Senior Executive – Commercial and Strategy

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of land pricing models and pricing proposals for existing and proposed masterplans
• Assist in preparing financial feasibility models for new and existing developments
• Provide analytical support for pricing recommendations related to units, land plots, and customer land requests (e.g. additional GFA, land leasing)
• Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis to support pricing and commercial decisions
• Collect, validate, and maintain internal and external market benchmark data
• Prepare market intelligence reports and analytical summaries for management review
• Coordinate and support external valuation exercises for land, units, and developments
• Maintain and update a database of external valuations to support decision-making
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Commercial & Strategy, Urban Planning, Infrastructure) to support tracking of landbank status and availability
• Assist in preparing landbank inventory reports and periodic status updates
• Support the development of landbank strategy through data analysis and reporting
• Maintain organized records and contribute to regular performance and analytical reports
• Support asset sales and JV / partnership activities, including due diligence, documentation, and valuation analysis
• Perform preliminary analysis of investor proposals and summarize key findings
• Contribute ideas to improve process efficiency, data quality, and reporting standards
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance, Finance, Real Estate, Economics
• Background in economics, business and strategy
• Passion and training for real estate development, financial feasibilities, and strategic ideation
• Financial modelling skills
• Strong PowerPoint/visualization skillset
• Strong presentation skills
• Management / coordination skills and general leadership skills
