Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for the efficient management of the Company units ready for handover ensuring that units are ready and match quality standards as per business plan for Company&nbsp;before handover to clients.</li><li>Provide technical support to handover and DLP team and establish methods of working practice for each task and ensure that all members of the team understand their responsibilities ensuring satisfactory completion.&nbsp;</li><li>Supervise the operational activities of the suppliers and ensure that all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner as per workorder for delivery of properties as per agreed timelines.</li><li>Supervise the snagging &amp; orientation ensure that all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner as per agreed timelines.</li><li>Organize daily /weekly/ monthly meetings and follow-up with contractors and consultants to ensure that all maintenance, minor works and helpdesk activities are carried out as per agreed guidelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Inspect ready units along with the customer during home orientation in the final stages of handover and make sure that a detailed snagging is carried out and that the quality of workmanship meets the service level agreements and excels key performance indicators. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead end-to-end supply chain activities across planning, customer service and logistics</li><li>Drive S&amp;OP, demand planning, forecast quality and inventory management processes</li><li>Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to support business priorities and growth</li><li>Manage relationships with logistics providers, distributors and key external partners</li><li>Monitor service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory health, cost and operational performance</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost to serve and customer experience</li><li>Lead continuous improvement and supply chain transformation initiatives</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Approximately 10+ years of Supply Chain experience, including leadership across Planning, Customer Service or Logistics</li><li>Proven background within FMCG, Food &amp; Beverage, Consumer Goods or a closely related industry</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in S&amp;OP, demand planning, inventory management and logistics</li><li>Experience influencing senior commercial stakeholders in a matrix environment</li><li>People management or functional leadership experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Fluent Japanese and business-level English required</li></ul>
