About the RoleReporting to the RDD &amp; NPI IT Programme Manager you will be responsible for delivering medium complexity projects at pace for the global RDD, engineering, software development, and new product innovation (NPI) organisations, providing sound decision-making and calm leadership under pressure. About the roleReporting to the RDD &amp; NPI IT Programme Manager, you will act as an intermediary between IT and the global engineering, research, and innovation user base to collect, clarify, analyse, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which applications and solutions can be developed. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand RDDs strategic needs and plans for product development growth, translating business requirements into technical requirements and identifying appropriate solutions, while aligning them with business priorities.&nbsp;You will collaborate and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the business and other members of the global IT organisation to provide expert advice and insight to ensure these business requirements are translated into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented. About the roleAs the Programme Manager, you will oversee critical projects and manage up to three Project Managers. Reporting to the Head of Programme Management Practice, you’ll be responsible for leading these large-scale programmes that contribute to the delivery of strategic outcomes.&nbsp;You will lead the development of business cases and their approvals via project leads and SMEs, aligning with senior stakeholders, building consensus across large and diverse groups, and working closely with the relevant Portfolio Directors to cement relationships&nbsp;You will provide direction and guidance on the development of the team and the PPM community, building and maintaining a strong, high-performing, delivery-focused Programme team, securing resources, and directing planning scheduling, resourcing, and estimating for complex, large-scale programmes.&nbsp;You will oversee risk and issue management, ensuring mitigations are in place and resolved through negotiated agreements.
