Job Description : <ul><li>This role is key to supporting the Service Provider sales teams driving and developing the strategy for Security infrastructure, physical and virtual offers, and outbound program creation for demand generation of product/solution/software sales go-to-market. Experience in the IT sector and Security architectures is critical.</li><li>In this role, you will craft, implement, and grow an emerging business within . You will work closely with leading security technologies to develop compelling offerings, and Sales GTM strategy and drive big bets within our customers.</li><li>The service creation team is focused on driving long-term strategy and successful execution. </li><li>You will collaborate with cross functional groups across sales, product management, operations, and marketing to drive the key security and Security strategies and areas of opportunity in Service Providers.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Understanding of Partner (SP/ITSP/MSP) business models, relationship building, and capturing partner focus.</li><li>Awareness of MSP Industry trends, addressable market, products, competitive dynamics, and ability to evaluate the applicability of this with partner catalog and security service offerings.</li><li>Ability to act as a Trusted Advisor, conceptualize End-to-End service offerings, and winning themes, and build a business case with the Partner.</li><li>Ensure timely information (product and buying models) updates to partners for each relevant technology and SASE architecture area.</li><li>Work with various internal teams to build the service offering and develop launch content with partners.</li><li>Work with the partner to build the commercial modeling based on service package(s) and SLAs.</li><li>Able to Identify and predict relevant technology challenges and pitfalls in the service offering.</li><li>Able to work with partner and teams to create marketing campaigns, sales awareness, and enablement programs.</li><li>Evangelize partner service offerings and voice-of-the-partner back into BU and Sales organization.</li><li>Ability to drive program management and governance for service offering launch.</li><li>Able to collaborate with sales, client executives &amp; delivery teams of partners to deliver the business outcome.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Sales Expertise – ability to propose solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives using both and third-party solutions / services in a clear and concise manner. Having worked closely with and / or key competitors to build managed services offers is a plus.</li><li>Technical Expertise – demonstrated technical expertise in one or more architectures offered via large telcos and MSPs (e.g. SD-WAN, SASE, Security, Campus Networking), academic training or knowledge of Service Provider technologies is required to provide a comprehensive, differentiated, and valuable level of consulting advice to our clients.</li><li>Industry Expertise – demonstrated knowledge of telecommunications business to be conversant enough to present a compelling point-of-view to the client of what work should be undertaken, to help the client’s company achieve ambitious advantage and differentiation.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL service management is a plus.</li><li>Delivery Expertise – demonstrable ability to successfully own the delivery of projects, that exceed client expectations in terms of deliverable quality and positive impact to the business.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a forward-thinking EUC strategy aligned with the overall IT and business objectives.</li><li>Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance the end-user experience and drive innovation.</li><li>Service Delivery and Management: Oversee the delivery and management of all end-user computing services, including desktop support, laptop management, mobile device management (MDM), virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), software deployment, and collaboration tools.</li><li>Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing EUC team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.</li><li>Manage team resources, budgets, and performance.</li><li>End-User Experience: Champion the end-user experience, ensuring that services are user-friendly, reliable, and meet the needs of the business.</li><li>Implement mechanisms for gathering user feedback and continuously improving services.</li><li>Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of all end-user devices and systems, adhering to company policies and industry best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with the security team to implement and enforce security measures.</li><li>Asset Management: Oversee the procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of Client’s end-user hardware and software assets.</li><li>Ensure accurate inventory management and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Vendor Management: Manage relationships with relevant technology vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and value for money is achieved.</li><li>Evaluate and select new vendors as needed.</li><li>Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with other IT departments (e.g., Infrastructure, Security, Applications) and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of EUC services.</li><li>Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization on EUC-related matters.</li><li>Problem Management and Resolution: Oversee the resolution of complex end-user issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.</li><li>Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring problems.</li><li>Budget Management: Develop and manage the EUC budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and investments.</li><li>Project Management: Oversee the execution of key Technology projects from initiation to successful completion, defining project scope and objectives, develop project plans and ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while maintaining exceptional quality.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 10 years in a leadership role managing end-user computing services.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of end-user hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), mobile platforms (iOS, Android), desktop virtualization technologies (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon, Windows365), collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365) and Video Conferencing technologies (Crestron, Microsoft Teams Room).</li><li>Experience with modern device management tools and methodologies (e.g., Intune, Jamf).</li><li>Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Analyze DEX tool data to identify trends, predict issues, and propose proactive interventions to enhance employee digital experience.</li><li>Develop, test, and maintain scripts and tools using PowerShell and Python to automate repetitive tasks and improve system performance.</li><li>Work with data warehouses like Redshift and analytics platforms such as Databricks. Use SQL or another programming language to work with databases and create dashboards to extract insights and develop actionable recommendations.</li><li>Develop dashboards and reporting tools using SysTrack and Microsoft Power BI to provide visibility into key performance metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with IT Service Desk and Desktop Support Teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>Design and implement innovative ideas to enhance customer service and reduce the mean time to resolution (MTTR).</li><li>Act as a consultant to various teams, providing technical expertise in the use of DEX tools and scripting languages.</li><li>Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies or methodologies that improve the IT environment and employee satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring issues and propose permanent solutions.</li><li>Engage with vendor support resources to resolve complex technical challenges and evaluate new technologies.</li><li>Work with APIs to integrate and enhance system capabilities, ensuring seamless interaction between tools and platforms.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proficiency in DEX tools like SysTrack, Nexthink, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong coding skills in PowerShell and Python.</li><li>Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms, such as Databricks, and data warehouses like Redshift. Proficiency in SQL as a programming language for working with databases and creating dashboards.</li><li>Expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI for data visualization and automation.</li><li>Experience in working with APIs for system integration and enhancements.</li><li>Deep understanding of IT environments, including endpoint devices, software, and cloud-based tools.</li><li>Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve digital employee experience.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with experience conducting RCA and developing innovative solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to identify and act on trends and opportunities in emerging technologies.</li><li>Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and their practical application.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist in solutioning and bidding for new projects.</li><li>Engage client stake holders and business users.</li><li>Represent iCompaz in technology meetings.</li><li>Project manage EUC and cross functional projects.</li><li>Review project documentation.</li><li>Engage project, client and vendor resources to deliver projects.</li><li>Escalation point for troubleshooting for EUC technology.</li><li>Provide connection with various iCompaz internal teams and Offshore our client teams.</li><li>Manage technology partners and service providers for iCompaz and Client.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in IT.</li><li>Minimum 6 years working experience in international companies.</li><li>Strong track record of managing EUC environment and executing projects.</li><li>Certification in Project Management, ITIL, Microsoft.Microsoft 365</li><li>Experience in MacOS is a strong plus.</li></ul>
