Responsibilities: <ul><li>APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Sets up and maintains application configurations to meet user and business requirements while developing and recommending and implementing improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.</li><li>APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT &amp; DEPLOYMENT: Performs programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases. Designs, configures, tests, deploys and supports large and complex application changes and fixes in accordance with established standards and practices.&nbsp;</li><li>COMMUNICATION &amp; SUPPORT: Keeps an open channel of communication with users stakeholders and responds to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.&nbsp;</li><li>APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts application support activities to maintain system stability and meet business outcomes.</li><li>STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Collaborates effectively with business partners, technical peers &amp; vendors in multi-functional global teams, including business partners to ensure solutions and configurations align with business requirements and best practices.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>INCIDENT &amp; REQUEST MANAGEMENT: Reviews, analyzes and prioritizes incoming incident tickets and user requests, driving timely resolution within agreed processes, balancing delivery speed with quality and stability.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The DEA Manager is responsible for ensuring the company maintains strict compliance with all DEA regulations and applicable state-level controlled substance laws.</li><li>This role manages the day-to-day requirements for handling-controlled substances, including quota management, licensing, ARCOS reporting, Suspicious Order Monitoring (SOM), material movement, and maintaining accurate records to ensure audit readiness at all times.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manages a team supporting State Licensing, Suspicious Order Monitoring (SOM) and DEA.</li><li>Manages and submits DEA procurement quota applications.</li><li>Maintains and renews DEA, State, and Board of Pharmacy licenses and registrations for all company facilities.</li><li>Oversees the generation and execution of DEA 222 forms for the transfer and procurement of Schedule II controlled substances.</li><li>Acts as the primary point of contact during DEA and State Board of Pharmacy inspections and audits.</li><li>Liaises with Procurement and the DEA regarding the import/export of control substances and completes required documentation.</li><li>Prepares, reviews, and submits accurate and timely ARCOS reports to the DEA; Ensures accurate reporting of year-end and biennial inventories across all facilities.</li><li>Conducts internal audits of controlled substance vaults, cages, and manufacturing areas to ensure physical security and record-keeping compliance.</li><li>Drafts, reviews, and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the handling, storage, and distribution of controlled substances.</li><li>Monitors federal and state legislative changes regarding controlled substances; advises management on the impact of new regulations and implement necessary operation shifts.</li><li>Coordinates all controlled substance destruction with the warehouse and the Environmental, Health &amp; Safety department.</li></ul> Requirements: Education &amp; Experience <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in science, PharmD preferred.</li><li>5+ years of relevant work experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of DEA and FDA regulations.</li></ul> Physical Requirements <ul><li>Ability to stand, walk, or climb stairs/ladders for extended periods while performing duties within the plant.</li><li>Occasional lifting or moving of materials or equipment (generally up to 25–40 lbs)</li><li>Frequent use of hands and eyes for computer work, and documentation.</li><li>Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gowns, gloves, or respirators when entering manufacturing areas.</li><li>Capacity to work in cleanroom, environments, which may involve temperature variations, or noise.</li><li>Must be able to travel between facilities as needed</li></ul>

Role Description:&nbsp; <ul><li>This person will be reporting to Aftersales Associate Director and will work daily with the Parts Distribution Manager.</li><li>The Senior Manager of Parts role is to develop and execute sales strategies, optimize pricing, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through spare parts sales on a national level.:</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement the national spare parts sales strategy, aligning it with the companys overall business goals and objectives.</li><li>Identify market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and devise strategies to maximize revenue generation from spare parts sales.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams and regional teams, to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive spare parts sales.</li><li>Provide leadership and oversight to the Parts Dealer Representatives team, ensuring strong dealer support, effective performance management, professional development, and resolution of escalated field and systemic parts-related issues in collaboration with supply chain and warehouse teams.</li><li>Work with finance to determine pricing strategies for spare parts based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and cost considerations.</li><li>Monitor price levels and margins to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.</li><li>Analyze pricing trends and make adjustments as needed.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers. Identify customer needs, provide product information.</li><li>Conduct frequent dealer visits (up to 40% travel) US and Canada to address spare parts issues, promote parts sales, and drive optimal dealer stocking levels.