Operations Development Associate

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to projects that improve operational performance, quality, supply chain effectiveness, and manufacturing excellence.
• Analyze business data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and inform decisions.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations teams on cross-functional initiatives.
• Support initiatives focused on safety, quality, supply chain, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in structured problem-solving activities and help implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead or support projects that improve efficiency, optimize costs, and enhance processes.
• Present recommendations, project outcomes, and key insights to operational and business leaders.
• Build business, technical, and leadership capabilities through rotational assignments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a highly regarded university in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, or another business-related environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-interpretation skills.
• Interest in developing leadership capabilities within a global manufacturing organization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, teams, and cultures.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting ideas and recommendations.
• Fluent English required.
