Product Manager, Women’s Health BU

Responsibilities:

• Write and run the yearly brand plan for each product in the portfolio.
• Set the position, target doctors and key messages. Check them against what you hear in the field.
• Plan and run launches, campaigns, doctor meetings and education events.
• Build and keep good relations with key opinion leaders and top O&G specialists.
• Work with the sales team on targets, call plans and tools. Join field visits and listen to customers.
• Track sales, share and campaign results each month. Report what is working, what is not and what to do next.
• Study the market and competitors. Suggest new products and ways to grow.
• Plan forecasts and stock with Supply Chain and our distributors.
• Work with Medical Affairs and Regulatory so all material is accurate and approved.
• Manage the brand budget and spend it where it counts.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager in Singapore and with the Junior Marketer. Coach the Junior Marketer on the work for your BU, and share ideas and materials across both markets.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years in pharma product management, marketing, or sales with strong product exposure.
• Knowledge of the Malaysia market. Experience in women’s health, O&G or fertility is a strong plus.
• Experience with brand plans and product launches.
• Good with numbers. Able to read sales data and make clear recommendations.
• Clear communication and presentation skills. Good at working with sales, medical and distributor teams.
• Well organised, self-driven and comfortable in a lean team.
• Fluent English. Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
