Responsibilities: Lead Consultant Responsibilities <ul><li>Provide oversight and ensure solutions align with the broader business architecture, avoiding siloed approaches.</li><li>Ensure modifications to shared functionalities are evaluated holistically to avoid conflicting changes.</li><li>Establish and enforce best practices, including clear documentation, intuitive configurations, and optimized parameter settings.</li><li>Challenge business requirements to ensure cost-effective and value-driven solutions.</li><li>Harmonize design across multiple consultants, teams, and projects to enhance consistency and efficiency.</li></ul> Work closely with the ERP Solution Architect to ensure: <ul><li>Alignment with Microsoft’s roadmap and strategic ERP direction.</li><li>Architectural consistency across process areas and technical solutions.</li><li>Risk assessment for system-critical modifications.</li><li>Data migration strategies align with the overall system architecture.</li><li>Identification and resolution of conflicts with other processes, modifications, or upcoming Microsoft updates.</li></ul> Service-Specific Responsibilities <ul><li>Lead solution delivery for Service processes based on D365 Finance and Operations modules, covering:</li></ul> <ul><li>Project Management and Accounting module</li><li>HSO Service Management module</li><li>Intercompany chain</li><li>Sales orders and Return orders management</li><li>Advanced Warehousing (incl. Batch and Serial tracking)</li><li>Act as the primary owner and project lead for Service-related ERP implementations and enhancements.</li><li>Analyze business needs and develop solution concepts.</li><li>Design, configure, and document ERP solutions.</li><li>Provide detailed requirements for the development team.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Extensive experience (min. 5 years) as a Microsoft D365 ERP F&amp;O IT Consultant with a focus on Service.</li><li>Agile mindset and ability to work independently.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Leadership skills, including the ability to mentor consultants and drive best practices across teams.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Project Management &amp; Delivery <ul><li>Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.</li><li>Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.</li><li>Track project performance, productivity, and progress against defined objectives.</li><li>Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and compliance requirements.</li></ul> Stakeholder &amp; Communication Management <ul><li>Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Present project updates to PMO, leadership, and steering committees.</li><li>Collaborate with project sponsors to define budgets and monitor financial performance.</li></ul> Risk &amp; Issue Management <ul><li>Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.</li><li>Resolve project impediments in a timely and effective manner.</li></ul>&nbsp;Process Improvement &amp; Leadership <ul><li>Review project methodologies, designs, and estimates to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and approval requirements.</li><li>Drive lessons learned and implement best practices across projects.</li><li>Lead PMO Council activities and mentor junior project managers.</li></ul>&nbsp;Value &amp; Performance Management <ul><li>Identify project benefits and ensure value realization post-delivery.</li><li>Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.</li></ul> Core Competencies <ul><li>Strong accountability and ownership mindset</li><li>Disciplined execution and delivery focus</li><li>Strategic thinking and future vision</li><li>Collaboration across cross-functional teams</li><li>Commitment to diversity &amp; inclusion</li><li>Coaching and mentoring capabilities</li></ul> Requirements: Education <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required)</li><li>Master’s degree or equivalent (preferred)</li></ul> Experience <ul><li>Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management</li><li>Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Be part of the IT support team works in manufacturing environment and handles IT tickets</li><li>Attend to tickets for incidents, service requests and alerts or problems with IT system.</li><li>Maintain ownership of issues until resolution and ensure close timely.</li><li>Collaborate and work closely with global teams, application teams and third party vendors to resolve issue and minimal downtime.</li><li>Log tickets and set priority in ticketing tool and escalate for next level support if needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute ideas to enhance application to minimize repeating support issues.</li><li>Work on IT enhancement projects and deliver as per schedule.&nbsp;</li><li>Work as part of a global team to support manufacturing environment.</li><li>Provide after-hours support for manufacturing related emergencies.</li><li>Monitor IT incident tickets trending and ensure KPI is achieved.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Working knowledge of IT Hardware and basic understanding of network concept.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience supporting endpoints</li><li>Ability to learn and master applications used in manufacturing.</li><li>Willing to work on 12-hour shift patterns</li><li>At least 3 years of working experience in clean room environment.</li><li>Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skill.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to manage and meet customer expectation and high customer orientation.</li><li>Excellent communication and logical thinking mind set.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.</li></ul>
