About the roleAs a Business Analyst reporting into the BA Lead, you will be supporting projects, and working on the implementation and enhancement of single large or multiple small information systems, in line with business needs. Global IT RDD &amp; NPI function has end-to-end accountability for the strategic roadmap, design, delivery, and support of many of the applications enabling the global RDD and NPI teams and processes, with particular focus on early product research and development teams, the international research and engineering functions, robotics, and software development for teams located across 20+ sites in APAC, Europe, and China. About the roleReporting to the RDD &amp; NPI IT Programme Manager, you will act as an intermediary between IT and the global engineering, research, and innovation user base to collect, clarify, analyse, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which applications and solutions can be developed. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand RDDs strategic needs and plans for product development growth, translating business requirements into technical requirements and identifying appropriate solutions, while aligning them with business priorities.&nbsp;You will collaborate and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the business and other members of the global IT organisation to provide expert advice and insight to ensure these business requirements are translated into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
