Responsibilities: <ul><li>Analyze DEX tool data to identify trends, predict issues, and propose proactive interventions to enhance employee digital experience.</li><li>Develop, test, and maintain scripts and tools using PowerShell and Python to automate repetitive tasks and improve system performance.</li><li>Work with data warehouses like Redshift and analytics platforms such as Databricks. Use SQL or another programming language to work with databases and create dashboards to extract insights and develop actionable recommendations.</li><li>Develop dashboards and reporting tools using SysTrack and Microsoft Power BI to provide visibility into key performance metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with IT Service Desk and Desktop Support Teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>Design and implement innovative ideas to enhance customer service and reduce the mean time to resolution (MTTR).</li><li>Act as a consultant to various teams, providing technical expertise in the use of DEX tools and scripting languages.</li><li>Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies or methodologies that improve the IT environment and employee satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring issues and propose permanent solutions.</li><li>Engage with vendor support resources to resolve complex technical challenges and evaluate new technologies.</li><li>Work with APIs to integrate and enhance system capabilities, ensuring seamless interaction between tools and platforms.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proficiency in DEX tools like SysTrack, Nexthink, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong coding skills in PowerShell and Python.</li><li>Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms, such as Databricks, and data warehouses like Redshift. Proficiency in SQL as a programming language for working with databases and creating dashboards.</li><li>Expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI for data visualization and automation.</li><li>Experience in working with APIs for system integration and enhancements.</li><li>Deep understanding of IT environments, including endpoint devices, software, and cloud-based tools.</li><li>Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve digital employee experience.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with experience conducting RCA and developing innovative solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to identify and act on trends and opportunities in emerging technologies.</li><li>Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and their practical application.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work with multiple vendors to resolve daily BAU issues.</li><li>Work with Stakeholders to identify Business requirements and their processes.</li><li>Perform triages to keep updated on the daily issues and as well to prioritize the issues</li><li>The SCD Front Office Resource will be responsible for doing production support for TS/BidFX.</li><li>Perform heath checks for both systems.</li><li>Work closely with vendors and business.</li><li>Enable broker onboarding</li><li>Support incidents</li><li>Support enhancements.</li><li>Co-ordinate with various IT teams to ensure systems are up and running as per SOP.</li><li>Participate in DR and BCP activities.</li><li>Participate in Audit and yearly upgrades</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Strong attention to detail demonstrated by ability to follow and develop specific, outlined, and detailed procedures (must have)&nbsp;</li><li>Any Graduate (Preferably graduated in IT)</li><li>Minimum 10 years’ experience in application/production support</li><li>Experience in supporting third party and internal Applications.</li><li>Experience in trading applications (Trading Screen, BidFX) or other Trade Execution systems</li><li>Monitoring batches</li><li>Broker /LP onboarding</li><li>FIX knowledge</li><li>Business domain knowledge of equities /FX/derivatives</li><li>Can write SQL queries for troubleshooting. 10. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage and guide the security team responsible for infrastructure and network security.</li><li>Monitors network performance, troubleshoots issues and deploys solutions</li><li>Manage front-line technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems regarding their Access</li><li>Perform SME role and work on complex technical issues in Firewall, VPN and Proxy.</li><li>Familiarity with Service Management tools (eg:ISM/ Service Now/BMC remedy) for the logging and tracking of incidents, and service requests</li><li>Implement and manage continuous security monitoring solutions for infrastructure and network components</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>10-13+ years of Cyber security for Firewall, Proxy, VPN IPS</li><li>Working experience, having played roles as VPN end-to-end implementation.</li><li>Strong reliability and high quality and security awareness.</li><li>Knowledge of web and application servers (Apache/IIS/Tomcat/Websphere)</li><li>Perform SME role and work on complex technical issues in Firewall, VPN and Proxy.</li><li>Candidate should have experience in Zscaler private Access (ZPA) VPN end-to-end implementation.</li><li>Experience in Deep troubleshooting experience with Zscaler VPN and other Firewalls.</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL incident and problem management.</li><li>Knowledge of Security Incident Event Management ( IBM QRader SIEM) is a add on</li><li>Must be familiar with Network Protocol Analyzers (tcpdump, Wireshark)</li><li>Must have deep understanding of network protocols and network security TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, FTP, SFTP, SNMP, SMTP, SSH, SSL, DNS, RDP, HTTP and HTTPS.</li><li>The network security SME possesses the technical hand on capability and experience to assess current network security posture, document current/future state, provide roadmap/gap analysis for implementation activities</li><li>Good understanding of financial domain and Security IT.</li><li>Good to have experience with other security solutions like Firewall – Checkpoint or Palo Alto etc. Knowledge of Linux and web application servers (Apache/IIS/Tomcat)</li><li>Hands on experience on Firewall (Palo Alto, CISCO), VPN (Zscaler), Proxy (forward, Reverse, Transparent and Web 2.0), SSL interception/MITM &amp; Data leakage space, Security Analytics. Implementation, customization, coding, Support.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist in solutioning and bidding for new projects.</li><li>Engage client stake holders and business users.</li><li>Represent iCompaz in technology meetings.</li><li>Project manage EUC and cross functional projects.</li><li>Review project documentation.</li><li>Engage project, client and vendor resources to deliver projects.</li><li>Escalation point for troubleshooting for EUC technology.</li><li>Provide connection with various iCompaz internal teams and Offshore our client teams.</li><li>Manage technology partners and service providers for iCompaz and Client.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in IT.</li><li>Minimum 6 years working experience in international companies.</li><li>Strong track record of managing EUC environment and executing projects.</li><li>Certification in Project Management, ITIL, Microsoft.Microsoft 365</li><li>Experience in MacOS is a strong plus.</li></ul>
