The Role: <ul><li>The IT Commercial Solution Architect is responsible for ensuring solution delivery that complies with reusable capabilities guidelines, integration best practices, IT Policy Framework mandates and that can be deployed in Agile DevSecOps Methodologies.&nbsp;</li><li>The IT Commercial Solution Architect will serve as owner of the integration solution framework for the cluster and Subject matter expert in any interface endeavor, ensuring proper documentation is in place in order to be used in all aspect of solution lifecycle.&nbsp;</li><li>He or She will also ensure stakeholder management of certain IT commercial key users, bringing adequate customer service and serving as point of contact for them.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Define adequate solutions architecture for our customer’s needs, prioritizing reusability of capabilities, API First mindset, best integration practices, following IT Policies and Agile DevOps Methodologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as Key point of contact for integration deployments requiring new interfaces or changes to old ones.</li><li>Oversee the adequate delivery of integration capabilities, ensuring design is followed during the delivery process or design is adapted when needed.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of all interfaces for the cluster and ensure adequate support processes in case of incident resolution.</li><li>Propose solutions to commercial needs as part of the Management Process, ensure proper understanding of the current technical and commercial capabilities of our landscape.</li><li>Document and maintain the technical integration, application, and solution landscape, in a way that can be used to navigate the complexities of our ways of working, to be used in troubleshooting needs, and to be used to design better and more reliable solutions.</li><li>Ensure Stakeholder management of certain IT Commercial key users, bringing adequate customer service and be a reliable point of contact for them.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>College/University Degree in Computer Sciences or similar</li><li>At least 3 years in similar positions, experience with MuleSoft / Amazon Web Services platforms is recommended.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP SD - IM, Salesforce, Power Street, Electronic Invoicing, POS Software, Distribution Systems, WMS, Routing software, Chat bots, AI Solutions would be considered.</li><li>ITIL Certification, AWS Practitioner Certifications, SaFe Scrum Master or Agile Methodologies certifications, Project Management Institute Certifications are recommended.</li></ul>

Roles &amp; Responsibilities&#10;EluxOne, the strategic ERP solution of Electrolux Group, leverages SAP and its connected applications to serve businesses in the EMEA, Latin America, and North America regions. The Group is planning to expand the EluxOne solutions across the APAC &amp; MEA regions.You will be working as a Technical Integration Architect, either as a Senior Lead or Manager, depending on your expertise and experience. You will be based in Kuala Lumpur, MY or India for exceptional candidates, as a part of the EluxOne APAC Program.As a successful candidate, you must have a deep understanding of SAP ECC, SAP NetWeaver architecture, and related SAP tools such as PI/PO, CPI, etc. You should have a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on development/design experience with SAP PO/CPI and a minimum of 5 years of combined experience with ESB integration middleware (SAP PO, IBM App Connect, MuleSoft or equivalent software). You should have a structured and business-focused approach with hands-on problem-solving skills.The critical competencies for this role include being highly motivated, flexible, and adaptable, a team player with a can-do attitude, and the ability to work with global teams to develop a scalable and reliable interface design for complex enterprise system environments.Key skills and experience required for this role include being a subject matter expert in developing and supporting SAP PO, expertise in any B2B integration broker, knowledge of API- REST/SOAP, Webservices, SAP integration methods such as RFC BAPI, ABAP, IDOC, etc., and experience with one or more protocol tools apart from SAP PO. Familiarity with the SCBN platform and different EDI formats like XML, EDIFACT, csv, etc. and CPI experience will be an added advantage.
