Responsibilities:
People Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 20 team members across Environment Management, Support, and Development functions.
- Drive team performance, engagement, capability development, and succession planning.
- Manage resource planning, workload allocation, and prioritization across multiple initiatives.
- Foster strong collaboration between environment, support, testing, infrastructure, and application delivery teams.
- Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
Environment Services Delivery:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end test environment delivery and management activities.
- Ensure environments are delivered consistently, securely, and within agreed timelines.
- Drive environment planning, provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and operational readiness.
- Manage competing environment demands across projects, testing cycles, and releases.
- Ensure environment availability and performance to support SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance Testing, and Mock Execution activities.
Infrastructure & Technical Oversight:

- Infrastructure dependencies and environment access management
- While hands-on technical expertise is important, the primary focus is leading delivery, governance, support operations, and cross-functional coordination.
Support & Service Management:
- Lead environment and operational support services.
- Oversee incident, problem, and service request management processes.
- Drive root cause analysis and service improvement initiatives.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
- Monitor service performance, KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
- Ensure support processes and operational controls are consistently followed.
Governance & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of accountability for environment governance and service delivery.
- Coordinate activities across Development, Testing, Infrastructure, Security, Database, Middleware, and Business teams.
- Facilitate environment allocation, conflict resolution, prioritization, and risk management.
- Provide regular reporting, updates, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Drive planning and coordination for project releases, environment readiness, and deployment activities.
Environment Operations & Continuous Improvement?:
- Lead environment monitoring, health checks, and operational reviews.
- Coordinate data refresh, migration, restoration, and test data management activities.
- Govern maintenance schedules, outage planning, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive automation, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution activities.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
- Proven experience managing teams of approximately 15-20+ resources.
- Experience leading both Development and Support/Operations teams.
- Experience managing environment services in a large enterprise environment.
