Manager - Marketing - Retail

Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Manager in developing annual marketing strategies and mall-level plans.
• Assist with market positioning, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Align with internal business units on marketing direction.
• Assist in delivering annual integrated 360° campaigns.
• Coordinate with Strategy and Leasing teams.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and revenue.
• Prepare campaign briefs and scopes of work.
• Manage execution of approved campaigns.
• Identify partnership opportunities
• Support development of event concepts and activations.
• Coordinate with operations, mall teams, and agencies for event execution.
• Ensure branding and setup consistency.
• Oversee preparation of marketing collateral.
• Support in securing authority approvals.
• Assist in evaluating sponsorships.
• Ensure events are promoted across all channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• Experience:-5–7 years marketing experience, ideally GCC.
• Experience in mall marketing, PR, events, digital, or agencies.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing.
• Knowledge of digital tools and analytics.
• Strong creative and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
