Senior Executive HSE (Leaders of Tomorrow) DHCM

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of Health & Safety Management Systems, policies and regulatory requirements across allocated locations.
• Conduct HSE inspections, fire safety checks, audits and risk assessments, ensuring timely mitigation of identified risks.
• Manage and investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, including corrective actions, emergency response and trend analysis.
• Monitor contractor and service provider HSE performance, including audits, permits, documentation and compliance with agreed standards.
• Support emergency preparedness, drills and response across facilities and operational locations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders to drive HSE compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support HSE training, awareness initiatives, ISO compliance, reporting and documentation.
• Contribute to ESG, asset compliance and sustainability-related HSE initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or HSE Field
• Lead Auditor qualifications ISO 45001
• NEBOSH IGC Level 3 qualification in HSE