</li><li>Collect and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to generate insights and reports.</li><li>Monitor sales performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to enhance sales effectiveness.</li><li>Present reports and findings to senior management.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>7–10 years of experience in sales, or aftersales in the agricultural machinery industry.</li><li>Proven experience working directly with dealers or in a dealership environment.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving dealer network performance.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude with a comprehensive understanding of agricultural machinery, their applications, attachments, Implements.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage the overall project process, controlling schedule and quality to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Develop project plans and set milestones during the initial stage.</li><li>Track progress of tasks, hold meetings when necessary, and drive team members to complete tasks efficiently.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, cost, logistics, production staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of project activities.</li><li>Review project budgets and costs; conduct tooling strategy meetings.</li><li>Identify alternative resources to reduce costs and make directional decisions based on project requirements.</li><li>Assess potential risks and arrange preventive actions to avoid them.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>5–8 years of solid project management experience, especially with APQP and&nbsp;</li><li>PPAP quality knowledge and related project process management.</li><li>Age: under 40 years old.</li><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree (full-time) in engineering, preferably mechanical engineering or related fields.</li><li>Degrees in business administration, language, or arts will not be considered.</li><li>Work location: Building G1, No. 88 Dongchang Road, Suzhou Industrial Park (Suzhou 2.5 Industrial Park).</li></ul>

Responsibilities:The Chemist I, under direct supervision, learns and performs QC laboratory chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process materials, stability and finished products, and testing to support process validation.May participate in investigations.Learns and stays current with regulatory guidances and compendia relevant to laboratories and pharmaceutical manufacturing.Conducts routine laboratory analyses: finished product testing, stability testing, raw material testing, cleaning verification testing and manufacturing in-process testing.Typical activities may include buffer/solution preparation, standard preparation and operating analytical instruments: HPLC, UV-Vis, FT-IR, GC and dissolution tester, melting point apparatus, viscometer, Karl Fischer titrator, pH meter, analytical balance, etc. Uses laboratory software for analyses.Provides general laboratory support such as routine instrument cleaning/preventative maintenance/calibration, sample receiving, chemical inventory, document filing and housekeepingCleans lab working surfaces and disposes of any excess chemicals, solutions, solvents, etc. in the special waste containers for each class of waste chemicals.Under close supervision, learns to troubleshoot basic instrument problems.With guidance, participates in OOS/OOT/NOE and other investigations.Elevates questionable sample results, OOS, and aberrant results immediately to Supervisor.May assist in drafting, editing, and reviewing SOPs and laboratory investigations.Maintains assigned training records current and in-compliance.May assist in the training of less senior laboratory staff.Performs assigned work in a timely and safe manner conforming to regulatory, company and compendiaI requirements within pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.Document accurately data generated in notebooks/worksheets/LIMS in compliance with SOPs.Follows internal processes related to controlled substances continuous.Follows EH&S procedures to ensure a safe work environment.Follows all applicable safety and standards guidelines, such as SOPs, cGMP, DEA regulations good documentation practice and/or MSDS continuous.Requirements:Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience and certifications required for the job.Bachelor of Science Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or related field with analytical chemistry coursework required. Some pharmaceutical laboratory experience preferred.Proficiency in a body of information required for the job.e.g. knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc.Proficiency with various laboratory techniques/instruments: HPLC, UV-Vis, FT-IR, GC and dissolution tester, melting point apparatus, viscometer, Karl Fischer titrator, pH meter, analytical balance, etc. Basic knowledge of wet chemistry techniques.Knowledge of applicable safety and standards guidelines: SOP, cGMP, GLP, DEA regulations and/or MSDS.Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.Often referred to as “competencies”, leadership attributes, skills, abilities or behaviors that may be enterprise, functional or job specific e.g. coaching, negotiation, calibration, technical writing etc.Ability to display and analyze data in a logical manner.Good verbal and written communication skills as well as good computer skills.Attention to details and accurate record keeping.Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with othersSolid organizational skills.Ability to take initiative, set priorities and follow through on assignments.Physical & mental requirements e.g., lift 40 pounds, walk across plant/warehouse, business travel (% of time), driving as part of work responsibilities, etc.Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, reaching, climbing/balancing, kneeling/crouching/crawling, looking at monitor for extended periods, moderate noise levels and potential business travel.
