Role Description: <ul><li>As an Advanced Systems Analyst (Voice), you will join our global team that architects and supports voice and video solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>You will balance hands on troubleshooting, participate in design and architecture discussions, implement proactive measures to improve customer satisfaction and reduce support ticket volume.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Troubleshoot and manage voice and video infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Session Border Controllers (SBC), VoIP phones, conference-room equipment and related applications)</li><li>Provide day-to-day operational support for the global voice/video environment and act as a final escalation point for support issues.</li><li>Provide operational support for conference room, specialty room and other AV equipment Coordinate and run live events on site</li><li>Process service requests and set up new devices as needed. Own device management and lifecycle across sites</li><li>Monitor performance of voice, video, and fax infrastructure to ensure high quality customer experience.</li><li>Coordinate with telecom service providers/vendors and oversee deployments or new service rollouts.</li><li>Use lab/dev environments to test and implement new changes or features before deploying in production.</li><li> Adhere to defined change management procedures. </li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering</li><li>At least 6+ years of demonstrated experience in complex and enterprise scale Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) deployments</li><li>At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams (support, administration and advanced troubleshooting)</li><li>Enterprise-level expertise with session border controllers (SBC) (e.g., Ribbon, AudioCodes): design, call routing, trunking, and diagnostics</li><li>In-depth understanding of VoIP and related protocols such as SIP, RTP, TCP, UDP, etc. </li><li>Should be able to reason media quality (jitter, latency, packet loss, codec) and security concepts (TLS/SRTP) • Experience working with telecom carriers and services (e.g., ISDN PRI, SIP trunking)</li><li>Experience analyzing and reporting call quality metrics and driving improvements based on data</li><li>Strong knowledge of core infrastructure: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, networking and firewall technologies</li><li>Strong organizational skills and experience implementing telecom architecture changes in lab and production.</li><li>Experience with ticketing systems in documenting interactions clearly for traceability and handover</li><li>Effective analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Able to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Comfortable switching between complex and routine tasks</li><li>Professional, courteous, and respectful communicator with strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Familiar with Microsoft 365 productivity tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>With us, you will work in a young and creative team for many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the greater Zurich area.</li><li>We take care of IT operations, provide innovative services via the cloud and help our customers with digitization.</li><li>We are working on many other projects related to the web, digitization and cloud.&nbsp;</li><li>At our central location in the Office LAB in Spreitenbach, each team member has a personal workplace with state-of-the-art equipment.</li><li>It is the home station for all employees, because we are naturally on the road a lot.</li><li>In order for our team to be able to concentrate fully on our customers, we attach great importance to a lot of freedom, independence and committed personalities.</li><li>Your job as a Junior IT System Engineer</li><li>You work for many of our customers and independently take on varied customer orders and tasks.</li><li>You will install and support hardware and software at our customers sites or remotely.</li><li>You will provide cloud services, handle user mutations, offer hardware and software, plan tickets and changes.</li><li>In doing so, you will expand your knowledge until you can work independently as an IT system engineer.</li><li>You manage all your tasks, tickets and services via our Cloud Business Platform. With your care and commitment, you inspire our customers so that they are in good hands and advised.</li><li>During your time as a Junior IT System Engineer, you will develop into a project manager, so that you can implement your own projects.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>You have a basic computer science education or comparable practical experience, ideally already in the IT industry.</li><li>You have experience with Windows client and server, Microsoft 365, firewall and networking.</li><li>You are a reliable, communicative personality with a high level of commitment and a good team player.</li><li>You speak perfect German and can converse in English.</li><li>You have a driving licence Cat. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Be part of the IT support team works in manufacturing environment and handles IT tickets</li><li>Attend to tickets for incidents, service requests and alerts or problems with IT system.</li><li>Maintain ownership of issues until resolution and ensure close timely.</li><li>Collaborate and work closely with global teams, application teams and third party vendors to resolve issue and minimal downtime.</li><li>Log tickets and set priority in ticketing tool and escalate for next level support if needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute ideas to enhance application to minimize repeating support issues.</li><li>Work on IT enhancement projects and deliver as per schedule.&nbsp;</li><li>Work as part of a global team to support manufacturing environment.</li><li>Provide after-hours support for manufacturing related emergencies.</li><li>Monitor IT incident tickets trending and ensure KPI is achieved.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Working knowledge of IT Hardware and basic understanding of network concept.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience supporting endpoints</li><li>Ability to learn and master applications used in manufacturing.</li><li>Willing to work on 12-hour shift patterns</li><li>At least 3 years of working experience in clean room environment.</li><li>Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skill.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to manage and meet customer expectation and high customer orientation.</li><li>Excellent communication and logical thinking mind set.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.</li></ul>
