Responsibilities: Data Consolidation &amp; Analytics: <ul><li>Collect, validate, and harmonize data from multiple country teams across the region</li><li>Leverage DGO/Zone dashboard to track and analyze key supply chain performance such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory health, overdue, and supply chain cost.</li><li>Ensure high standards of data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness.</li></ul> Performance Management: <ul><li>Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews by consolidating KPI reports and deriving actionable insights.</li><li>Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and executive summaries for regional and global senior management.</li><li>Engage with country teams to analyze root causes, obtain explanations, and drive improvement actions on top KPIs</li><li>Identify best practices and performance gaps, ensuring consistent regional follow-up.</li></ul> Dashboarding &amp; Visualization: <ul><li>Enhance Power BI and Excel dashboards to present E2E supply chain performance.</li><li>Use automation tools (Power Automate, AI-based Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline reporting and enhance visualization impact.</li><li>Create PowerPoint decks for senior leadership which transforms complex data into simple, insightful, and story-driven visuals.</li></ul> Business Partnering &amp; Communication: <ul><li>Build strong relationships with country supply chain, finance, and planning teams.</li><li>Partner effectively across functions to ensure alignment and transparency on KPI definitions and results.</li><li>Serve as a key interface between country operations and the regional leadership team.</li></ul>&nbsp;Continuous Improvement &amp; Digital Enablement: <ul><li>Proactively introduce new tools, automation, and AI-based approaches to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.</li><li>Simplify and digitize existing manual processes to support transformation and agility.</li><li>Contribute to ongoing projects related to data governance, digital analytics, and supply chain performance excellence.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Business; Master’s preferred</li><li>6–10 years of experience in supply chain analytics or performance management, ideally in a multinational or regional environment</li><li>Strong technical skills:</li><li>Power BI (Advanced) – understanding of data modeling dashboard development</li><li>Excel (Advanced) – analytics, automation, scenario modeling</li><li>PowerPoint (Expert) – executive-level storytelling and visual presentation</li><li>Power Automate / AI tools – for data enhancement and process automation</li><li>High level understanding Familiarity with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP / EWM / APO)</li><li>Understanding of E2E supply chain KPIs and their interdependencies</li></ul>
