IT System/ Business Analyst

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Handled large scale front-facing projects, with experience in stakeholder engagement and management.</li><li>Proven and hands-on experience with IT project implementation, specifically on user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, application solutioning, UI/UX design and using testing software.</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams to design IT systems that meet business requirements</li><li>Evaluate existing systems and technologies, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least 3 years of work experience as business analyst or equivalent position. Handled large scale front-facing projects, with experience in stakeholder engagement and comms management.&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Management of Information Systems, Information/ Infocom Technology, or related discipline;.</li><li>Proven and hands-on experience with IT project implementation, specifically on user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, application solutioning, UI/UX design and using testing software.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in AGILE methodologies and Cloud platform projects, preferably in using Jira, Figma, MS Visio, and Tricentis Tosca.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills, able to work and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.</li><li>Possess strong communication skills with an excellent command of the English language.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be organized and able to work with minimal supervision to ensure tasks are well completed and project is on schedule.</li></ul>
