Job description
Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research using a variety of sources, including surveys, interviews, data analysis, and secondary research, to understand market dynamics, consumer behaviour and emerging trends.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze the activities of competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market. Provide regular reports on competitor strategies and market positioning.
- Data Analysis: Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools to interpret complex datasets and transform them into actionable insights for business growth.
- Product and Service Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of existing products and services and provide recommendations for improvements or potential new offerings based on market demands.
- Report Generation: Prepare comprehensive and visually appealing reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate research findings and business recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget estimates.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and progress updates.
- Project Reporting: Generate periodic progress reports and presentations for management and clients, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Maintain the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and proactively handle any scheduling conflicts or changes.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange all travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodation, ground transportation, and itineraries, ensuring seamless travel arrangements for the executive.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations. Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action items, following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Project Support: Assist in various projects and initiatives, collaborating with other team members to drive successful outcomes.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate executive-level events, conferences, and special gatherings, ensuring smooth execution and attendee satisfaction.
- Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance and support to the executive, which may include managing personal appointments, planning arrangements, and other ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, or similar software.
