS and contractual/client requirements is preferred.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Strong with MS Office (Word, Excel).</li><li>Experience with document management systems/EDMS such as Microsoft SharePoint, Bentley ProjectWise, DocuWare, or similar document control software. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead reliability and validation activities across the full NPI lifecycle for DDN Power and Cable Assembly products.</li><li>Play a critical role in the DFMEA process, identifying risks and defining robust mitigation plans cross-functionally.</li><li>Develop comprehensive Reliability and Validation Strategies per project based on VOC and DFMEA outputs.</li><li>Define and align test scope, objectives, sample size, test duration, conditions, cost, and sequencing.</li><li>Develop standardized Reliability and Validation Methodologies and Procedures.</li><li>Own project-level R&amp;T control documentation and track progress in project management systems.</li><li>Lead R&amp;T technical reviews and regular project update meetings.</li><li>Identify risks, bottlenecks, and gaps; drive mitigation and escalation as needed.</li><li>Act as the single R&amp;T interface to customers and internal stakeholders (PDE, AQE, MPDE, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, external labs).</li><li>Lead failure analysis and corrective action implementation.</li><li>Develop and maintain ORT (Ongoing Reliability Test) plans.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>8+ years in Reliability Engineering, Validation, Test Engineering, or Technical Project Management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of DFSS, DfRE, DFMEA, reliability principles and industry standards (EIA-364, IEC62368, IEC 61000, IEC60068, FCC Part 15, IPC9592B, ISTA 3E, ASTM D4169).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Environmental tests (Temperature, Humidity, Altitude, IPxx), Mechanical tests (Vibration, Shock, Drop, Impact, Durability, Packaging), Electrical tests (Power integrity, Signal integrity, Power thermal rise) and Safety/EMC (Hi-pot, LLCR, RE/CE/RS/CS/ESD/Surge).</li><li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-site engineering teams.</li><li>Strong communication and customer-interfacing skills.</li></ul> Preferred/ Nice to Have: <ul><li>Six Sigma Black Belt or DFSS certification.</li><li>PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.</li><li>Experience supporting hyperscale data center power, cable, or connector applications.</li></ul>
